        급속과 점증체중감량이 태권도선수의 호흡교환율, 심박수 및 근력에 미치는 영향

        권영우. 급속과 점증체중감량이 태권도선수의 호흡교환율, 심박수 및 근력에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제 20권 제3호. 319-328, 2011. 본연구는 태권도선수의 급속 및 점증체중감량(체중의 6%)이 호흡교환율, 심박수, 근력에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 20명의 태권도선수가 본 연구에 참여하였으며 급속감량집단(n=10)과 점증감량집단(n=10)으로 나누었다. 급속감량집단은 3일 동안 수분과 식이제한, 사우나와 운동에 의한 발한으로 체중을 감량하였다. 점증감량집단은 14일 동안 수행되었으며 식이제한과 운동에 의하여 이루어졌다. 운동은 트레드밀을 이용하였으며 4분 이내 최대심박수의 75%강도에 도달하게 한 후 30분간 달리기를 수행하였다. 그 후 운동강도는 매 3분마다 0.9 mile/hour, 경사도는 2% 증가시켜 고갈 때 까지 운동을 수행하였다. 호흡교환율과 심박수는 안정 시 운동 30분, 운동직후에 측정되었으며 근력과 근지구력은 체중감량전과 후에 측정되었다. 결과 호흡교환율은 최대하운동에 따라 증가하였으며 급속감량집단이 점증감량집단에 비하여 감소율이 높았다. 심박수의 경우 체중감량 후 감소하였으며 급속과 점증감량에 따른 변화차이는 없었다. 근력의 경우 악력과 배근력의 차이는 없었지만 윗몸일으키기의 경우 급속감량집단이 감량 후 유의하게 감소하였다. 결론적으로 급속체중감량은 지방의 이용을 증가시키고 근력은 부분적으로 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 보다 명확한 규명을 위해서는 급성과 점증감량에 따른 산화효소와 해당효소의 변화와 관련된 추가적인 연구가 요망된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of rapid and gradual weight loss (6%) on RER, heart rate and strength of athletes. Twenty male Taekwondo players participated in this study and were divided to rapid (RW, n=10) and gradual weight loss group (GW, n=10). RW group reduced their body weight for 3day by fluid and energy restriction and forced sweating by souna and exercise. GW group reduced their weight for 14day by energy restriction and exercise. Exercise sessions took place on a treadmill performing 4 minutes of running to reach targeted intensity (75% HRmax) and continued during 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, work rate was gradually increased (0.9 mile per hour every 3 minutes, 2% degree elevation) until exhaustion. RER and heart rate were measured before, during (30minutes) and immediately after an incremental treadmill test to exhaustion. Muscle strength was measured from pre and post body weight loss. RER significantly increased with exercise and this exercise induced increase was lower RW group than GW group. Acute and chronic weight loss increased heart rate with exercise but their were any significant different with RW and GW. Back and grip strength did not show any significant change with weight loss, but sit up decreased significantly after rapid weight loss. In conclusion, rapid weight loss enhanced fatty acid utilization and decreased muscle strength of taekwondo player. Further study needed to elucidate the exact mechanism related to glycolytic and oxydative enzyme change with acute and chronic weight loss.

