        컴퓨터에 의한 한복 남자 바지 원형의 자동제도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop a computer program for pattern making of man's Korean traditional trousers (Hanbok Baji). The IBM-PC/AT Computer was used in this study. The procedures of the study were as follows. 1. Basic pattern of Hanbok Baji was selected. 2. Co-ordinate points were instituted for indicate of relative location of all necessary points in drafting. 3. A program for drafting was developed. 4. The pattern of Baji for man's Hanbok was automatically design by inputting individual body measurement (trouser length and hip girth). 5. Grading of standard size was accomplished by using same method.

        The Expressions of E2F1 and p53 in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors and Their Prognostic Significance

        Background : E2F1 plays a critical role in the G1-to-S phase transition by inducing various genes that encode S phase-activating proteins and that modulate such diverse cellular functions as DNA synthesis, mitosis and apoptosis. The purpose of this study was to assess the E2F1 expression in relation to the clinicopathologic parameters and other tumor markers in gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods : Immunohistochemical stainings for obtaining the E2F1, p53, and Ki-67 labeling indices were performed on a tissue microarray of 72 gastrointestinal stromal tumor specimens. The clinicopathologic parameters that were analyzed including the risk grade system by Miettinen et al. and the disease-free survival (DFS) rate. Results : 1) An E2F1 expression was correlated with a larger tumor size, a p53 expression and a shorter period of DFS (p=0.014, p=0.007, and p=0.039). 2) A p53 expression was significantly associated with a high risk grade, a larger tumor size, high mitotic counts and a shorter period of DFS (p=0.003, p=0.044, p<0.001, and p<0.0001). 3) A high-risk grade and the epithelioid type were significantly associated with a shorter period of DFS (p=0.0006 and p=0.0008). Conclusions : E2F1, as well as p53, may be a potentially novel independent prognostic factor for predicting a worse outcome for those patients suffering with Gastrointestinal stromal tumors.

        개신교 기록관 운영 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 새문안교회를 중심으로 -

        For the efficient management of church documentary for religious reasons, including their historical and cultural values, the church archives should be excellently managed. However, the lack of understanding and consideration of the church records and archives makes it very difficult to have an actual grasp of its status and practical supports, such as budget and personnel, for records management. In this study, literature reviews and current status of domestic Protestant church archives, user survey of Saemoonan Presbyterian church and interviews of church archives records officer were carried out. Based on the results of the study, three parts of the proposed plan of the Saemoonan Presbyterian Archives were suggested. Education, exhibition, publication, and promotion of the church’s archival services will help redirect the roles and values of the archives, which will make it an essential part of the church. 교회기록물은 종교적 의미와 역사 문화적 가치, 교회의 효율적 운영을 위해 잘 관리되어야 한다. 그러나 교회 기록의 가치와 기록관 역할에 대한 인식 부족으로 기록관리 업무에 대한 이해와 협조, 예산과 인력 지원 등을 받기가 어려운 환경이다. 이러한 현실을 감안하여 본 연구는 개신교 기록관의 서비스 사례 조사와 새문안교회 기록관의 현황 분석, 이용자 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 새문안교회를 중심으로 한 개신교 기록관 운영 활성화 방안을 환경, 서비스, 역할 측면에서 제시하였다. 교회기록관의 교육, 전시, 출판, 홍보 등의 서비스는 기록관의 역할과 필요성을 재조명하고 모기관인 교회에서 필수적 기관으로 자리매김하도록 할 것이다.

