        유아 요리활동 효과 연구에 관한 메타분석

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early childhood cooking activities studies by using Meta-analysis and to analyze control variables that affect the effect size of cooking activities for young children. Methods Using the Korean Academic Research Information Service (RISS), 456 domestic thesis and academic journal papers published from 2016 to 2021 were searched as the subject words of “childhood & cooking”, and a total of 24 of them were selected as final papers for analysis. After verifying homogeneity using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) program, the effect size was analyzed by applying a random effect model. When the heterogeneity of the effect size is large, meta-ANOVA was performed using the moderating variable in the study for further explanation. Results The overall effect size of the cooking activities was 1.10 which indicated early childhood cooking activities are highly effective. The difference of effect size depending on dependent variables was statistically significant, nutrition knowledge was the highest scored variable in effect size. As a result of analyzing differences in effect size according to moderating variables, there were significant differences according to the age, activity period, teaching methods, and cooking season. The younger the early children who participated in cooking activities, the higher the effect size, and the higher the activity period. When cooking activities were conducted in connection with garden activities, the effect size was the highest. In addition, storytelling, picture book use, and art activities were also more effective than when cooking activities were conducted alone. When cooking activities were conducted in spring and autumn, the effect size was the highest. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to consider more diverse control numbers later in order for cooking activities to have a better effect in the field of early childhood education. 목적 본 연구는 메타분석을 활용하여 유아대상 요리활동의 효과크기를 총체적으로 분석하고 이를 기반으로 유아 요리활동의 효과크기에 영향을 미치는 조절변인을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 한국학술연구정보서비스(RISS)를 이용하여 ‘유아 & 요리’를 주제어로 2016년부터 2021년까지 발간된 국내 학위논문 및 학술지 논문 456편을 검색하였고 그 중 24편을 최종 분석대상 논문으로 선정하였다. CMA(Comprehensive MetaAnalysis)을 이용하여 동질성을 검증한 후 랜덤효과 모형을 적용하여 효과크기를 분석하였으며, 효과크기의 이질성이 큰 경우 추가설명을 위해 연구에서의 조절변수를 이용하여 meta-ANOVA를 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 전체 평균 효과크기는 1.10으로 유아대상 요리활동이 유아에게 미치는 효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 종속변인에 따른 효과크기 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며 영양지식, 환경친화적 태도, 수⋅과학적 탐구, 사회⋅정서, 언어능력, 창의성의 효과크기가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 조절변인 중 실험집단 연령, 실험처치 기간, 교수학습 방법, 요리활동 진행 계절조절변인에 따른 효과크기 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 실험집단 연령의 경우 만 3세, 실험처치 기간의 경우 11-15주, 교수학습 방법의 경우 텃밭활동 활용, 요리활동 진행 계절의경우 봄과 여름에 진행한 활동에서의 효과크기가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        영아를 둔 아버지들의 부모 효능감, 놀이 신념, 그리고 영아의 놀이성 간의 관계 연구

        영아를 둔 아버지의 부모 효능감, 놀이 신념, 그리고 영아의 놀이성 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 본 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 인천 및 경기도에 위치한 보육시설에 다니고 있는 만 2세의 영아를 둔 아버지 152명과 영아를 담당한 교사들 15명이었다. 만 2세의 영아를 둔 아버지의 부모 효능감과 놀이 신념을 측정하기 위해 부모 효능감 척도(Parent Sense of Competence: PSCO)와 부모 놀이 신념 척도 (The Parent Play Beliefs Scale: PPBS)를 사용하였고, 영아를 담당한 교사들이 영아의 놀이성을 측정하기 위해 영아의 놀이성 척도 CPS(Children``s Playfulness Scale)를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 독립표본t-test, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), Pearson의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 아버지의 효능감은 아버지 연령, 학력, 소득의 종류에 따라 차이가 없었다. 아버지의 놀이 신념은 연령에 따라 차이가 없었지만, 학력에 따라 놀이지지 놀이신념은 차이가 있었고, 소득에 따라 학습 중심의 놀이 신념은 차이가 있었다. 