        치과 임플란트 수술용 고출력 초음파 수술기 설계 및 제작

        This paper presents the design and fabrication of a high power piezoelectric ultrasonic surgery unit for multi-purpose dental implantation. A conventional piezoelectric ultrasonic surgery units consists of a transducer and a tip. However, the drawback of this simple structure is that the output performance of the transducer considerably changes with the change of the tips. An ultrasonic surgery unit that has an additional booster between the transducer and the tip can solve this problem to some extent; for this, an optimal structural design for the transducer is required. We used the Bolted Langevin Transducer (BLT) as the basic transducer; it consists of piezoelectric ceramics and a metal body. It's structure was optimized using mathematical methods to determine the length and radius of the tail and head masses. Additionally, the booster was also subjected to the same methods. Using these mathematical methods, optimal results in terms of the resonance frequency (24.96 kHz), displacement ($14.27{\mu}m$), and pressure (2.8 MPa), could be obtained. The validity of this proposed surgery unit was confirmed experimentally, exhibiting a cutting force of around 7% higher than that of a conventional surgery unit.

        This paper describes the development of a piezoelectric level switch, which aims to effectively monitor the level status in high ambient temperatures. In order to adjust the impedance near the resonant frequency and temperature characteristics, the effect of the case and backing layer materials on its performance was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM). The suggested prototype new level switch has three heat-sink plates attached to SUS bar of 230 mm long, and case of PEEK which contains PZT sensing part. To illustrate the validity of this level switch, 10 samples are prepared and investigated the sensing performance through the high and low temperature ambient.

        본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 외모만족도, 외모관리행동이 무용몰입, 무용지속의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 통해 대학생들이 수행하는 외모만족도와 외모관리행동이 지속적인 무용참여에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 확인하여 생활무용의 활성화를 위한 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적을 두고자 한다. 본 연구는 수도권에 소재하고 있는 3개 대학 무용전공대학생 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS24.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 통계분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 외모만족도는 무용몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외모만족도는 무용지속의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외모관리행동은 무용몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외모관리행동은 무용지속의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 무용몰입은 무용지속의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to find out the effect of dance majoring students" appearance satisfaction, appearance managing behavior on immersion to dancing, intention on continuous dancing. We aim to find how appearance satisfaction and appearance managing behavior affects continuous dancing participation and use it as basic information for vitalizing life dance. This study conducted a survey on 250 students majoring in modern dance in 3 universities located in capital areas and did statistic analysis using SPSS24.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result firstly, appearance satisfaction showed to have static influence on immersion to dancing. Secondly, appearance satisfaction showed to have not static influence on intention of continuous dancing. Thirdly, appearance managing behavior showed to have static effect on immersion to dancing. Fourthly, it is shown that appearance managing behavior has not static effects on intention of continuing dance. Fifthly, dancing immersion showed to have static effect on intention of continuing dance.