        다른 강도의 일회성운동이 염증인자 및 CK에 미치는 영향

        고성경, 권영우, 류호상, 안나영, 김진형, 권광선, 김권섭. 다른 강도의 일회성운동이 염증인자 및 CK에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제20권 제4호. 367-378, 2011. 본 연구는 일반여성의 다른 강도의 운동이 염증인자인 CRP, 백혈구, 백혈구아형와 근육손상인자인 CK에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 11명의 여성이 본 연구에 참여하였으며 최대심박수의 65%와 최대심박수의 80%의 운동을 트레드밀을 이용하여 수행하였다. 연구대상들은 각각 250~300 kcal와 동일한 운동량을 수행하였다. 분석을 위한 채혈은 안정 시, 운동직후, 24시간 회복기에 이루어졌다. 결과 CRP의 경우 최대심박수의 80%에서 운동 후 안정 시에 비하여 회복기에 유의하게 증가하였지만 상호작용효과는 없었다. 백혈구의 경우 일회성운동직후 증가하였으며 상호작용효과가 나타나 높은강도의 운동처치가 더욱 높은 증가율을 보였다. 회복기에는 모두 안정 시 수준을 회복하였다. 백혈구아형의 경우 두 처치 모두 운동직후 유의하게 증가하여 회복기에 감소하였다. 그렇지만 상호작용효과는 없었다. 근 손상지표인 CK의 경우 두 처치 모두 안정 시에 비하여 운동직후와 회복기에 유의하게 증가하였으며 상호작용효과는 없었다. Exercise Science. 20(4): 367-378, 2011. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different exercise intensity on blood CRP, WBC, WBC subsets and CK concentration. Eleven females (age 27.3±4.38, weight 58.2±4.92) participated in this study and performed 65% HRmax and 80% HRmax by treadmill. Subjects performed an isoenergetic bout of exercise equal to 250~300 kcal. Blood samples extracted from pre, immediately after exercise and recovery period (24 hour later). No significant increase was founded in serum CRP concentration after immediately exercise in both treatment. There are significant increase in CRP from baseline to 24 h post-exercise for 80% HRmax but there are no significant interaction with 65% HRmax. Blood WBC concentration significantly increased immediately after exercise and such exercise induced increase was significantly higher for 80% HRmax exercise than 65% HRmax. Blood neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte concentration significantly increased immediately after exercise and returned baseline value at recovery period but there was no significant interaction with different exercise intensity. Blood CK concentration was significantly increased immediately after exercise in contrast to pre exercise value in both treatment and continued to the recovery period. But there was no significant interaction with different exercise intensity.

        지적장애인과 일반인의 일일주기에 따른 체력과 체온의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of circadian rhythm on muscle strength and endurance(back strength, grip strength, sit-up) and body temperature between mentally retarded males and non-handicapped males and to verify the possible corelation between muscle strength and body temperature. Twenty four males participated in this study and composed of mentally retarded males group(n=12) who were classified as a light mental retardation and non-handicapped group(n=12). Subjects measured back strength, grip strength, and sit-up at 08:00hour and 18:00hour respectively. Body temperature was measured at rest, immediately after 30 minute exercise(75%HRmax) at 08:00hour and 18:00hour respectively. Back strength and sit-up were significantly higher in normal group rather than handicapped males. Back strength and sit-up of non-handicapped groups were higher at evening time than morning time. but handicapped person did not show any significant circadian rhythm in all physical fitness parameters. Resting body temperature was higher at evening time than morning time both handicapped and non-handicapped men. After exercise non-handicapped group showd higher body temperature at evening day than morning day but mentally retarded person did not show any change with circadian rhythm. Although non-handicapped person showed significant correlation with body temperature and physical fitness both rest and immediately after exercise, handicapped person did not show circadian rhythm. We conclude that before exercise non-handicapped males showed normal circadian rhythm and correlation of physical fitness but after exercise circadian rhythm and correlation is disappeared. Also handicapped person showed abnormal circadian rhythm.

        생리주기에 따른 일회성운동이 순환기능과 혈중젖산에 미치는 영향

        We examined the pattern of circulatory factors and blood lactate concentration in the early follicular, late follicular, and middle luteal phases of the menstrual cycle in fourteen eumenorrheic women following 30 min of submaximal exercise at 70-75% maximal heart rate. Supine hemodynamic measurements and lactate were assessed at rest and then immediately after exercise. Resting systolic blood pressures increased to significantly higher levels in the early follicular than in the late follicular phase and middle luteal phase(p 〈.05). Resting heart rate and blood lactate did not differ between menstrual phases. Post-exercise blood pressure, heart rate and blood lactate did not differ across menstrual phases. In conclusion mense tend to increase resting blood pressure partially, but this mense related increase disappeared with exercise. Further study needed to elucidate the exact mechanism related to the degree of menstrual syndrome and mense.