영아의 놀이성은 아버지의 연령에 따라 차이가 없었지만, 아버지의 학력, 소득에 따라 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 아버지의 부모효능감과 놀이지지 놀이신념은 긍정적인 관계가 있었고, 아버지의 부모효능감은 영아 놀이성의 하위 영역인 사회적 자발성에서 긍정적인 관계가 있었다. 그러나 아버지의 놀이 신념과 영아 놀이성은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 영아의 놀이성에 영향을 미치는 아버지의 부모효능감과 놀이신념에 대한 올바른 이해와 더 나아가 영아를 둔 아버지의 자녀양육을 어떻게 도움을 줄 수 있는지 살펴보는데 그 의의가 있다. The aims of this study are to investigate the differences between parent efficacy, play beliefs, and toddlers’ playfulness according to the sociodemographic variables of two-year-old toddlers’ fathers and to examine the correlation between parent efficacy, play beliefs, and toddlers’ playfulness toward their fathers. The subjects of this study were 152 two-year-old toddlers enrolled in 30 child care facilities, including public, private, and home child care facilities, in Incheon and Gyeoggido Province. In order to measure the fathers’ play beliefs, parent efficacy and toddlers’ playfulness the Parent Play Beliefs Scale (PPBS), the Parent Sense of Competence (PSCO), and the Children``s Playfulness Scale (CPS) were used respectively. The collected data were analyzed throught-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient test according to the research questions. The major results of this study are as follows. No differences were found between play-centered play beliefs andlearning-centered play beliefs in relation to the variables of the fathers’ ages. However, there was a difference in play-centered play beliefs in relation to the fathers’ educational backgrounds, while a difference in learning-centered play beliefs was also found in regard to the variable of income. Fathers’ efficacy was indifferent to the variables, including age, educational background, and income. There were no differences in toddlers’ playfulness in relation to fathers’ ages, but a difference was noted in toddlers’ playfulness in relation to fathers’ educational backgrounds and incomes. Fathers’ play beliefs were positively correlated with parent efficacy but proved not to have a statistically significant correlation with toddlers’ playfulness. The value of this research lies not only in its help in understanding accurately and better utilizing play by providing basic data that serve as positive factors in fathers’ beliefs affecting toddlers’ play but also in its potential role to assist child care by theorizing about fathers’ roles and the importance of parenting styles.

        거문고 산조 연주법에 관한 연구

        Sanjo is a solo instrumental music that changed and converted Sinawe garak of Namdo Sound into Jangdan. GeomungoSanjo, which was played first time by Baek Nak Joon(1876-1930), had been inherited to Kim Jong Ki, Park Suk Ki, Shin Quae Dong and currently remained as Baek Nak Joon Ryu. Geomungo Sanjo has been divided and formed into different genre by Shin Quae Dong(1910-1978), Han Gab Deuk(1919-1987), Kim Yun Duck(1918-1978), Lim Suk Yoon(1908-1974) and above mentioned Genre had been distinguished due to the different development and formation by personal instrumental technique. In the past study of Geomungo Sanjo, they only covered simple and partial study of this subject, however, there was no study that discuss 5 Genre of Geomungo Sanjo. This study will analyze and compare different instrumental technique of 5 Genre ofGeomungo Sanjo and find distinguishable features. Shin Quae Dong(1910-1978), Han Gab Deuk(1919-1987), Kim Yoon Duk(1918-1978), Lim Suk Yoon(1908-1974)Ryu, known as typical Genre of GeomungoSanjo, had been used as samples in this study, and divided and studied through Jangdan such asJoongmori. Musical Scores such as Geomungo Sanjo Sebatang Han Gab Deuk, Shin Quae Dong, Kim Yoon Duk Ryu that listened and wroted down by Cheong Dae Seog, Lim SukYoon Geomungo Sanjo that listened and wroted down by Lee Hye Kyung,and Baek Nak Joon Geomungo Sanjo Joongmori I, Joongmori