        전문무용수의 공감능력과 감정이입능력이 무용몰입에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 전문무용수의 공감능력과 감정이입능력이 무용몰입에 미치는 영향력을 규명하기 위해 유의 표집 방법을 이용하여 서울시, 경기도, 전라북도에 속한 국공립무용단체, 민간무용단체 그리고 프로젝트 형 독립무용단체를 임의 선정한 후, 전문무용수 340명을 표집 하였다. 조사도구는 Baron-Cohen과 Wheelwright (2004)가 개발한 공감능력 검사 척도를 허재홍, 이찬종(2010)이 번안한 검사지, 이한석(2010)의 감정이입 검사지, 조영주(2010)의 무용몰입 검사지를 연구 대상에 맞도록 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, t-test, ANOVA, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 연구문제를 해결하였다. 이에 대한 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문무용수의 개인적 특성에 따라 감정이입능력과 무용 몰입은 유의한 차이가 있다. 여성이 남성에 비해 감정이입능력 하위변인 중 인지적 감정이입이 높았고 남성이 여성에 비해 무용몰입 하위변인 중 활동과 인식의 통합몰입에서 높았다. 또한 연령이 높을수록 무용몰입이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 10년 이상의 무용 공연 경력을 갖고 있는 사람들에게서 감정이입능력 그리고 무용몰입이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인지 무용 능력에 따라 무용몰입은 유의한 차이가 있으며, 연간 공연 횟수에서는 무용몰입 중 최면 유사 상태 몰입에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문무용수의 공감능력이 무용몰입의 하위변인인 자기 목적적 경험 몰입, 최면 유사 상태 몰입 그리고 활동과 인식의 통합 몰입 모두에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 전문무용수의 감정이입 하위변인 중 인지적 감정이입은 무용몰입의 하위변인 중자기 목적적 경험몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 정서적 감정이입은 자기목적적 경험몰입과 활동과 인식과의 통합 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미친다. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of empathy and sympathy on dance flow inprofessional dancers. This study selected 319 professional dancers in national dance companies, private dance companies and independent dancers located in Seoul, Kyonggi, Joenbuk, using the purposive sampling method. The study used amending/supplementing surveys applied to the researches by Baron-Cohen & Wheelwright(2004), Huh Jae-hong·Lee Chan-jong(2010), Lee Han-Seok(2010) and Jo Young-Joo(2010) corresponding to the purpose of the study. Collected data were analyzed to solve problems of the study with statistical methods such as t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, through SPSS 12.0 program. The concrete results of the study were as follows. First, it was found that there was a significant differences in sympathy and dance flow according to professional dancer``s individual characteristics. Cognitive sympathy of subsidiary factor of sympathy in women group was higher than men. And activities and awareness of integrated flow of subsidiary factor of dance flow in men group was higher than women. It was found that there was high dance flow in the highest age group. Also, more than 10 years performing career group was high in empathy and dance flow. There were significant differences in dance flow according to cognitive dance ability, hypnosis similar state flow of subsidiary factor of dance flow according to the number of dance performance per year in dance. Second, sympathy of professional dancer was found to have influence on the subsidiary factors of dance flow: namely, self-purposeful experience flow, hypnosis similar state flow and activities and awareness of integrated flow. Third, cognitive sympathy of subsidiary factor of sympathy was found to have influence of self-purposeful experience flow of subsidiary factor of dance flow. And emotional sympathy was found to have influence on the subsidiary factors of dance flow: namely, self-purposeful experience flow and activities and awareness of integrated flow.

        인터넷게임중독의 단계적, 맞춤형 조절력 향상 치료개입 프로그램의 개발

        Internet gaming disorder (IGD) is a complicated behavioral and mental disorder. IGD is suggested as a one of the addictive dis-orders, also, it has unique characteristic features. Because of the bio-psycho-social model of addiction, IGD is part of a wide spectrum of comorbid psychiatric conditions and sociocultural contexts. Based on previous qualitative studies, we can define the intervention strategy based on the severity of the client’s addiction and characteristics of the problem. Therefore, we developed a multidimensional assessment protocol entitled K-PPC (Korean Patient Placement Criteria) for IGD and a tailored individual intervention approach entitled STEP (Stepped Tailored Empowerment Program) based on the concept proposed by the ASAM PPC (American Society of Addiction Medicine) model designed to help those who abuse alcohol and the Stepped model for ad-diction disorders. The K-PPC Assessment protocol is composed of 4 domains; internet game use behaviors, concurrent psychiatric problems, motivation, and the environmental factors affect-ing recovery and relapse. The STEP intervention matrix was composed of the severity of the addiction (basic and intensive) and concurrent psychiatric problems (introversion and extroversion). The treatment program was developed using information taken from evidence-based programs like cognitive behavioral treatment and motivational interviewing. The periods of the basic and intensive intervention are 8 weeks and 16 weeks, respectively. Because of the tailored approach of STEP, it is hypothesized that outcomes will be better compared to those in people treated with the current standard of care.

        Tetrachloroethylene is widely used as a solvent for degreasing operations and for dry cleaning. Accidental overexposure of tetrachloroethylene produces central nervous system depression which may be followed by hepatic and renal damage. Renal changes are usually mild and reversible with removal of the offending agent. The relationship between exposure to tetrachloroethylene and chronic renal failure remains controversial. Acute or subacute tetrachloroethylene poisoning has been occasionally observed in dry cleaners and fatal cases have been rarely reported. We experienced a case of acute tetrachloroethylene poisoning complicated by acute renal failure. After ingestion of 200 mL tetrachloroethylene, a 32-year-old man was admitted to the clinic in semicoma. Under the conservative treatment, the clinical condition of the patient improved consideravely, but acute renal failure developed. After 5 times hemodialysis during the admission, he recovered completely from acute renal failure.

