The purpose of this study was to identify the implications of spatial planning aspects for developing the domestic anti-disaster apartment certification system through the analysis of the overseas anti-disaster-enhancing apartment certification system and related literature. In the case of exclusive space, it is necessary to consider plans to plan evacuation areas by using existing spaces such as bathroom and dress room in addition to balcony. In the unit households, securing evacuation routes is very important and for this purpose consider plans to prevent the front door distortion, secure a lightweight partition Passage space on the balcony and prevent furniture conduction. In the case of public spaces, it is suggested that the space considered for the weak should be planned by planning a shelter to maintain the proper temperature. It will also consider space plans for the maintenance of life after a disaster, such as aanti-disaster warehouse and a place to provide meals. And consideration is given to ways to strengthen the disaster prevention capability in connection with the area through plans such as lobby for front doors and Piloti, which can be opened to local residents in the event of a disaster.

The purpose of this study was to analyze actual status and suggest improvement of temporary shelter for disaster victims due to the earthquake in Pohang, Korea by site visit survey and In-depth interview for disaster victims and volunteers and managers. Findings are as follows; 1)it is necessary to have a space division according to usage and sufficient space in entrance area. 2)although the tent for two people was distributed in the sleeping space for victims, it was inconvenient for users due to the narrow area in terms of storage and sleeping. Accordingly, it is necessary to provide a space for storing personal items, to secure space between tents, and to secure privacy through space division according to family and gender. 3)there was a problem in the service space because there were no rest and meeting area for volunteers and managers. 4)special space will need space planning for disasters such as infants, women, pets.

석북(石北) 신광수(申光洙)의 『반초혼(反招魂)에 대한 고찰(考察)

이 글은 石北 申光洙(1712~1775)의 漢詩 세계에 대해 연구를 진행하면서 그 일환으로 작성된 논문이다. 이 글에선 신광수가 1762년 驪州의 寧陵 참봉으로 있을 당시 세상을 떠난 杜機 崔成大(1691~1762)의 죽음을 추모하며 창작한 『反招魂』.의 특징적 면모를 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 『반초혼』은 최성대가 임종을 앞두고 남긴 『觀花賦[絶筆]』의 ‘海上三島’란 시어에서 착안해 창작되었다. ‘해상삼도’는 당나라 시인 孟浩然의 『寄天台道士』의 시어를 끌어 와 사용했는데, 이는 동해에 있다는 三神山을 통해 최성대 자신의 仙境에 대한 열망 을 드러낸 것이다. 이러한 ‘선경에 대한 열망’의 본질을 정미하게 파악한 신광수는 그 의미를 시에 핍진하게 형상하였다. 이 글에서는 현실세계에서의 이런저런 부침에서 오는 심적 고통과 상처를 입은 최 성대의 영혼에 신선사상을 덧입혀 위로하고, 그 고달팠던 삶을 신화의 상상력으로 승 화시켜 통찰한 태도에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히 『반초혼』은 宋玉이 『招魂』에서 屈原의 혼을 불러들이는 발상구조를 모방한 작품이긴 하나, 작품의 중심사상, 서술방식, 문 장운용에 있어선 변형의 묘미를 발휘하여 독특한 창의성을 드러내었다. 무엇보다 『반초혼』은 망자의 평소 행적이 신광수 개인의 문학사상과 심리적 표출과 어우러져 변용되었으며, 그 자신의 시인으로서 지닌 개성과 변별적 기법이 뚜렷하게 나타난 작품이다. This writing is a thesis prepared as a part of conducting the research on Seokbuk, Shin, Kwang-su(1712~1775)’s Chinese poetry world. This writing looked intensively into the characteristic aspects of the poet <Anti-Spirits Invocation> created by Shin, Kwang-su in memory of Dugi Choi, Seong-dae(1691~1762)``s death in 1762 when Seokbuk was Chambong(an official) in charge of Yeongneung Royal Tomb, Yeoju. The poem <Anti-Spirits Invocation> was created by observing the poetic word, ‘Haesangsamdo; Three Islands on the Sea’ of <Gwanhwabu> left by Choi, Seong-dae with his death ahead. Choi, Seong-dae borrowed the poetic word ‘Haesangsamdo’ from the Tang State poet Meng Haoran``s <Gicheontaedosa; Sending to Ascetic Cheontae>, in which Choi,Seong-dae revealed his own aspiration for a fairyland through Samsinsan which was believed to be in the East Sea. Shin, Kwang-su, who delicately grasped the essentials of ‘Aspiration for a Fairyland’, embodied its meaning in the poem vividly. This writing looked into Seokbuk``s attitude of consoling Choi, Seong-dae, who suffered from mental distress and deep scars caused by this & that up and down in the real world, by adding Taoist idea to Choi, Seong-dae’s soul, and also the attitude of discernment by sublimating Choi, Seong-dae``s hard life into mythicalimagination. <Anti-Spirits Invocation> is the work which imitated Song, Ok`s conception structure, in which the writer calls back the spirit of the dead QuYuan in his work <Evocation>, but the work <Anti-Spirits Invocation> exposes unique creativity by displaying transformational subtlety in the central idea of the work, narrative style, and sentence management. First of all, <Anti-Spirits Invocation> is transformed through the mix of the deceased person``s usual deeds in this world with Shin, Kwang-su`s personal literary ideology and psychological expression, showing clearly Shin``s personality as a poet and differential technique.

