        태권도 품새와 이미지트레이닝 운동이 아동의 대뇌 집중리듬(빠른 ɑ파)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to examine how Taekwondo and Image training affects on cerebral concentration rhythm of the lower graders in elementary school. Three groups of lower grade kids in elementary school were selected as the subject of this study. One group was composed of 13 of lower graders in elementary school who never got Taekwondo training. The other two groups were the kids who started Taekwondo. Among them, 11 kids took only Taekwondo training and 13 got Taekwondo and image training program together. After 12-week workout of Taekwondo Poomsae and image training, their brain waves of each group were measured by cable brain wave measuring instrument. The values were analyzed properly for the objective of the research and then followed by repeated-measured ANOVA with statistical program, SPSS WIN(version 18.0). Statistical significance level was .05. The result is as follows. It is proved that there was the interactional effect(P<.05) of concentration rhythm in the left and right parts of the occipital pole after the training. Post-hoc verification also revealed that improvement in the left and right sides of the frontopolar artery, and the left and right sides of the occipital pole were signicantly found in the Taekwondo and image training groups than the control group. With respect to left and right vitality rhythm had a significantly(p<.05). After considering all the aspects, Significant difference of the left and right cerebral activation rhythm was measured in Taekwondo Poomsae and image training in the left and right sides of the frontal pole. It is concluded that the increase of the concentration rhythm of the frontal pole that is alpha wave can be the meaningful outcome for children’s improvement of their concentration. Performing Taekwondo Poomsae and image training led to higher concentration of the children in the surrounding emotional stability. Proven cerebral activation on the spot of the occipital lobe facilitated deeper concentration of the frontal lobe in kids’ mentally picturing process as well as their visual sense. As children were visualizing each step of Poomsae image plays a crucial roles like keeping their real eyes, they could recognize the experience of their activity even if they closed their eyes. The activation of the right celebrum with the effect of mental picturing Poomsae motions can be a substitute education for the one-sided unbalanced learning which is usually the left-brain oriented study by the emphasis on knowledge accumulation since their elementary school year. It can be considered influence on balanced development of both sides of the cerebrum in dynamic stage of the kids’ cerebral development.

        프로 경륜선수 스트레스 검사지 개발

        This study was aimed to investigate professional cycle racers" stressors and develop the stress test for them. For this, pre and main survey were performed by pre-questionnaires to observe professional cycle racers" stressors. To find their potential stressors comprehensively, 223 racers among all of 581 were given an open questionnaire survey. 581 cases of stress circumstances were collected, which were reduced to 59 items except the repeated or similar cases. Lastly, thirty seven questions and five-point scale were used. The exploratory factor analysis of 276 racers summed up five factors, which are their economic difficulty and career after retirement, controlling body condition and negative prejudice, falling accident and injury, limited social life, and pressure for racing mark etc. Thirty six questions were made up totally. The eigenvalue was 5.23~271 and factor loading was .421~.825. The explanation variable was 56.36%. After verifying the reliability, Cronbach"s ? of the internal consistency was .82~.86. The confirmatory factor analysis showed the stress test, which consists of five factors and thirty six questions, was revealed valid in the level of being possible to approve. (Q=2.32, CFI=.839, TLI=.828, RMSEA=.069).

        좌측 시상 전핵 경색의 신경심리 분석

        Background: Anterior thalamic lesion is to produce various cognitive impairments. However, these findings are based on case studies rather than group studies. We analyzed the clinical & neuropsychological characteristics of the patients with the left anterior thalamic infarction to investigate the patterns of memory impairment and other cognitive dysfunction of the patients. Methods: We selected 7 patients with acute left anterior thalamic infarction who had been admitted to two referral hospitals. All patients underwent MRI, a careful medical history, physical and neurologic examination, and detailed neuropsychological tests within a week after stroke. Their lesions were confirmed to be located in the anterior nucleus lesion of left thalamus by lesion analysis of brain MRI. Results: All patients showed severe verbal and visual anterograde amnesia and also anomic aphasia and frontal executive dysfunction. The characteristics of the amnesia in these patients were that they showed encoding deficits as well as retrieval deficits. Five patients also had visuospatial dysfunction. Conclusion: Retrieval deficit in memory impairment and executive dysfunctions are suggestive of the unctional involvement of the frontal lobe Multiple cognitive deficits including anomia and visuospatial dysfunction other than memory disturbance also suggest that the anterior nucleus of left thalamus had multiple connections with diffuse fronto-temporo-parietal areas, although the exact circuit or mechanism explaining the pathophysiologic relations between the anterior nucleus of left thalamus and the multiple cortical areas has not been elucidated.
