전환기의 관점에서 본여말선초 사대부의 세계관과 문학론의 전개

고려후기의 사대부들은 세계가 일정한 합법칙성을 가진 것으로 이해했으며, 그러한 세계의 흐름 속에서 인간은 세계의 흐름에 적극적으로 관여할 수 있는 존재로 이해되었다. 고려말의 이색에 이르면 돌이킬 수 없는 시대의 흐름에 대한 순응/적응의 논리가 더 강하게 나타난다. 이런 점에서 이색은 이곡․이제현과는 차이를 보인다. 곧 이색은 천도의 不定性에 더 집중하고 다소는 ‘비극적’이라고도 할 수 있는 전망 속에서 도가 쇠한 시대의 문학이 그에 따라 외로운 울림일 수밖에 없다는 것을 용인했다. 이색의 제자이자, 조선의 건국을 이끌어낸 정도전은 천도를 유지하고 현실 세계를 교정할 수 있는 존재로서 인간을 자리매김하고, 도를 구현하는 그릇으로서 인간이 발현하는 문학이 인문의 극치를 이루는 것이라 했다. 정도전과 권근의 세대를 이어, 집현전에서 양성되었던 젊은 지식인은 자신들의 시대를 창업기와는 다른 ‘수성’의 시대로 규정하였다. 그들은 고려후기 이래 지속되어 온 논리를 지속, 강화하는 한편, 이미 확고하게 ‘주어진 천명’ ‘현실에서 구현된 낙관적인 세계’를 어떻게하면 고정하고 영속화할 것인가, 그 점에 대한 경계를 작동하는 방향으로 나갔다. High officials in the end of the Goryeo dynasty understood that the universe was operated by the rational law. They also grasped that human beings could positively participated in this universe. This thought weakened in the end of the Goryeo that Yi-Saek worked. Yi-Saek premised that the movement of the universe could not be foreseen by human-beings. So He showed the pessimistic view that literature was nothing but the lonely echo of the confused times.In the beginning of the Chosun dynasty, Jeong Do-Jeon who was the disciple of Yi-Saek and took lead in the founding of the Chosun, emphasized that human beings could reform and controll the universe. He regarded literature as the culmination of In-Moon(人文) that human beings created in the universe. As the next generation of Jeong Do-Jeon, Young intellectuals who was educated in Gip-Hyeon-Jeon, announced that an ideal world was realized in their times, thinking of their times as the era of Su-Seong(守成). According their world view, they told that literature had to assume the role of maintaining and preserving this ideal world.

간호대학생의 환자안전관리활동: 계획된 행위이론을 중심으로

Purpose: This study was undertaken to present an effective plan for the development of an educational program and a strategy to promote patient safety management activities for nursing students by identifying factors that affect these activities based on the theory of planned behavior. Methods: A self-report questionnaire was distributed to 300 nursing students who had clinical practice experience at three nursing colleges in Daejeon, Gyeongbuk, and Jeonbuk. The significance of the model fit, and the path effect was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Results: The hypothetical model for patient safety management activities was appropriate. Among the 5 pathways, 4 were significant. It was found that behavioral intention had a direct influence on patient safety management activities, and perceived behavioral control and attitude had an influence on behavioral intention. Conclusion: To strengthen the perceived behavioral control of nursing students' patient safety management activities, it is necessary to analyze and remove obstacles and provide education that reflects the characteristics of the subject's health problems. In addition, through self-directed learning involving simulation practice, nursing students should be exposed to patient safety accidents, so that they can recognize the risks early and solve problems through critical thinking while bringing about the necessary changes in their attitude. .

병원간호사의 환자안전관리활동 구조모형: 수정된 형태의 계획된 행위이론

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a structural model for patient safety management activities and to identify the influencing factors of organizational and individual dimensions that promote patient safety management activities and to suggest effective intervention plans. Methods: A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure organizational factor, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and patient safety management activities. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 nurses and 275 were included in the analysis. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the model fitness, indirect effect, and direct effect of the model. Results: The hypothetical model for patient safety management activities was appropriate. Among the 8 pathways, 6 direct pathways were significant. Organizational factor affected individual attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. Perceived behavior control, and subjective norm affected behavioral intention. Behavioral intention affected patient safety management activities. Perceived behavior control did not affect patient safety management activities. Conclusion: Organizations and individuals must change together to promote patient safety management activities. The organization should establish practical education and training, systems and regulations. Individuals should increase behavioral intention by strengthening perceived behavioral control and subjective norm. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 환자안전관리활동에 대한 구조모형을 개발함으로써 환자안전관리활동을 촉진시키는 조직 및 개인 차원의 영향요인을 파악하고 효과적인 중재방안을 제시하기 위함이다. 방법: 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 조직 요인, 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제, 행위의도, 환자안전관리활동을 측정하였다. 설문지는 300명의 간호사에게 배포되었고, 최종 275명을 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0 및 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 모델 적합성, 간접 효과 및 모델의 직접 효과를 분석하였다. 결과: 환자안전관리활동에 대한 가설적 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 총 8개의 경로 중 6개의 직접경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 조직 요인은 개인의 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제에 직접효과를 나타냈다. 지각된 행위통제와 주관적 규범은 행위의도에 직접효과를 나타냈다. 행위 의도는 환자안전관리활동에 직접효과를 나타냈으나, 지각된 행위통제는 환자안전관리활동에 직접효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 환자안전관리활동을 증진시키기 위해서는 개인과 조직이 함께 변화해야 한다. 조직은 실제적인 교육, 훈련, 시스템 및 규정을 수립해야 하며, 개인은 지각된 행위통제 및 주관적 규범을 강화함으로써 행위의도를 증가시켜야 한다.

To understand the process and molecular mechanism of cellular aging, we explored novel senescence-associated genes using rat tissues with different age. Using total RNAs from 6 and 24-month old rat tissues, differential display reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (DD RT-PCR) were performed and 12 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) which were downor up-regulated in aged rat tissues were found. Among these DEGs, the level of prosaposin mRNA was elevated of in senescent human dermal fibroblast (HDF) and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). It was further confirmed that expression of prosaposin was up-regulated in prematurely senescent HUVECs induced by hydrogen peroxide or interferon- γ treatment. Taken together, we report the up-regulation of prosaposin in the senescent HDF and HUVECs as well as in hydrogen peroxide or interferon-γ induced prematurely senescent HUVECs, suggesting that prosaposin might be a novel senescence-associated gene.