Amid the growing number of disasters in South Korea, various disaster safety-related apartment specialization plans are being pushed forward as the risk of disaster damage in apartments increases. The purpose of this study was to develop specialized apartment planning elements related to disaster safety that reflect residents opinions through the online survey conducted on 322 housewives living in apartments in the Seoul metropolitan area. We derived the elements of a disaster-safety-related apartment plan in terms of space and system elements, and identified the overall importance of residents, additional requirements, and the importance of each family life cycle. The results are as follows; firstly, external vacant lots for emergency evacuation are presented as common elements in terms of planning the complex and community facilities, Therefore, in addition to the existing unit household balcony evacuation space, additional evacuation space plans are required. Secondly, safety sign which have increased cognition and solar power generation system were presented as common factors when planning residential building, Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a disaster safety design from a universal design perspective and it is necessary to develop various planning elements for maintaining living after disasters. Finally, the safety glass, an entrance door that can minimize the distortion of the door frame, and outdoor escape stairs that can be evacuated through a balcony were suggested as common elements of residential unit planning. Therefore, it is necessary to apply specialized planning elements that can secure the safety of unit household evacuation route. Since this study has a limitation in that the scope of the investigation is limited to housewives in the metropolitan area, further research is needed by expanding the scope of the research target and area.

친구관계의 질에 영향을 주는 부/모애착과 자기역량지각

This study investigated the relations between children`s self-perceived competence and friendship quality by grade, sex and father/mother attachment, and the relative importance of father/mother attachment and self-perceived competence on quality of children`s friendships. There was a mean difference in self-perceived competence by grade and father/mother attachment. While both 3rd graders and 5th graders showed high levels of father/mother attachment and self-perceived competence, 5th graders showed higher self-perceived competence than 3rd graders. There was a mean difference in friendship quality by grade, sex and father/mother attachment: 5th graders showed higher friendship quality than the 3rd graders, and girls showed higher friendship quality then boys. In conclusion, children``s friendship quality was influenced by father/mother attachment and social acceptance.

노인의료복지시설의 안전성 향상을 위한 체크리스트 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop a checklist that can be used for facility inspections and remodeling in order to improve the safety of residents who are living in elderly care facilities. As a result of the study, living safety and disaster safety should be secured considering the behavior and accident feature of dementia elderly people who live in the elderly care facilities. Base on the these category of safety, 30 checklists were developed to secure the safety of the elderly care facilities through korea and foreign document. The specific results obtained by applying them to the elderly care facilities are as follows; In the elderly care facilities, common item have been mostly applied, and living safety aspect item which has a high application rate even in the BF certification have been almost applied. However, the rate of application for disaster safety was very low, therefore, the disaster safety aspect such as the planning of temporary evacuation space considering horizontal evacuation, setting up openings that blocked smoke inflow, the ease of communication and rescue activities with fire station should be needed.

Strongyloides stercoralis is an intestinal nematode that infects a large portion of the world`s population, especially in tropical areas and other hot, humid regions. In immunocompromised patients, the parasite is augmented by autoinfection, resulting in hyper-infection or systemic dissemination. Pulmonary hemorrhage is a rare presentation of Strongyloides hyperinfection. We experienced a case of Strongyloides hyperinfection with alveolar hemorrhage in an immunocompromised patient. A 63-year-old man with small cell lung carcinoma on chemotherapy presented with abdominal pain and dyspnea. He developed a pulmonary hemorrhage and migrating pneumonia 1 week later, and bronchoalveolar lavage cytology revealed helminthic larvae identified as Strongyloides. The patient received albendazole therapy for 6 weeks, and the Strongyloides hyperinfection and pneumonia were resolved. (Korean J Med 76:502-505, 2009)

Tracheal chondromas are very rare benign cartilaginous tumors. We present the first case report, to our knowledge, of a tracheal chondroma in Korea. A 73-year-old male was referred to our hospital for a mass in the left lung. Flexible bronchoscopy was performed to evaluate the lung mass and incidentally found a tracheal mass as well. A biopsy and histological examination of the tracheal mass revealed a chondroma. (Korean J Med 2012;82:352-356)
