닫힌 사슬 운동과 열린 사슬 운동의 Isometric muscle contraction 긴장도 분석

        권정두(Kwon Jung-Doo) 한국체육과학회 2009 한국체육과학회지 Vol.18 No.1

This study aimed to find out the effect of isometric muscle contraction by body parts(musculus pectoralis major, deltoid muscle, biceps brachii muscle, triceps brachii muscle, and latissimus dorsi muscle of open-chain(Bench-press) and closed-chain exercise(Sling). The study was conducted with healthy 24 college men, who were divided into three groups(Control, Bench-press, Sling groups) by sampling up to 8 a group randomly. And it was conducted 3times a week for 12 weeks. As for statistical methods, Paired-samples t-test analysis and two-way ANOVA were implemented with SPSS Windows 14.0 program. The significance level was α=.05. As for the results of this study, First, there was effect in the order of musculus pectoralis major > deltoid muscle > triceps brachii muscle > latissimus dorsi muscle > biceps brachii muscle in isometric muscle contraction by body part before and after exercise with Bench-press exercise, and there was a very significant difference in the statistical significance level(p<.05). Second, there was effect in the order of deltoid muscle > musculus pectoralis major > triceps brachii muscle > latissimus dorsi muscle > biceps brachii muscle in isometric muscle contraction by body part before and after exercise with Sling exercise, and there was a very significant difference in the statistical significance level(p<.05). Third, compared with the control group, there was a big effect between a Bench-press group and a Sling group in isometric muscle contraction by body part before and after exercise according to the types of exercise, and there was a very significant difference in the statistical significance level(p<.001). However, although there was a bigger effect in Sling exercise than Bench-press exercise, there was no significant difference. After considering the results above, as it appeared that Sling exercise had an effect on the muscular enhancement(Isometric muscle contraction) to the common people, it is hoped that exercise load index for 1-RM estimate of Sling exercise may be helpful to the injury prevention and the improvement of performance of every person and elite athletics who use Sling exercise by being applied to them.

Vol.18 No.2

This research aimed to find out the physiological response(blood lipids) which appeared after applying CPT60 Exercise Program which was carried out with the diet(Chung-gook-jang) and psychology therapy(Broken windows Theory) to college women for 8 weeks. The subjects of this research were 25 college women in their twenties, who were classified into a control group(5) and experimental group(20). For the statistical processing of all data, SPSS Ver 14.0 program was used, and as the method of hypothesis testing, two-way ANOVA by repetitive measure were applied respectively. After testing the factors of blood lipids by measuring time according to exercise method(before, after 4 weeks, after 8 weeks) the results were as follows. 1. As a result of the effect of CPT60 Exercise Program which was carried out with the diet and psychology therapy on the difference in the change of blood lipid between measuring time according to exercise method showed no significant difference according to exercise method in T-C and HDL-C items. 2. There was effective difference in Tg and LDL-C items(p<.05). 3. As for the effect difference in the change of blood lipid according to the measuring time, there was an significant difference in all variables(T-C, Tg, HDL-C, and LDL-C)(p<.05).