        레슬링선수의 장단기체중감량이 염증인자 및 근육손상인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of rapid and gradual weight loss on inflammatory factors(TNF-α, IL-6, CRP) and muscle damage factor(CK). Twenty four male wrestlers participated in this study and were divided to rapid(n=12, RW) and gradual weight loss group(n=12, GW). All subjects reduced approximately 6% of their body weight. In the RW, weight loss was achieved in 7day by fluid and energy restriction and forced sweating, In the GW, weight loss was lost in 21day by energy restriction and exercise. Blood sampling were performed before and following match and were extracted to analyze all variables from rest, immediately after exercise, 24hour recovery period. IL-6 levels significantly increased in both weight loss groups immediately after exercise and recovery period but there was no significant difference between the two groups. CRP was increased immediately after exercise and recovery period only in rapid weight loss group and also was significantly greater than other group and treatment. CK levels significantly increased in both weight loss groups immediately after exercise and recovery period from all treatment. Rapid weight loss resulted increased CK values compared with other treatment. In conclusion, rapid weight loss exaggerated inflammatory response and muscle damage in comparison with gradual weight loss. Further study needed to elucidate the exact mechanism related to plasma volume change, reactive oxidative response with rapid and gradual weight loss.

        레슬링선수의 체중감량이 운동수행의 주기리듬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of weight loss on exercise related circadian rhythm and exercise performance in wrestlers. Fifteen subjects participated in this study and measured leg strength(Cybex test), anaerobic power(Wingate test), VO₂max(Bruce protocol) at 07:00hours and 17:00hours during before and after weight loss. All subjects reduced approximately 6% of their body weight during 15days by fluid and energy restriction and forced sweating. Anaerobic power(average power) and strength(extension peak torque) presented higher levels of 17:00hours than 07:00hours but after weight loss this daily exercise rhythm abolished. Weight loss reduced maximal aerobic running time and muscle endurance capacity. In conclusion weight loss was partially disordered exercise related circadian rhythm and reduced exercise performance. Abolished circadian rhythm was not directly related by reduced exercise performance after weight loss. Further study needed to elucidate the exact mechanism related to different weight loss period and amount.

        일회성 내리막(downhill)과 오르막(uphill)운동이 당과 젖산, CK에 미치는 영향

        The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of a single bout of concentric exercise and a single bout of eccentric exercise inducing no or just mild muscle damage, matched for energy expenditure, on glucose, lactate, CK concentration. 8 healthy and active male participants took part in a randomized cross over trial consisting of 30minutes concentric(uphill, 16%) respectively eccentric(downhill, -16%) exercise on a treadmill. Exercise intensity was matched at 60% of HRmax. Two weeks later, the subjects completed the same protocol with the opposite exercise type. Exercise protocols had same heart rates indicating matched intensity and metabolic demands. Venous blood samples were drawn before, directly after and 3 hours after exercise. CK concentration increased significantly immediately and 30minutes after eccentric exercise compared to baseline, but concentric exercise did not induce any significant change with exercise and recovery period. Glucose concentration decreased significantly immediately after concentric exercise but not after eccentric exercise compared to baseline. Lactate concentration increased immediately after exercise then decreased 3hours after exercise, but no difference in the pattern of change was measured between concentric and eccentric exercise treatment. These results suggest that glucose metabolism immediately after exercise was lower in concentric exercise than eccentric exercise, and eccentric exercise do not necessarily relate to the changes in lactate metabolism.