II listened and wroted down by author had been used in this study. Phonograph Record played by Genre's originator had been selected and used in analysis of this study and analyzed common melody from 5 Genre's Geomungo Sanjo by recognizing distribution of Jangdan in 5 genre and selecting melody's comparison unit through musical score and sound source. Also as a part of study method author distinguished and analyzed the sanjo technique as right hand Sooldae technique, left hand technique, and both hand technique, and abstracted 5 genre of Geomungo Sanjo's common melody, and distinguishedsections by Jo and Goe to identify the different technique. The result of this study as follows : First In Joongmori, 39 Gak was the Jangdanthat had been commonly showed in 5 genre. This had been distinguished by 14 sections, first section was Kyemyonjo 5Goe, second section was Kyemyonjo 2Goe, third section was Kyemyonjo 5Goe, 4th section was Kyemyonjo 8Goe,5th section was Kyemyonjo 5Goe, 6th section was Kyemyonjo 5 Goe, 2 Goe, 7th section was Kyemyonjo 2Goe, 8th section was Kyemyonjo 2Goe, 5Goe, 9th section was Kyemyonjo 5Goe, 10th section was Kyemyonjo 5Goe, 8Goe, 11th section was Kyemyonjo 8Goe, 12th section was Kyemyonjo 8Goe, 9Goe, 13th section was Kyemyonjo 8Goe, 5Goe, 14th section was Kyemyonjo 8Goe. In Joongmori, all of common melody of 5 genre was Kyemyonjo and showed that different Goe's movement depend on Music. Second, to look at each genre's technique of Geomungo Sanjo and playing style by dividing Geomoongo instrument technique into right hand sooldae technique, left hand technique, both hand technique, Simle style was 36 types such as Daejeom and Strong Nonghyun, and Simple selective style, which is Simle style but select one of the technique, was 27 such as Strong Nonghyun-Daejeom and others, and Complex style, which simultaneously play the 2 of Simle style technique, was 70 such as Strong Nonghyun+ Daejeom, Dyuegguemimeum+Tteul and others. Simle style technique was showed in following order; 22 showed in 'Shin Ryu, 23 showed in 'Han Ryu', 22 showed in 'Kim Ryu', 21showed in 'Lim Ryu', 18 showed in 'Baek Ryu'. Complex style was showedin following order; 36 showed in 'Shin Ryu', 24 showed in 'Han Ryu', 26 showed in 'Kim Ryu', 20 showed in 'Lim Ryu' and 12 showed in 'Baek Ryu'. In comparison in genre, 'Baek Ryu', the originator Geomungo, used Simle style of technique, and next generation genre, 'Shin Ryu', 'Han Ryu' and 'Kim Ryu', used Complex style technique to the variable expressions.         The research is intended to study the sex difference of the parents rearing attitude and of the creativity of children and relationship between the rearing attitude of parents which are perceived by children and creativity of children. For this purpose, selected three primary school in Seoul, and random sampled 150 students of 5 th grade which are 80 boys and 70 girls. We made reference to “General Standarization of Creativity Inspection for Primary School” written by Wonsik, Jeong and Yeong Duck, Lee on 1981. and “Diagnosis Inspection of Relation between Parent and Children for Children” written by Ki Seon, Oh on 1965, for our tools of research. Summarizing the research, derive the result as follows: 1. For the major factor of creativity between boys and girls, boys are superior in fluency. 2. In opinions of the rearing attitude of perents which perceived by children are not significant different with sexes. 3. For the correlation of between the major factor of creativity and the type of parents rearing attitude show the significant correlation as follows Flexibility-interference, Flexibility­uneasiness, Flexibility―favoritism, Flexibility―blind adherence, Flexibility―discrepancy, Originality―blind adherence, Originality―discrepancy, Originality―interference, Originality―uneasiness.
