The rice diseases occurring on the transgenic rice plant carrying protox gene (CPPO06) was assessed and compared with other varieties of rice such as Dongjin, Chucheong, Ilpeum, and Onnuri in the fields located in Cheongwon of Chungbuk, Suwon of Gyeunggi, and Gwangju of Chonnam. In the field of Cheongwon, the diseases such as blast, leaf spot, sheath blight and Fusarium blight were observed. False smut were observed only in the field of Suwon, where the ratio of diseased plants was 0.28% in CPPO06 and 0.37% in Onnuri,respectively. In the field of Gwangju, leaf spot caused by Cochlioborus miyabeanus was the most severely occurring disease among rice diseases mentioned above. Fusarium blight occurred in all the 3 fields, which were more severe in CPPO06 plants treated with or without oxadiazon as the herbicide. Except for Fusarium blight, there was no significant difference in the rice diseases as blast, leaf spot, sheath blight and false smut between CPPO06 and other rice varieties.
청소년의 적대적 의도귀인이 공격성에 미치는 영향: 실행기능의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of adolescents’ hostile attribution of intent on their aggression and the moderating effect of executive function. Surveys were conducted with 283 adolescents in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province. The results were as follows. Correlation analysis results showed a significant positive correlation of hostile attribution of intent with reactive aggression and proactive aggression each. There were significant negative correlations among hostile attribution of intent, executive function, and subtypes of executive function. Additionally, subtypes of executive function were significantly and negatively correlated with reactive aggression and proactive aggression each. The moderating effects of executive function and subtypes of executive function assessed using “Behavior Regulation Index” and “Metacognition Index” were significant for the relationship between hostile attribution of intent and reactive aggression. The moderating effects of executive function and subtypes of executive function assessed using “Behavior Regulation Index” were significant for the relationship between hostile attribution of intent and proactive aggression. Based on the above results, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future studies were discussed. 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 청소년의 적대적 의도귀인이 공격성에 미치는 영향과 실행기능의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 소재 중학교와 고등학교의 학생 283명을 대상으로 청소년의 적대적 의도귀인, 공격성, 실행기능 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 상관분석 결과 적대적 의도귀인은 반응적․주도적 공격성과 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 실행기능 및 실행기능의 하위요인들과 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 실행기능 및 실행기능의 하위요인들은 반응적․주도적 공격성과 유의미한 부적 상관이 나타났다. 청소년의 적대적 의도귀인과 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 실행기능의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 실행기능과 실행기능의 하위요인인 행동조절과 메타인지의 조절효과가 나타났다. 적대적 의도귀인과 주도적 공격성의 관계에서 실행기능과 실행기능의 하위요인인 행동조절의 조절효과가 나타났지만 메타인지의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속 연구를 위한 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다.
Ag 코팅 Cu 플레이크 필러를 사용한 도전 페이스트의 전기 및 열전도도

After the preparation of low-cost conductive paste containing Ag-coated Cu flakes, thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity of the paste were measured with different curing conditions. Under air-curing conditions, the thermal conductivity of the cured sample increased with an increase of curing time from 30 to 60 min. After identical curing time of 60 min, the sample cured under nitrogen indicated more enhanced thermal conductivity than that cured under air, approaching that of paste containing pure Ag flakes. Under air-curing conditions, meanwhile, the electrical resistivity of the cured sample increased with an increase of curing time from 30 to 60 min. After identical curing time of 60 min, however, the sample cured under nitrogen indicated extremely enhanced electrical resistivity ($7.59{\times}10^{-5}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$) in comparison with that cured under air. 가격적 경쟁력을 가지는 Ag 코팅 Cu 플레이크 함유 도전성 페이스트를 제조하여 경화조건에 따른 열전도도 및 전기전도도 값의 변화를 측정하였다. 대기 중에서 경화시킨 시편의 경우 경화시간이 30분에서 60분으로 증가됨에 따라 열전도도가 증가하는 경향이 관찰되었다. 60분의 동일한 경화시간 조건에서는 질소 중 경화 시편이 대기 중 경화 시편보다 향상된 열전도도 값을 나타내었다. 그 결과 질소 중에서 60분간 경화시킨 Ag 코팅 Cu 플레이크 페이스트는 순수 Ag 플레이크가 함유된 페이스트가 나타내는 열전도도에 근접하는 열특성을 나타내었다. 한편 대기 중 경화 시편의 경우 경화시간이 30분에서 60분으로 증가됨에 따라 비저항 값이 더욱 증가하는 경향이 관찰되었나, 60분의 동일한 경화시간 조건에서 질소 중 경화 시편은 대기 중 경화 시편에 비할 수 없을 만큼 개선된 비저항 값($7.59{\times}10^{-5}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$)을 나타내었다.
경도인지장애와 경도치매 단계에서의 한의 변증 및 간 혈액지표 연관성 탐색 연구

Objectives: This study aimed to comprehend the characteristics of Korean medicine patterns in relation to varying degrees of cognitive impairment in an elderly population. Methods: The dataset included 127 elderly individuals with cognitive impairment obtained from three Korean medicine hospitals between 2018 and 2021. The participants were categorized into two groups based on Clinical Dementia Rating-Sum of Boxes (CDR-SB) scores: those with questionable impairment (QI) and those with very mild dementia (VMD). A diagnostic framework for Korean medicine patterns encompassing Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, Phlegm dampness, and Heat-fire was employed. Liver blood markers, including aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and the AST/ALT ratio, were also analyzed. Results: The scores of the cognitive assessment tools (MoCA-K, MMSE-DS, and K-IADL) of the QI group significantly differed from those of the VMD group. CDR-SB exhibited a positive correlation with the scores of each pattern of Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, Phlegm dampness, and Heat-fire, whereas ALT and AST values displayed negative correlations. Binomial logistic analysis, controlling for potential confounders, such as age, education years, body mass index, the presence of chronic disease, and the presence of medication, verified that the VMD group showed higher pattern scores and lower ALT and AST values than the QI group. Conclusions: Increases in pattern scores along with decreased AST and ALT levels might be indicative of more severe cognitive impairment.
고등학교 한국지리 교과서 내 지형 및 생태환경 교육을 위한 현장학습 활동 프로그램 개발 -진주시 남강 유역을 중심으로-

This paper aims to develop new fieldwork programs that can be participated in the High School Korean Geography, focused on the Namgang River which is located in Jinju-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. Fieldwork is useful learning method to take and reconstruct studying knowledge through hands-on experience and is necessary for Geography since educational contexts in Geography consist with activities in field that should be conducted by students as educational objectives. The Namgang River in/around Jinju-si is suitable as a case study for learning geomorphology and ecology because the river encompasses abundant geomorphic forms such as river cliffs, flood plains, river islands, wetlands and, in particular, exhibits well characteristics of changing landscape between an urban stream and a natural stream. The fieldwork programs in this study are formulated at five activity spots and the fieldwork paths, activity maps and roles that should be taken by teachers and students at each spots are presented in the programs.
