        CZTSe Thin Film Growth via a Co-evaporation Process Using a ZnSe Effusion Source

        The compositional distribution of elements is known to be significant for the high conversion efficiency of CZTSe solar cells. As detailed understanding of the Cu/(Zn+Sn) ratio in the light absorption layer is important,Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) films grown via the co-evaporation process under different copper fluxes were char-acterized. It is difficult to evaluate the Cu content effect on the properties of CZTSe films grown using a co-evaporation process with Cu, Zn, Sn, and Se elemental effusion sources because the Cu flux variation during the process also induces other element ratio changes. Furthermore, the Zn/Sn ratio shows significant correlation to the Cu/(Zn+Sn) ratio variation in CZTSe thin films. Replacing the zinc metal effusion source with the ZnSe compound source resulted in less fluctuation in the Zn/Sn variation according to Cu flux change during the CZTSe co-evaporation. This can be useful in evaluating the effect of the different Cu ratios on the CZTSe solar cell characteristics.

        터보 코드의 복호화를 위한 계산량을 줄인 슬라이딩 윈도우 BCJR 알고리즘

        BCJR 알고리즘을 바탕으로 한 슬라이딩 윈도우 BCJR 알고리즘은 Turbo code의 복호시 격자 종결이 필요 없으며 적은 메모리를 사용한다는 장점이 있지만, BCJR 알고리즘보다 더 많은 계산량을 필요로 하며 적합한 윈도우 길이에 대한 연구 결과가 없다는 단점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 슬라이딩 윈도우 BCJR 알고리즘의 장점을 유지하면서 계산량을 줄이고 그 성능을 개선시킬 수 있는 효율적인 슬라이딩 윈도우 BCJR 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저 적합한 윈도우 길이를 선택하기 위한 지침을 제시하고 윈도우의 이동폭과 길이를 적절히 선택하면 기존의 슬라이딩 윈도우 방식보다 계산량을 줄이면서 성능은 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 구속장 길이가 3인 부호화기에서 BER이 10-4일 때, 제안한 알고리즘을 사용하면 기존의 슬라이딩 윈도우 방식보다 더 적은 계산량으로 0.1dB 정도의 이득을 얻을 수 있다. In decoding the turbo codes, the sliding window BCJR algorthm, derived from the BCJR algorithm, permits a continuous decoding of the coded sequence without requiring trellis fermination of the constituent codes and uses reduced memory span. However, the number of computation required is greater than that of BCJR algorithm and no study on the effect of the window length has been reported. In this paper, we propose an eddicient sliding window type scheme which maintains the advantages of the conventional sliding window algorithm, reduces its computational burdens, and improves is BER performance. A guideline is first presented to determine the proper window length and then a computationally efficient sliding window BCJR algorithm is obtained by allowing the window to be forwarded in multi-step. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional sliding window BCJR algorithm with reduced complexity. It gains 0.1dB SNR improvements over the conventional method for the constraint length 3 and BER $10^{-4}$

        기후변화와 강우분포 및 CN에 따른 미래 홍수량 평가

        According to the standard guidelines of design flood (MLTM, 2012; MOE, 2019), the design flood is calculated based on past precipitation. However,due to climate change, the frequency of extreme rainfall events is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze future floods’ volume by using climatechange scenarios. Meanwhile, the standard guideline was revised by MOE (Ministry of Environment) recently. MOE proposed modified Huff distributionand new CN (Curve Number) value of forest and paddy. The objective of this study was to analyze the change of flood volume by applying themodified Huff and newly proposed CN to the probabilistic precipitation based on SSP and RCP scenarios. The probabilistic rainfall under climatechange was calculated through RCP 4.5/8.5 scenarios and SSP 245/585 scenarios. HEC-HMS (Hydrologic Engineering Center - Hydrologic ModelingSystem) was simulated for evaluating the flood volume. When RCP 4.5/8.5 scenario was changed to SSP 245/585 scenario, the average flood volumeincreased by 627 m3/s (15%) and 523 m3/s (13%), respectively. By the modified Huff distribution, the flood volume increased by 139 m3/s (3.76%)on a 200-yr frequency and 171 m3/s (4.05%) on a 500-yr frequency. The newly proposed CN made the future flood value increase by 9.5 m3/s (0.30%)on a 200-yr frequency and 8.5 m3/s (0.25%) on a 500-yr frequency. The selection of climate change scenario was the biggest factor that made theflood volume to transform. Also, the impact of change in Huff was larger than that of CN about 13-16 times.

