The oxidation and pressure effects of electrochemically etched porous Si have been investigated by photoluminescence(PL) and Raman spectroscopy. The porous Si sample was etched with a current density of 50mA/㎠ for 20 min, and shows a PL signal at 710 nm and a Raman peak at 517 cm. Rapid-thermal-annealing of the as-etched sample at 400℃ shows a rapid drop in the PL intensity. On the other hand, the intensity of the rapid-thermal-oxidized sample remains constant in the temperature range from 600℃ to 800℃. The Raman signal of the oxidized sample also showed thermal stability. The reverse leakage current of the oxidized porous Si was reduced to 100 times in comparision to that of as-grown porous Si. The PL peak position of the oxidized porous Si shows the shifts to 705 nm and the Raman peak shifts to a higher energy, closer that of the bulk polycrystalline Si. This can be explained in terms of the stress on the Si columnar structure. The initial tensile stress induced by the etching process is reduced by the compressive stres caused by the formation of oxides (SiO₂) in the gaps. It is supposed that this can cause the blue shift in the PL spectrum and the recovery of the Raman peak position.

We present the existence of deep level defects in the band gap of porous silicon by the photoinduced current transient spectroscopy (PICTS) technique combined with the results of thermovoltage and conductivity measurements. The defects are found to exhibit deep donor levels in the upper part of the band gap. It is found that the thermal emission and ionization energies of the defect increase in the ranges from 0.3 eV to 0.86 eV below the conduction band edge as the porosity increases indicating that the defects play a role of a killer of luminescence. We suggest a configuration coordinate diagram to explain the observed defects uniquely.
당대(唐代) 매화시(梅花詩)에 나타난 매화(梅花)의 상징성

中國歷代的文人都十分喜愛梅花所具有的獨特象征意義。梅花不畏嚴嚴寒,竟在孟冬時?綻綻的形象,給予詩人們深刻的印象。在嚴嚴寒中,先于百花盛開的特質,使梅花具有了與?不同的象征性。本文認爲梅花的象征意義大致在唐代已經形成,幷對唐代梅花詩中出現的象征性進行了分析。唐代梅花詩中出現的梅花的象征意義,大致分成‘春的使者’、‘冷美人’、‘相思子’、‘高風亮?的自我’等四個小?,幷對其進行了考察。梅花多在冬至前後含苞待放,有時甚至在深冬盛開。所以梅花是春天的使者,預示著春天將至這種??的變化。在雪花飄落的冬季盛開開出?白花瓣的梅花被描繪成?肌玉骨的高傲的形象。白雪、月色和梅花的?妙組合激發出觀賞者內心無限的想象力與情懷,所以把梅花比?成仙女或美人。用女人的姿態來形容花的特征時,梅花幷不是華麗與?媚的形象,而是具有端雅和孤傲氣質的女人的象征。關于‘相思子’的梅花詩多以與好友的贈答形式出現,除此之外,與家人或同事等關系親近的人,爲相互贈詩而作的情況十分常見。有時把對故?的思念之情, 寄托在梅花上,?通過作品來抒發。在‘高風亮?的自我’上,梅花等同于詩人自身,其高?的形象被賦予了詩人自身的堅?意志或高?品格,這便是梅花的寓意。有時通過路邊盛開的寒梅形象來抒發詩人懷才不遇的感慨。南北朝時代,僅個別詩人以曲子形式吟唱的梅花,到了唐代,作爲詩的素材被廣泛傳播,在宋代以後,梅花作爲象征文人氣質的代表性花卉的地位被確定。梅花的這種象征性,在唐代梅花詩中,大部分被具體化,?且紮根下來,壹直保持原樣,流傳至今。

본 연구는 구성원의 Big5 성격특성-외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 정서적 안정성, 개방성-과 셀프리더십의 관계에 관한 실증적 검증을 통해 셀프리더십의 이론적 확장과 실제적 적용에 기여하기 위하여 시도되었다. 이를 위해 Big5 성격이 셀프리더십과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 Big5 성격과 자기효능감 간의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 수립된 연구가설들은 U시 소재 7개 은행직원 232명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 검증결과 Big5 성격 중 외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 개방성이 셀프리더십에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, Big5 성격과 셀프리더십이 자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Big5 성격 중 외향성, 호감성, 성실성, 개방성이 자기효능감에 영향을 미침에 있어서 셀프리더십이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 발견으로부터 이론적 및 실무적 시사점들이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study is to theoretical advancement and practical application of self-leadership by empirically examining the relationship of Big 5 personality characteristics-extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotion stability/neuroticism, openness to experience- and self-leadership. For achieving the purpose, this study examines the effects of Big 5 on self-leadership and self-efficacy and the mediation effect of self-leadership on the relationship of Big 5 and self-efficacy. Relevant research hypotheses were tested with data collected from 232 employees working in bank branches located in U city. Results show that self-leadership is significantly influenced by extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience among Big 5 personality and self-efficacy is influenced by Big 5 and self-leadership. It is also found that self-leadership mediates the relationship between extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience among Big 5 personality and self-efficacy. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed from the findings.
Ferromagnetic Properties of Mn/Graphene/SiO2 Sheets

In the present study, Mn/graphene/SiO2 films have been successfully prepared by spin coatinga manganese dinitrate hydrate standard solution (10,000 μg/mL Mn+2 in 2% HNO3) on agraphene/SiO2 sheet. The samples were characterized by using an X-ray diffractometer, a scanningelectron microscope, a superconducting quantum interference device and an atomic force microscope. The magnetic measurement revealed that the Mn/graphene/SiO2 films exhibited a ferromagneticbehavior at 5 K and 300 K. We concluded that the ferromagnetism observed in theMn/graphene/SiO2 sheets was associated with parasitic ferromagnetic Mn clusters imposed on theantiferromagnetic structure of MnO2, which might have resulted from a distortion of the latticestructure due to oxygen vacancies, which might have been due to the effects of magnetic and structuraldisorder introduced by a random incorporation and inhomogeneous distribution of Mn atomsin the graphene layer.
