Pneu-weight 수직견인 병행 등장성 재활운동이 만성요통환자들의 요부 근기능, 굴신비율 및 통증지수 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of isotonic rehabilitation training with Pneu-weight vertical traction on changes of lumbar muscle function, flexion/extension strength ratio(FESR) and pain index after applying different exercise methods in 28 male patients of chronic low back pain(13 patients in a MedX exercise group with Pneu-weight vertical traction and 15 patients in a MedX exercise group) for 8 weeks. This study find as follows. 1. both groups showed a statistically significant increase in muscle strength at an angle of 0°, 12°, 24°, 36°, 48°, 60°, and 72° after 8 weeks(p<.001). 2. FESR decreased to 41.71% respectively in the MedX exercise group with Pneu-weight vertical traction and 22.42% in the MedX exercise group, and statistically significant differences were found only in the MedX exercise group(p<.01). 3. VAS decreased to 55.83% respectively in the MedX exercise group with Pneu-weight vertical traction and 52% in the MedX exercise group, and both groups showed statistically significant differences(p<.001). These results indicate that the MedX rehabilitation training with Pneu-weight system based on lumbar vertical traction is effective in FESR and VAS compared to the MedX exercise. Therefore, it is considered that for returning early to daily life, the isotonic rehabilitation training with Pneu-weight system on lumbar vertical traction will be recommended in the clinical field.

To achieve rapid new car developments and cost saving, new approaches for automotive general assembly in manufacturing preparations are needed. In this paper, CAD and DMU technologies for design and evaluation of machines and equipments are discussed. Digital Mock-up based on 3-D CAD models usually apply in the area of concept design and design review. We focus on manufacturing preparations of machine and equipment in this paper, and suggest procedure, some examples and considerations of DMU. By applying DMU in the manufacturing preparations of general assembly, time, cost and quality of engineering can be reduced by achieving engineering collaborations.
근막이완 마사지요법이 남자 대학생들의 스트레스, 심장건강도 및 신체활력도 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze changes in stress, hrv-index and physical vitality for male college students at a college by dividing the participants into an experiment group with 14 participants who applied myofascial release massage for 8 weeks and a control group with 12 participants who did not receive the experimental treatment. The results are described below. Stress showed an increase by 17.74% a fter 8 week s of myofascial r elease massage t reatment, and it decreased by 4.38% in the control group, but there was no statistical significance in both groups. HRV-index increase by 8.11% in the experimental group with myofascial release massage and by 1.13% in the control group, but there was no statistical significance in both groups. Physical vitality showed an increase by 2.29% after 8 weeks of myofascial release massage treatment, and it decreased by 2.21% in the control group, but there was no statistical significance in both groups. The above results showed that when the myofascial release massage therapy was applied, the stress of male college students and the degree of HRV-index and physical vitality were increased which had a positive effect.

Digital virtual manufacturing is a technology facilitating effective development and agile manufacturing of products via sophisticated computer models representing physical and logical schema and behavior of real manufacturing systems including products, process, and manufacturing resources. Based on these models, digital virtual manufacturing supports decision making and error checking in the entire manufacturing processes from design to mass production. In this paper, we analyzed entire business process of the tour major production shops such as press. body assembly, painting and general assembly, of a Korean automotive company by IDEF methodology. And then we generated a strategic plan for the systematic application of the virtual manufacturing technologies. We identified many activities in business process, that can be improved by the application of virtual manufacturing technologies.
후방 요추체간유합 재건술 후 저항운동이 남성 요통환자들의 요부근력 및 통증변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze changes in lumbar muscle strength and pain index after applying other exercise methods for male patients who underwent Posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF) into a resistance exercise group with 10 participants and a self-exercise group with 7 participants. The results are described below. After the application of exercise, the lumbar muscle strength increased by 43.42% in the resistance exercise group (p<.001) at the average value of 7 angles, and the strength increase in the self-exercise group also showed a increase by 27.88%(p<.05). Pain decreased by 36.73% in the resistance exercise group and showed a statistically significant difference (p<.001). It decreased by 22.91% in the self-exercise group and did not show a statistically significant difference. The above results showed that application of resistance exercise and stabilization exercise as a method of improving low back pain after posterior lumbar inter body fusion reconstruction in male increased lumbar extensor strength and resistance exercise had a positive effect on the significant pain reduction.
등장성 재활운동이 남성요통환자의 수술, 비수술 집단간 요부 신근력 변화와 통증정도에 미치는 영향

This study is aimed at determining the effects of isotonic rehabilitation training on lumbar extension strength and relief of back pain in operated & non-operated group of male among Low Back Patients. 30 subject in two group(op-group: n=15, 37.67±12.8 years & non-op group: n=15, 36.67±12.1) were trained twice per week for eight weeks. The training consisted of one set of 15-20 repetitions. Both groups were tested on a Medx Machine at baseline, after 8weeks for lumber extension strength at 0˚, 12,˚ 24˚, 36˚, 48˚, 60˚ and 72˚ Paired t-test was used to determine differences in strength. Results show significant improvement of lumber extension strength after 8weeks training at all angles, OP-group 0˚: 84.96%, 12˚: 69.87% & 72˚ : 36.70%, and Non-OP group 0˚: 91.61%, 12˚: 77.17% & 71˚: 46.45% . Result further on the relief of back pain showed significant decrease for -100.2% from 7.67±0.88 to 3.83±1.26 in OP group and decreased for -121.0% from 7.67±0.72 to 3.47±1.40 in Non-OP group after 8 weeks training.
