This paper reports on an in-depth examination of the CSAT items which are taken from the following tests: 2002 CSAT, 2003 September trial-CSAT, and 2003 CSAT. Based on three criteria, probability value, discrimination index, and an analysis of distracters, four items per test were chosen for analysis. In analyzing the test results of the items, a special attention is paid to the distracter efficiency. Items of high probability values with low discrimination indices are undesirably strongly affected by a certain alternative among the choices. Items of low probability values with low discrimination indices are found to be affected not by distracters, but by lack of knowledge in language use. A close examination of good items with appropriate probability values and discrimination indices shows that the respondents tend to choose an alternative not on its attractiveness as an answer, but on their testing strategies. That is, instead of reading the whole text first and answering the question, they usually check the pattern of the item, its similarity and difference with previous items, and apply their testing strategies. In analyzing each item, the paper provides suggestions for making the distracters more attractive to prevent the respondents from applying their testing strategies.
TIPS 펜타신 유기 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성에서 솔벤트의 영향 연구

In this paper, we investigated the effect of solvent on electrical properties of triisopropylsilyl (TIPS) pentacene organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). The TIPS pentacene was spin coated by using anisole, chlorobenzene, p-xylene, chloroform and toluene as solvent. Fabricated OTFT with anisole showed field-effect mobility of 0.02㎠/V·s, on/off ratio 1.3×10^(3) and threshold voltage of 2.8V. In contrast, with chloroform the mobility was 5.8×10^(-7)㎠/Vs, on/off ratio 1.1×10^(2) and threshold voltage of 1.7 V.
ESPI와 Pulse ESPI를 이용한 모형교량의 거동해석

본 논문에서는 현재 건축물의 안전진단에 있어서 스트레인 게이지 기법과 가속도계법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 아무리 이 방법들이 잘 알려져있더라도 제한을 받는다. 그러나 ESPI와 Pulse ESPI는 비접촉, 전면검사, 실시간적인 중요한 검사방법이다. 특별히 Pulse ESPI방법은 외란에 둔감하고 아주 짧은 시간내에 검사를 마칠 수 있다. 이 기법은 다양한 piont 방식의 응용과 설치가 빠르며 Laser가 조사되는 전면에 대한 동적거동 해석이 용이 하다. 이 논문은 기존 안전진단기술의 한계를 보완하여 새로운 방안을 제시 할 수 있을 것이다. At present strain gage technique and accelerometer are used widely for the diagnosis safety of constructions. However, the limits of these methods are revealed. But ESPI(Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) and Pulse ESPI is noncontact. whole-field, real-time measuring method. Especially Pulse ESPI method is insensitive to disturbance and can achieve test result in a very short time. It has various strong points in spot application, swift establishment, and dynamic conduct analysis for the entire field of Laser illumination. In this paper a new approach for safety diagnosis on bridges based on speckle interferometry techniques is presented.