      • 프리즘 유발 편위도 변화에 의한 프리즘적응의 분석

        목적: 수평 및 수직 프리즘을 가입하여 인위적으로 편위를 유발시킨 후 시간 경과에 따라 사위도의 변화를 조사하여 프리즘적응을 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: 정상 양안단일시를 하는 25.3±3.2세의 성인 42명(남자 23명, 여자 19명)을 대상으로 프리즘적응 검사를 실시하였다. 16Δ BO, 8Δ BI, 우안기준 3Δ BU 및 3Δ BD으로 편위를 유발시켰다. 프리즘 가입 전과 가입 직후, 3분, 6분, 12분, 20분 및 30분 후에 원·근거리(3m, 40cm)에서 Modified Thorington 방법으로 수평 및 수직 사위를 측정하였다. 결과: 16Δ BO을 가입한 직후 외편위, 8Δ을 BI 가입한 직후 내편위, 3Δ BU을 가입한 직후 우안 기준 좌안 상편위 및 3Δ BD을 가입한 직후 하편위가 각각 유발되었다. 이때 빠른 융합버전스 작용에 의해 프리즘 가입양의 약 36∼60% 정도가 1차적으로 적응되었다. 30분 동안 프리즘가입으로 유발된 편위는 원거리와 근거리에서 모두 느린 융합버전스 작용에 의해 원래의 사위도(baseline)를 향해 점차 회복되는 지수감소곡선의 회귀식을 보였다. 프리즘 가입 양이나 기저방향에 관계없이 가입 초기부터 약 12분까지 원래의 사위도 방향으로 급하게 회복되는 2차 적응이 일어났고, 그 이후부터는 약하게 회복되는 3차 적응이 일어나 30분의 검사시간 동안 가입된 프리즘양의 약 90% 정도의 적응을 보였다. 프리즘적응의 정도는 프리즘의 기저방향이나 주시거리에 따라 차이가 있었다. 결론: 수평 및 수직 프리즘 가입 직후 빠른 융합버전스 작용이 일어났으며 시간이 경과함에 따라 느린 융합버전스 작용이 일어나 원래의 사위도로 회복되는 1차, 2차 및 3차의 프리즘적응현상이 확인되었다. 따라서 임상에서 수평 및 수직 프리즘을 처방할 때 프리즘적응 현상을 고려하고 프리즘적응의 영향을 최소화하기 위해서 프리즘을 처방하기 전에 프리즘적응 검사가 필요하다고 사료된다. Purpose: To investigate the prism adaptation by measuring induced deviation with introduction of horizontal or vertical prism during the time course. Methods: 42 subjects (23 males, 19 females) aged 25.31±3.23 yrs who have normal binocular vision participated for this study. 16Δ base-out, 8Δ base-in, 3Δ base-up and 3Δ base-down prism were randomly assigned to induce deviation on four different days. The magnitudes of horizontal and vertical heterophoria responsed at distance(3m) and near(40cm) with binocular viewing were measured 6 times for 30 minutes after insertion prism using Modified Thorington phoria test. Results: Immediately after insertion of 16Δ base-out, 8Δ base-in, 3Δ base-up and 3Δ base-down prism, exo-deviation, eso-deviation, hyper-deviation and hypodeviation at distance and near were significantly induced. At this time, there was the first adaptation approximately 36∼60% of introduced prism by the fast fusional vergence system. Prism-induced deviation returned baseline with the exponential decay curve regressionn by the slow vergence system during 30 minutes. In the corse of prism insertion, the second adaptation was occurred until 12-minute with a large amount of recovery and then the third adaptation was occurred until 30-minute with a small amount. In the result the total prism adaptation was about 90%. Also prism adaptation was different from base direction of introduced prisms or viewing distances. Conclusion: As the prism was introduced, the fast fusional vergence took place and gradually got slower to recover toward the baseline of heterophoria in the time course by the first, second and third adaptation. When horizontal and/or vertical prism is prescribed to a patients, practicals should consider the prism adaptation. And the pre-prescribing prism adaptation test should be taken to minimize the effect of prism adaptation.

