From the very first time that graphene was used as a transparent electrode for OLED applications, the emergence of active-matrix (AM)-graphene OLED displays has been envisioned. Realizing this expectation, however, turned out to be difficult. Two obstacles are the growth and transfer of a large-area graphene film and the patterning of a graphene film into pixels. To solve these problems, a process of patterning a graphene film without surface contamination was developed. The fabrication of OLED panels by the patterned graphene anode on Gen 2(370 × 470 mm)-sized and flexible substrates was successfully demonstrated. In this work, oxide TFT arrays were combined as a switching backplane, and a pixelated graphene OLED was used as an emissive layer, to realize AM-graphene OLED displays. To explore the technical feasibility of flexible AM-graphene OLED displays, the aforementioned components were formed on a flexible substrate. For commercial-level production, all the processes that were used were chosen to be compatible with the conventional display processes.

Background and Objectives: Although many studies have explored the factors affecting compliance with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), the findings remain controversial. This study aimed to analyze CPAP compliance after insurance coverage began in Korea and to investigate what factors influenced CPAP compliance. Materials and Method: The subjects were 1,037 patients who were prescribed a CPAP after polysomnography at the Seoul Sleep Clinic; data were reviewed retrospectively. We classified those that used a CPAP for more than 4 hours per day for 70% or more days per month as into the good compliance group. We compared the ratio of good compliance by gender, position dependence, rapid eye movement (REM) dependence, telemonitoring of CPAP, pressure modification, and OSA severity. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in ratio of good compliance group according to gender, position dependence, REM dependence, or disease severity. When using a fixed CPAP (92.2%) rather than an auto PAP (88.4%), the ratio of patients in the good compliance group was significantly higher. Non-positioner and fixed CPAP users showed significantly longer average usage time. Conclusion: In a 3-month short-term follow-up study of CPAP compliance, the telemonitoring group and those using a fixed CPAP showed a higher ratio of good compliance. Average CPAP usage time was longer when using a fixed CPAP and in nonpositioners. As age increased, CPAP usage time was longer, and the average compliance rate tended to increase. In this study, before applying for a building, the energy performance was evaluated quantitatively through computer simulation Solar Pro and PVSYST for efficiency and reliability of PV system. The generation power from the same building, climate data, modules and inverters was calculated by different two simulation tools. the PV panels are set to be attached on the south, east and west vertical wall and east, west horizontal wall. Before applying the PV panels on the building, the generation power was predicted. And after applying PV panels on the building, the power from the best setting angle, 30°, of panel was compared. In addition, when the PV was attached practically on the building, the generation power was analyzed. As a result, when the PV system was applying on the ground as 30°, Solar Pro showed more 8.3% of power than PVSYST. And after applying the PV system on the builng, the power is higher about 8.3% in Solar Pro than PVSYST. But when applied to buildings, Solar Pro was shown more 10.4% than PVSYST. The total power is shown different from two simulation tools. However, the trends of the each simulation result are the same.
병렬형 CVT 하이브리드 자동차의 ISG 성능에 관한 연구

In this study, a feasibility of reducing the ISG capacity is investigated for a parallel CVT hybrid electric vehicle(HEV). Using the CVT function, clutch speed of the motor side is decreased which provides the decreased clutch speed of the engine side. This gives a reduced ISG capacity which is required to increase the engine speed to the synchronization point. To evaluate the performance of mode change control with the reduced ISG, CVT HEV simulator is developed based on MATLAB/Simulink and SimDriveline. It is found from the simulation results that the mode change using the reduced ISG show satisfactory performance by the CVT control.

We depending on the imported energy about 97% are studying on how to reduce energy consumption, especially from buildings that is occupied more than 25% of total energy consumption rate. So, many renewable energies have been diffused and Photovoltaic(PV) system has been being growing 68% per year. In PV systems, BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic)systems are attracted as new envelope materials that can produce electricity power coincidentally. Therefore, this study aims to analysis overseas BIPV cases. it is predicted to develop various BIPV systems on power and building envelop materials by investing close relations among materials, electricity, and architectures. And if our governments make new laws on increasing PV systems and taxes for buildings, our country can be the main market in the PV systems.