        이 논문의 목표는 헤겔의 논리학에서 존재와 본질의 동일성을 해명하는 것이다. 이러한 해명의 단초는 헤겔이 본질논리학의 시초에서 설명하고 있는 본질에 대한 개념에서 발견된다. 왜냐하면 헤겔에 따르면 본질은 ?무시간적으로 지나간 존재“ 또는 ?자기 자신으로 내면화된 존재 자신“이기 때문이다. 따라서 본질논리학의 시초는 근본적으로 존재논리학의 마지막 부분 이후에 위치해서는 안 되고, 오히려 존재논리학의 시초와 닿아 있어야만 한다. 이를 통해 존재논리학적 이행 발전은 존재 자신의 배후근거로 되돌아간다는 점이 밝혀진다. 왜냐하면 본질은 존재의 배후근거를 의미하기 때문이다. 어떻게 순수한 존재가 규정된 존재가 되는지, 그리고 어떻게 본질이 실존으로 등장하기 위해 스스로를 매개하는지는 존재와 본질이 다르다는 점에서 서로 다른 논리적 과정처럼 나타난다. 하지만 이 글은 존재와 본질이 절대적으로 동일하다는 점에서 존재와 본질이 서로 동일하다는 점을 주장할 것이다. Dieser Aufsatz erzielt, die Identitat des Seins und Wesens in der Hegelschen Logik zu erlautern. Der Ansatzpunkt beruht auf Hegels Erklarung vom Wesen am Anfang der Wesenslogik. Denn ihm zufolge ist das Wesen ?das zeitlos vergangene Sein“ bzw. ?das sich in sich erinnerte Sein selbst“. Also muss der Anfang der Wesenslogik ursprunglich nicht nach dem Ende der Seinslogik, sondern dem Anfang der Seinslogik nahe stehen. Daraus folgt, dass sich der seinslogische Fortgang zum Hintergrund des Seins ruckwarts richtet, da das Wesen den Hintergrund des Seins bedeutet. Wie das reine Sein zum bestimmten Sein wird, und wie sich das Wesen um Hervortreten zur Existenz willen vermittelt, scheinen unterschiedlich zu sein im Sinne des Unterschieds zwischen dem Sein und Wesen. Aber dieser Text behauptet, dass die Beiden identisch miteinander sind im Sinne der absoluten Identitat des Seins und Wesens.

        조갑 주변의 후천성 수지 섬유각화종

        후천성 수지 섬유각화종(acquired digital fibrokeratoma)은 비교적 드문 피부 양성 종양으로 손가락과 발가락 말단부에 주로 발생한다. 일반적으로 성인에서 단독으로 발생하는 과각화성의 돔 형태(dome-shaped) 종괴로 관찰되며 때로는 잔류 과다지(rudimentary supernumerary digit) 양상이거나 손톱(accessory nail)이 여러 개인 양상, 혹은 사마귀와 같은 보다 일반적인 상태로 오진되는 경우가 있다. 발생기전은 아직 확실하지 않으나 물리적인 외상이 가장 흔한 원인으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 36세 남자 환자에서 좌측 제2수지의 외상 후 발생한 잔류 과다지 형태의 후천성 수지 섬유각화종을 진단하고 절제 생검술을 시행한 후 조직학적 검사를 통해 확진한 1예를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다 Acquired digital fibrokeratoma is very a rare, benign, fibrous, and hyperkeratotic skin tumor that develops most frequently on the finger or toe. The tumor usually occurs in adults as a solitary, dome-shaped lesion. Sometimes, it appears as a rudimentary supernumerary digit and may be misdiagnosed as an accessory nail (double nail) or verruca vulgaris. The pathophysiology of an acquired digital fibrokeratoma is unknown. On the other hand, trauma has often been proposed as a predisposing factor for an acquired type of digital fibrokeratoma. This paper reports a case of trauma-related acquired digital fibrokeratoma presenting as a supernumerary digit and nail in a 36-year-old male. This case is presented with a 0.5 cm×0.4 cm×1.3 cm sized, firm, hyperkeratotic, protruding mass over the left second finger nail.

        헤겔철학의 왜곡사에 관한 소고

        헤겔이 죽은 이후 당시 독일의 정치·역사적 상황 속에서 헤겔학파는 좌우로 분열한다. 그리고 그 분열로 인해 헤겔은 그들의 정치적 입장에 따라 왜곡되었다. 당시 좌·우파 모두 헤겔을 프로이센의 국가철학자로 곡해했다. 이는 헤겔철학에 대한 철저한 철학적 검토에서라기보다 좌·우파의 정치적 입장으로부터 기인한다. 그리고 이 왜곡 과정은 헤겔 사후부터 20세기 초까지 있었던 전체 왜곡사 가운데 첫 번째 시기에 해당한다. 이 시기에 있었던 헤겔철학의 왜곡과정을 밝힘으로써 헤겔철학에 대한 정상적인 접근에 기여하고자 한다.