        천마가루를 첨가한 파운드케이크의 품질 특성 및 항산화성 연구

        This study evaluated the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of a pound cake made by adding Chunma powder, which has unique quality characteristics and antioxidant activity. This study prepared a pound cake by adding 0%, 2%, 5%, 8%, and 11% of the wheat flour content. The results of the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of pound cake containing Chunma powder analyzed are as follows. First, the pH of the pound cake dough to which a high concentration of Chunma powder was added significantly decreased. Second, the specific gravity of the pound cake dough to which a high concentration of Chunma powder was added significantly increased. Third, the moisture content of the pound cake dough to which a high concentration of Chunma powder was added significantly decreased. Fourth, the value of the pound cake to which a high concentration of Chunma powder was added significantly increased. However, the L and b values significantly decreased. Fifth, the gumminess of the pound cake to which a high concentration of Chunma powder was added significantly increased. Sixth, total polyphenol content and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of pound cake to which a high concentration of Chunma powder was added significantly increased. Seventh, the sensory evaluation showed that the pound cake containing 2% Chunma powder obtained the highest score

        대학생의 개인적 특성이 도서관 모바일 이용 행태에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study aims to investigate the influence of undergraduate students’ personal characteristics on the use behaviors of library mobiles and its contents. We used gender, major, grade, university, perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, and smartphone dependency variables to measure their personal characteristics. We conducted a survey with 309 undergraduate students who belong to two universities. The results showed that the major, grade, perceived usefulness, and innovativeness variables significantly influenced the use frequency of library mobiles, while the gender, major, university, and smartphone dependency ones did the use pattern of library mobile contents. Based on the results, we proposed three methods for constructing an efficient university library mobile. 본 연구는 대학생들의 개인적 특성이 도서관 모바일 이용도와 도서관 모바일 콘텐츠 이용 패턴에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 개인적 특성의 변인들로는 대학생의 성별, 전공, 학년, 대학, 인지된 유용성, 개인적 혁신성 및 스마트폰 의존도를 사용하였다. 설문 조사는 두 개의 대학들의 학부생 309명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 조사 결과, 전공, 학년, 인지된 유용성 및 개인적 혁신성은 모바일 이용도에, 그리고 성별, 전공, 대학 및 스마트폰 의존도는 모바일 콘텐츠 이용 패턴에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 끝으로 이러한 연구 결과를 반영하여 효율적인 대학도서관 모바일 구현을 위한 방안들을 제안하였다.

        항혈전제 복용 환자에서 발생한 중대한 상부위장관 출혈

        Background/Aims: As the elderly population taking antithrombotic therapy (ATT) increases, gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding risk during ATT may likely increase. This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical characteristics of severe upper GI bleeding (UGIB) during ATT. Materials and Methods: Among patients on ATT at Gyeongsang National University Hospital between March 2005 and February 2010, those with severe UGIB requiring endoscopic hemostasis were selected for the study. Their medical records were retrospectively reviewed for clinical variables. Results: Among 59,773 patients taking ATT, 125 (0.21%) developed severe UGIB and comprised 12.8% of the overall endoscopic hemostasis cases (125/978) during the same period. The patients with severe UGIB on ATT were older than the ones not on ATT (68.3 vs. 59.9 years, P<0.001). The common indications for ATT were cardiovascular (60.8%, 76/125) and cerebrovascular diseases (25.6%, 32/125). Fifty-nine patients (47.2%) were taking two or more agents, 36 (28.8%) were on aspirin monotherapy, while 22 (17.6%) were taking warfarin alone. Aspirin was involved in 68.8% (86/125) of severe UGIB. According to ATT type, the incidence of severe UGIB was 0.48% with warfarin, 0.38% with aspirin, and 0.33% with clopidogrel. The main causes of severe UGIB were gastric (78, 62.4%) and duodenal ulcers (15, 12.0%). UGIB recurred in 11 cases (8.8%), but all were successfully controlled with repeated hemostasis and there was no mortality. Conclusions: The frequency of severe UGIB during ATT was 0.21%. Aspirin was the most common agent leading to severe UGIB, but its incidence was highest with warfarin. Gastric ulcer was the most common focus. Endoscopic hemostasis was effective and safe for UGIB during ATT. (Korean J Helicobacter Up Gastrointest Res 2017;17:-38)

        A Case of Pyogenic Liver Abscess Caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis in a Healthy Child

        Staphylococcus epidermidis is a normal inhabitant of skin, throat, mouth, vagina, and urethra. It is not usually pathogenic, particularly in immunocompetent hosts. This report describes a case of a pyogenic liver abscess caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis in a healthy 12-year-old boy. He was admitted to Seoul St. Mary's Hospital with intermittent fever for 6 days. Findings on abdominal computed tomography (CT) showed a mass measuring $7.0{\times}6.5$ cm in the right hepatic lobe. Culture of the abscess resulted in growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis as a causative organism. The patient was successfully treated with intravenous administration of antibiotics and percutaneous drainage of the abscess. 간농양은 선진국과 개발도상국에서 발생빈도에 차이가 있는 질환으로 국내에서는 드물다. 면역결핍, 간, 담도계기형, 천공성 충수염, 외상, 단백질 결핍 등의 선행요인이 있을 때 발생하기 쉬우며 Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus, Bacteroides와 Entamoeba histolytica 등에 의해 유발된다. 저자들은 발열을 주소로 내원한 건강한 12세 남아에서 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 시행하여 간농양을 발견하였으며 경피배액술 흡인물 배양 검사에서 Staphylococcus epidermidis가 검출되어 항생제를 투여하여 합병증 없이 치료하였기에 보고한다.

