This paper presents a PTP control method of a ball screw-driven stage with laser interferometer and DC servo motor. We use the switching control method that consisted of general PID control in the micro dynamic region and NCTF method in the other region. To determine a switching time, this method measure the driving force of the stage. The proposed control method enables the ball-screw driven stage with 100㎜ stroke to move with 0.6㎚ resolution that is the resolution of laser interferometer.

본 논문은 고보 조명 광학계의 image mask에 사전 왜곡을 적용하여, image를 선명하게 조사 및 보정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 고보 조명 광학계의 경우, 일반적으로 기울여 조사되는 경우가 많기 때문에 image에서 상ㆍ하 방향의 왜곡이 심하게 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 비례식을 이용해 image의 보정 좌표를 도출하고, 이를 image mask에 적용하여 왜곡을 보정하였다. 그 결과, 기존 image mask를 사용하였을 경우에 비해 왜곡이 64.5% 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. This paper studies a method of applying pre-distortion to the image mask of the gobo illumination optical system to correct an irradiated image and irradiate a clear image. In the case of the gobo illumination optical system, since it is generally irradiated with a tilt, distortion in the upper and lower directions occurs severely in the image. To solve this problem, the correction coordinates of the image were derived using a proportional equation, and the distortion was corrected by applying them to the image mask. As a result, it was confirmed that the distortion was reduced by 64.5% compared to the case of using the existing image mask.

With the expansion of the online system, a payment system has been simplified and became popularized. In this paper, a new simple payment system is proposed and implemented to provide authentication and a low cost. The proposed system has a smart contract that is based on ethereum network.

This paper presents measurement processes of rotational accuracy and comparison of theoretical values in the main bearing of scroll compressor. The main bearing is a type of oil journal bearing, but it has an axial or helical groove. The generalized coordinate system method, which can handle this groove, is applied to calculate the pressure profile in the journal bearing. The orbits of journal shaft are calculated corresponding to the compressed gas forces and bearing reaction forces. Then, the orbits are measured using three-point method. The results are compared to that from analyses.

원통형 변위센서를 장착한 능동 공기 베어링에 관한 연구

In this paper, an actively controlled aerostatic bearing is studied to overcome the defects of air bear-ing such as low stiffness and damping coefficients. The actively controlled aerostatic bearing is composed of aerostatic bearings, non-contact type of displacement sensors, piezoelectric actuators and controllers. The cylindrical capacitance sensor (CCS) is used as the displacement sensor. The reason for using CCS instead of the commercial gap sensor is that it can give us the pure error motion of the spindle because it removes the roundness error or the geometric errors in the spindle. The controller is designed by the state space equation and quadratic optimal control theory. The characteristic data of the actively controlled aerostatic bearing system in the frequency domain are presented and the stiffness and damping coefficients of the bearing are mentioned. This paper shows the possibility to reduce the motion error up to 6000 rpm.
