The pharmacokinetic characteristics of an 1% flurbiprofen gel were evaluated using rats in reference to IV bolus and oral administration of the drug using rats. Following the transdermal application of the gel at the dose of 2mg/kg as flurbiprofen, the Cmax and Tmax of the drug were 2.14mcg/ml and 2 hr, respectively, whereas those after the oral administration of the drug as a suspension were 9.90mcg/ml and 0.25 hr, respectively. These results indicate that, by the transdermal administration of flubiprofen as the gel, the absorption of the drug was much slowed down and the lower Cmax compared to the oral administration may reduce the systemic side effects of the drug. The relative bioavailability of the flurbiprofen gel in reference to the oral dose was 48.5%. Tissue levels of flurbiprofen following the application of 50mg of the 1% flurbiprofen gel onto ventral skin of rats showed that the maximum drug concentrations in the skin (8.52mcg/g) and the muscle (2.06mcg/g) occurred at 2 hrs postdose. The drug concentration in the both tissues remained relatively constant over the next 6 hrs following the peak concentration.

Antiinflammatory activity of an 1% flurbiprofen transdermal gel was evaluated using the carageenan-induced rat paw edema method. The application of 50mg of the gel on the rat hind paw, at various time intervals from 0 to 24 hrs before the carrageenan injection, significantly inhibited edema formation in all groups of dosed rats, indicating that the antiinflammatory activity was maintained up to 24 hrs after the transdermal application of the 1% flurbiprofen gel. The topical ED50 of flurbiprofen in the gel was 1.0mg/kg, whereas the oral ED50 of the drug in a suspension was 1.7mg/kg.

This paper deals with the potential interferences between grounding electrodes in various grounding electrodes. The ground potential rise and potential interference coefficients were measured by using and electrolytic tank and calculated by CDEGS program as functions of the configuration and size of grounding electrodes and the distance between grounding electrodes. The ground potential rise and potential interference coefficient strongly depend on the distance between grounding electrodes, the shape and size of grounding electrodes. The potential rise interferences between grounding grid and grounding grid is lower than those between grounding grid and ground rod. 본 논문은 여러 가지 형상의 접지시스템에서 접지전극 상호간의 전위간섭에 대해 다루었다. 접지전극의 일정한 형상과 크기, 접지전극간 이격거리에 따른 전위상승과 전위간섭계수를 수조실험장치를 이용하여 측정하고, CDEGS 프로그램으로 해석하였다. 전위상승과 전위간섭계수는 접지전극의 이격거리, 접지전극의 형상과 크기에 강하게 의존한다. 격자형 접지전극과 격자형 접지전극 사이의 전위간섭은 격자형 접지전극과 봉형 접지전극 사이의 전위간섭보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 전기설비의 전기적 접속부 또는 전기배선 등에서 발생하는 이상발열을 감지하기 위한 광온도센서의 동작특성을 실험, 분석하였고, 단락발생시 광온도센서의 감지특성에 대해여 알아보았다. 광온도센서의 동작특성 실험을 위해 열원을 이용해 광온도센서의 출력전압값을 측정, 분석하였고 단락시 광온도센서의 감지특성을 분석하기 위해 단락 및 과부하 실험장치를 이용해 전선의 선간단락시 광온도센서의 출력전압값을 측정, 분석하였다. 실험결과, 광온도센서의 감지특성은 과부하와 같은 과열로 인한 지속적인 온도상승뿐 아니라 단락과 같은 순간적인 온도상승에서도 이상발열 감지능력이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 향후 RFID형 광온도센서를 이용한 전력설비 진단시스템의 적용에 기본 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

One of key parameters on lightning protection system design of electric, information and communication system is grounding impedance. Earth impedance includes numerous information about earthing performance of grounding system. This paper suggests grounding impedance measuring device which is comprised of wideband current source, voltage and current measuring components. We used IQ Demodulation to measure more accurate phase difference of voltage and current. The range of frequency is up to 1 MHz that is IEEE defined as the range of lightning surge. We compared developed grounding impedance measuring device with existing one to test its performance, and we used grounding system while we implemented measurement and analysing by using fall of potential method IEEE Std.81 proposed.