        고등학교 특수학급의 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육 실태와 개선방향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the present condition of community-based vocational education of high school special education students in order to suggest the direction in which to take the future of the field. All of the high school special education teachers participating in the study were surveyed, and among them three were later interviewed at length. Though most high school special education teachers already recognized the existence of issues such as lack of connected organization with community, limited programs for vocational education, and poor support for students with more severe disabilities, this study allowed the presence of said issues to be empirically documented and analyzed. This study of community-based vocational education allows us to draw conclusions between the teacher’s honest commitment and tireless effort, the importance of hands-on experience both in and out of school, and active counseling to enable the student to achieve his or her own career goals, and further to become an integrated and productive member of society. Therefore, as the direction of the community-based vocation education this study suggests the education demander-oriented approach, including community-based vocation education while organizing curriculum of special class, operation individualized program with consideration of community integration and employment administrative and financial support for vocational education of student with disability. 이 연구는 고등학교 특수학급의 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육 실태를 살펴보고, 앞으로의 직업교육에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 특수학급이 설치된 20개 고등학교를 대상으로 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육 운영 실태를 조사하였고, 그 구체적 사례를 알아보기 위해 조사 대상학교 중 3개교를 선정하여 담당교사와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 대부분의 고등학교 특수학급에서 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육을 실시하고 있었으나, 지역사회 연계 기관 부족, 제한된 직업교육 프로그램, 중증 장애학생에 대한 지원 열약 등이 문제점으로 나타났다. 한편, 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육 운영 사례에서는 직업교육에 대한 교사의 의지와 노력, 직업교육의 효과적 지원을 위한 교내외 실습 병행, 교육수요자 중심의 직종 선택, 사회통합 및 고용을 고려한 직업ㆍ진로지도 계획 등이 중요한 시사점으로 도출되었다. 고등학교 특수학급의 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육에 대한 개선방향으로는 교육수요자 중심의 접근, 특수학급 교육과정 편성 시 지역사회 현장중심 직업교육 포함, 지역사회 통합과 고용을 고려한 개별화 교육 프로그램 운영, 장애학생의 직업교육을 위한 행ㆍ재정적 지원을 제시하였다.

        제품 차별화를 위한 화장품 콜라보레이션 패키지디자인이 소비자 구매에 미치는 영향

        The 'Collaboration Marketing' is at its prime in domestic-cosmetic market. It is one of the most well known strategic marketing methodologies that maximize customers' attention by combining visual images or illustrations with market's current best selling products. The ultimate goal of my study relies on analyzing the correlation between 'Collaboration Package-Design (CPD)' and customer's actual purchase. Literature research was conducted as the primary step for theoretical basis, while the secondary step mainly deals with three different types of existing 'collaboration marketing' in the worldwide cosmetic market. Lastly, an empirical study through hypothesis test, survey and in-depth interview was conducted. As the outcome of study, two among three hypothesis have been proven while 'Character collaboration' which based on the concept of 'Kidult' (combined concept of Kid and adult) is the most popular tool. This study supports the idea that consumers get more influences from 'image and scarcity' of CPD rather than the actual function or performance of cosmetic products. 최근 국내 화장품 업계에서는 소비자들의 이목을 끌기 위하여, 기존 베스트셀러 제품에 일러스트나 이미지를 접목한 콜라보레이션 마케팅이 주류를 이룬다. 본 연구는 화장품 콜라보레이션 패키지디자인이 소비자 구매에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 1차로 이론적 배경을 위하여 문헌연구를 진행하였고, 2차로 국내외 화장품 콜라보레이션 사례를 세 유형으로 (Brand+Brand, Brand+Artist, Brand+Character) 나누어 분석하였다. 3차로 가설 설정 및 화장품 콜라보레이션 패키지 구매대상자를 중심으로 한 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 통해 실증연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 3개의 가설 중 2개가 채택되었으며, 최근 화장품 시장에서는 '키덜트 문화'를 이용한 캐릭터와의 콜라보레이션이 가장 활발한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 화장품의 기능보다는 콜라보레이션 패키지디자인의 이미지와 희소성이 소비자들의 구매에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