        뇌척수액 백혈구증가증이 없는 엔테로바이러스 뇌수막염 소아 환아들의 임상적인 특징

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical features and labo ratory findings of enteroviral meningitis according to the presence of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pleocytosis, and to investigate the factors influencing pleocytosis in children. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in 300 children with enteroviral me ningitis confirmed by CSF reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) between 2012 and 2016. Electronic medical records including clinical and laboratory data were assessed. Clinical factors were compared between patients with and with out pleocytosis. Results: Of the total 300 children with enteroviral meningitis, 73 had no pleocytosis. The proportion of infants under the age of two years was higher in patients without pleocytosis than in patients with pleocytosis (39.7% vs 14.5%, P<0.001). Patients without pleocytosis were younger (43.4 months vs 66.2 months, P<0.001), had less prevalence of headache and vomiting, lower peripheral white blood cell count (9,740±3,555/mm 3 vs 11,632±3,872/mm 3 ) and a shorter interval between the onset and lumbar puncture than those with pleocytosis. In multiple regression analysis, younger age, vomiting, lower white blood cell count, and interval less than 24 hours from onset to spinal tap were associated with the absence of pleocytosis. Conclusion: This study showed that children younger than two years of age had high proportion of absence of pleocytosis and some of the factors analyzed correlated with CSF inflammation. Therefore, absence of pleocytosis in the initial CSF sample cannot exclude meningitis, and rapid RT-PCR testing should be performed with high suspicion in young infants.

        효소적 생물전환을 이용한 토종오가피와 가시오가피의 Eleutheroside B, E의 추출 함량 최적화

        본 연구에서는 효소적 생물전환을 이용하여 오가피의 생리 활성 물질인 eleutheroside B와 E의 추출 함량을 증대시키는 방안을 모색하였다. 효율적인 열수추출 공정을 위해 줄기 분말에 질량대비 가수를 한 결과 14배 가수를 선정하였다. 이후 줄기 분말에 다양한 가수분해 효소를 이용하여 처리한 결과 유효성분의 용출량을 증가시키는 효소로 Novozyme 33095, Viscozyme L을 선정하였다. 효소처리 시간별로 유효성분의 용출량을 비교한 결과 eleutheroside B와 E의 용출량은 가시오가피 줄기에 Novozyme 33095로 3시간 처리하였을 경우 eleutheroside B의 용출량이 대조구 대비 약 13%가 증가하였고, eleutheroside E의 용출량은 대조구 대비 약 26%로 가장 많이 증가하였다. 효소처리 후 토종오가피와 가시오가피의 줄기의 효과적인 열수추출 조건을 확인해 본 결과 토종오가피를 121°C에서 15분 동안 추출하였을 때 eleutheroside B의 추출 함량은 기존 열수추출 공정대비 약 7%가 증가하였고, eleutheroside E의 추출 함량은 약 17%가 유의적으로 증가하였다. 가시오가피 줄기를 121°C에서 15분 동안 추출하였을 때 eleutheroside B의 추출 함량은 기존 열수추출 공정대비 약 25%가 유의적으로 증가하였고, eleutheroside E의 추출 함량은 약 29%가 유의적으로 증가하였다. In this study, we optimized conditions for extraction of eleutherosides B and E from stem powder of Acanthopanax. To enhance eleutheroside B and E yields, Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seeman and Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim were pre-incubated with the following enzymes: Celluclast, Viscozyme L, Lactozyme, Lecitase, and Novozyme 33095. Treatment with Novozyme 33095, a commercial pectinase, for 3 h resulted in the highest yields of eleutherosides B and E from A. sessiliflorus and E. senticosus. Compared with extraction at 121°C for 120 min, at 121°C for 15 min after Novozyme 33095 pre-incubation increased eleutheroside B and E yields from A. sessiliflorus by 7% and 17%, respectively. In the case of E. senticosus, eleutheroside B and E yields increased by 25% and 29%, respectively.

        Nanostuctured TiAl powder was synthesized by high energy ball milling. A dense nanostuctured TiAl was consolidated using pulsed current activated sintering method within 2 minutes from mechanically synthesized powders of TiAl and horizontally milled powders of Ti+Al. The grain size and hardness of TiAl sintered from horizontally milled Ti+Al powders and high energy ball milled TiAl powder were 35 nm, 20 nm and 450 kg/$mm^2$, 630 kg/$mm^2$, respectively.
