Dae Gon The study was conducted to investigate the effect of breed, sex on fatty acid compostition. Hanwoo and Holstein used, in the study were classified by sex. The results are summarized as follows ; Oleic acid and unsaturated fatty acids(UFA) percentages of total fatty acids in Hanwoo were higher than in Holstein, but palmitic acid and saturated fatty acids(SFA) were lower in Hanwoo. Oleic acid in steers of Hanwoo and Holstein tended to increase compared with bulls. Oleic acid in rib loin and top round were considerably higher in Hanwoo steers than in Holstein steers. In Hanwoosteers, oleic acid and UFA tended to increased while stearic acid and SFA decreased as marbling degree increased.

고무제품에 근간을 둔 면진장치는 상당한 저온효과와 약간의 변형도 속도효과를 보여준다. 면진장치의 비탄성거동에 영향을 미치는 이들의 속성은 면진장치의 거동을 정확히 모델링하기 위해 반드시 고려되어져야 하기 때문에, 고무와 납 모두에 영향을 미치는 저온효과와 변형도 속도효과를 고려할 수 있는 해석모델을 제시하였다. 얼린 면진장치를 일정 수직하중에서 수평방향 반복하중을 가한 실험결과들로부터 시스템 식별(SI : system identification)을 적용하여 해석모델에 필요한 고무와 납의 매개변수들을 구하였다. 제안된 해석모델은 면진장치의 거동을 유사하게 표현할 수 있음을 보여준다. Rubber bearings may exhibit a significant cold temperature effect and some velocity dependency(strain rate effect). Both of these attributes which affect non-linear behavior must be accounted for when accurately modeling the bearings behavior, therefore, an analytical models is proposed to consider the effects of the cold temperature and strain rate on both rubber and lead. From the results of an experimental investigation where the frozen bearings were tested under lateral cyclic loading with constant axial load, a non-linear system identification with least squares procedure was applied to determine the material properties of rubber and lead. It is demonstrated that the proposed analytical model is able to simulate the reversed cyclic loading behavior of elastometric and lead-rubber bearings.

Magnetic bearing is the machine element that supports the shaft without mechanical contact using the magnetic force induced by permanent magnet of electromagnet. Active magnetic bearing system is composed of sensor, controller, power amplifier, and electromagnet. If all the elements were dieal, shaft position could be controlled to sensor resolution, Because each elements inreal system have mechanical and electricla losses and nonlinearity, it is impossible to attain the desired performance using general control algorithm. So far it has been studied on improvement of the control algorithm of the electric characteristics of each elements. Another factors to affect shaft behavior are the manufacturing errors due to machine work, and assembling errors due to accumulate manufacturing errors of the radial magnetic bearing. This paper describes that the shaft behavior due to accumulate manufacturing errors and asymmetric bolting. This paper describes that the shaft behavior due to assembling errors of the radial bearings donot affect the rotaitonal accuracy of the shaft. But when the amplitude of the assembling errors increasees over the certain value, the bearing can not support the shaft properly.

These days embedded technology may be the most significant development in the electronics industry. The study focused on the development of active device embedding using flexible printed circuit in view of process and materials. The authors fabricated 30um thickness Si chip without any crack, chipping defects with a dicing before grinding process. In order to embed chips into flexible PCB, the chip pads on a chip are connected to bonding pad on flexible PCB using an ACF film. After packaging, all sample were tested by the O/S test and carried out the reliability test. All samples passed environmental reliability test. In the future, this technology will be applied to the wearable electronics and flexible display in the variety of electronics product.

A ductal adenocarcinoma of prostate is a rare entity of a prostate carcinoma, originating from the epithelial lining of the primary and secondary ducts of the prostate. Although there have been about 100 reports of a ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate in the English literature, this is the first case report described in Korea. Ductal adenocarcinomas of the prostate are often clinically underestimated as rectal examinations and the serum prostate specific antigen levels may be normal. We experienced a case of a ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate in a 78 year-old man. (Korean J Urol 2004;45:742-745)

무정전 전원장치는 불안정한 전원시스템에 양질의 전략과 안정된 전력을 공급하는 장치이며, 정전시에 중요부하 보호를 위해 전기를 공급하는 장치이다. 본 논문은 UPS의 출력 파형 개선을 위해 이산제어 기법을 이용하였다. 이 기법은 부하변동에 대한 진폭제어와 상용전원과 UPS 출력의 상동기를 통한 주파수제어를 완전히 이산치로 변환하여 안정된 출력 전압을 얻을 수 있도록 했다. 또한 신호발생과 동기제어를 위한 아날로그 회로를 제거하여 제품의 소형·경량화가 될 수 있도록 했으며 이를 구현하는 제어 알고리즘을 통해 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 행하여 제안한 시스템의 타당성을 입증하였다. Uninterruptible power supply(UPS) system should provide a good quality and stable power supply no matter what the condition of the raw mains. And when the mains fails, it must provide uninterrupted power to the load for a specified time. In this paper. discrete control system is introduced to improve output waveforms of UPS. This technique can be obtained output voltage by discrete data of synchronous control and voltage control to various loac. And then, the compact and light UPS can be realized by remove of the analog circuit and simulation and ezperinentation were performed with this control algofihtm. The experiment result show the effectiveness of proposed UPS system uwing the discrete control techjique.
