이 연구는 모바일 미디어를 이용한 신체적 실천이라는 시점에서 휴대폰 카메라를 이용한 일상적 사진 찍기에 대해 검토했다. 디지털 카메라와 결합한 휴대폰 카메라의 대중적 보급과 더불어, 사진 찍기 실천은 누구나 일상적으로 수행하는 습관적 행위로 변모하고 있다. 사회적, 의례적 (Sontag, 1977)인 이벤트에서 개인의 시각적 정체성을 구축하는 문화적 실천(van Djick, 2007, 2008)으로, 더 나아가 주체조차 의식하기 어려운 일상적, 습관적 행위로 변화하고 있는 사진 찍기를 실천적 측면에서 고찰했다. 미디어 고고학적 접근법을 빌어, 사진집 <숨겨진 엄마(The Hidden mother)>(2013)를 통해 밝혀진 다게레오타이프 사진을 분석함으로써 일상적 시각 기록 장치와 신체 양식의 관계를 드러내고, 이를 통해 휴대폰 카메라를 이용한 사진 찍기의 신체적 실천을 고찰했다. 다게레오타이프를 이용한 사진 찍기와 휴대폰 카메라를 이용한 사진 찍기를 병치함으로써, ‘셀카’를 비롯해 새로이 등장한 사진 찍기 실천의 의미를 시각 장치와 신체의 관계라는 차원에서 검토했다. 특히 사진 찍기 실천에 있어서 주체와 피사체의 관계가 어떻게 변화하고 있는지에 중점을 두어, 편재하는 사진 찍기가 네트워크 문화와 결합한 새로운 국면에 대해 고찰했다. With the widespread use of mobile media with digital camera, the phototaking has increasingly become a banal and habitual practice. While previous research tends to pay attention to the social and ritual aspect of photography (Sontag 1997) or its creative role to build personal identity in cultural arena such as cyberspace (van Djick 2007, 2008), this paper concerns the everydayness of mobile photography from a view point of the bodily practice. Through a media archaeological study on the collection of old daguerreotype photographs, it will seek to explore the hidden aspect of body-technology relations (Richardson & Wilken, 2012) between camera and cultural practice to use it. Drawing upon this relationship between visual apparatus and bodily practices, it will juxtapose and further discuss the practical mode of mobile photography and phototaking practices of mobile media such as selfie, as a way to reveal its multifaceted aspect to traverse body and image, online and offline and individual and social aspects. It will also argue for the possibility of a media archaeological method that excavates a cultural and practical dynamism in researching digital media.

ε-Ga2O3, a metastable phase of Ga2O3, has excellent compatibility with substrates having a hexagonal structure or a quasi-hexagonal structure, so that a film having a relatively lower surface roughness and defect density than β-Ga2O3 can be obtained easily. Accordingly, we attempted to fabricate a high-quality β-Ga2O3 film with a low surface roughness and defect density using the property of phase transition to β-Ga2O3 when ε-Ga2O3 is annealed at a high temperature. For this, the growth of high-quality ε-Ga2O3 films must be preceded. In this study, the optimal flow rate was investigated by analyzing the structural and morphological characteristics of the ε-Ga2O3 film according to the supplied precursor ratio. In addition, the annealing condition and the effect of β-Ga2O3 mixed in the ε-Ga2O3 film on the crystallinity of β-Ga2O3 after phase transition were also investigated.