      • 프리즘 적응 동안 유발된 편위가 입체시에 미치는 영향

        목적: 수평 및 수직 프리즘을 가입하여 프리즘 적응이 일어나는 동안 입체시력의 변화를 조사하고 프리즘으로 유발된 편위가 입체시에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 정상 양안단일시를 하는 25.3±3.2세의 성인 42명(남자 23명, 여자 19명)을 대상으로 16△ BO, 8△ BI, 우안기준 3△ BU 및 3△ BD을 가입하여 프리즘 적응 검사를 실시하였다. 프리즘 가입 전과 가입 직후, 3분, 6분, 12분, 20분 및 30분 후에 Three-needle Test(TN), Stereo Reindeer Test의 Numbered circles(RNC), The Borish Vectographic Nearpoint Card II의 Stereopsis Tartets Cluster(BSC) 및 random dot Cell(BSRC)을 이용한 입체시 검사를 실시하였다. 결과: 수평 및 수직 프리즘으로 편위가 유발되었을 때 모든 항목의 입체시력이 급격하게 저하되었다. 프리즘 가입으로 저하된 입체시력은 30분의 적응시간 동안 프리즘 가입 전에 측정된 원래의 입체시력(baseline)을 향해 점차 회복되는 지수감소곡선의 회귀식을 보였다. 프리즘 가입 양이나 기저방향에 따라 약간씩의 차이는 있었으나 일반적으로 프리즘 가입 후 약 6분까지 많은 회복이 있었고 그 이후에는 약한 회복을 보였다. 프리즘 적응 동안 프리즘으로 유발된 편위로 인한 사위도 변화와 입체시력의 변화는 높은 상관관계를 보였고 입체시력을 측정하여 프리즘의 적응 정도를 평가할 수 있는 선형 및 지수감소 회귀식을 얻을 수 있었다. 결론: 수평 및 수직 프리즘 가입으로 편위가 유발되었을 때 입체시력이 급격하게 저하되었으나 적응에 의해 원래의 입체시력으로 회복되었다. 그러므로 입체시력을 측정하여 프리즘 적응의 평가가 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. Purpose: To examine the stereopsis changes during the prism adaptation with horizontal or vertical prism in front of the eyes and to investigate the effect on stereopsis by prism-induced deviation during 30 minutes. Methods: 42 subjects (23 males, 19 females, mean age of 25.3±3.2 yrs) with normal binocular single vision were recruited. 16△BO, 8△BI, 3△BU and 3△BD were randomly assigned to induce deviation on four different days. Stereopsis was measured before and upon introducing prism and 3, 6, 12, 20 and 30 minutes after using Three-needle Test(TN), Stereo Reindeer Test- Numbered circles(RNC) and The Borish Vectographic Nearpoint Card II- Stereopsis Targets Cluster(BSC) and random dot Cell(BSRC). At the same time, heterophoria was also measured using Modified Thorington phoria test. Results: When deviation was induced by the horizontal or vertical prism, each of the stereoapsis was dropped down. The kinetic stereoacuity using TN at distance was reduced in the order of BO, BI, BD and BU in which BD and BU was similar. The static steroacuity using RNC, BSC and BSRC at near was reduced in order of BO, BU, BI and BD. The reduced stereoapsis tended to return gradually toward baseline with the exponential decay curve during the 30 minutes. After introduction of prism the stereoapsis generally recovered in large amount to 6-minute, then the recovery getting smaller. There was a statistically high correlation between the changes of prism-induced deviation and stereoacuity during the adaptation, therefore this study gained the linear regression and exponential decay regression to estimate the prism adaptation by measuring stereopsis. Conclusions: Inducing a deviation with horizontal or vertical prism negatively affected the stereopsis. However, during the prism adaptation occurred, the level of stereopsis was increased back toward the baseline. This study found that the prism adaptation can be estimated by measuring stereopsis.

        학령전기 여아의 체형특성과 유형분석 : 상반신 체형을 중심으로 Focusing on the Upper Body

        This study was done to classify children's somatotypes and to provide the fundamental data for their clothing sizing system for the purpose of designing patterns for children's wear and standardizing sizes of ready-made clothes. The sampling was done for 7∼8 years-old-girl living in Pusan and Kyungsangnam-do. Data from each girl comprises 33 anthropometic measurments and 7 photogrphic measurments, based on the somatometric charateristics of girls which I had obtained. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis were performed for statistical analysis of the data. Seven factors which explain 76.49% of the whole variances were extracted. The first and second factors which explain more than 70% of the whole variances represent 'horizontal size' and 'vertical size', which characterize most aspects of the body shape of the subjects. On the basis of the cluster analysis, three different upper body types were categorized. Type 1 has quite long surface length of the upper body and rising shoulders and are close to the averages of this age group. Type 2 has highest stature, biggest frame, dropped shoulders and surface length of the upper body similar to the type 1. Type 3 has shortest stature, smallest frame and sloping shoulders. According to the analysis to discriminate somatotypes of the upper body by this age group, the discriminative items in discriminant function are follows. As this group, waist circumference of discriminant function l and front length and length between both shoulder points of discriminant function 2 have large coefficient values.
