The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of general sling-bridge exercise (GSE) and sling-bridge exercise with rhythmic stabilization technique (SER) on trunk muscle endurance and flexibility in adolescents with low back pain (LBP). 30 adolescents who had complaints of LBP were randomly assigned to one of the two groups: the GSE group (n=15) and SER group (n=15). Subjects performed each exercise programs for 4 weeks with the aim of improving trunk muscle stability; GSE group trained general bridge exercise with sling, SER group trained rhythmic stabilization bridge exercise with sling. The static and dynamic trunk muscle endurance and flexibility were measured before and at the end of the exercise program. The static and dynamic trunk muscle endurance were significantly improved in both groups (p<.05) and the SER group showed significant difference from the GSE group after the exercise (p<.05). The trunk muscle flexibility was significantly improved in both groups (p<.05) and the SER group were significantly different from GSE group post-exercise (p<.05). The results of this study showed that sling bridge exercise with rhythmic stabilization technique may be appropriate for improving trunk muscle stability in adolescents with LBP.
유아 조기·특기교육의 활성화 및 공론화를 위한 기초 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the phenomena of extra-curricular activities in early childhood educational institutions(kindergartens and childcare centers), and to parents' and teachers' perception of those early childhood programs. The subject of this study was the ninety eight kindergartens and childcare centers, six hundered sixty four parents who have 2 to 5-year-old children in Seoul and Gyeonggi. Questionnaires were corrected by teachers from kindergatens and childcare centers and experts on early childhood education. Major findings were that mostly respondents reported doing many extra-curricular activities in kindergartens and childcare centers. Also, parents recognized that extra-curricular activities in kindergartens and childcare centers was needed. 본 연구는 유아를 대상으로 한 조기·특기교육 실태를 교육기관과 가정을 통해 조사한 결과를 토대로 현실적인 대안 방안을 강구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기도 소재의 유아교육기관(유치원과 어린이집) 총 98곳과 학부모 664명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부, 회수하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 설문조사 결과, 유치원과 어린이집간의 조기·특기교육의 현황은 대체로 유사한 것으로 조사되었고, 유아교육기관이나 가정 모두 조기·특기 교육을 실행하고 있었으며, 유아교육기관 자체에서 조기·특기교육을 절실히 필요로 하고 있음이 드러났다. 대부분의 교사와 부모가 현재 실행되고 있는 유아의 조기·특기교육이 정규 유아교육과정에 포함되어야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 유아교육프로그램의 개정에 관한 논의와 본 연구의 제한점, 후속연구의 과제에 관하여 기술하였다.
