Drug-induced parkinsonism (DIP) is a frequently encountered diagnostic possibility when considering Parkinson’s disease (PD). While olfactory dysfunction is a common clinical feature in PD, the comparison of olfactory function between the two conditions remains insufficient. This study aimed to compare olfactory function, including threshold, discrimination, and identification (TDI) profiles, between PD and DIP.

초기 성인의 자기대상경험과 건강한 자기애의 관계에서 공감지각과 자기위로능력의 매개효과

목적 본 연구는 초기 성인을 대상으로 자기대상경험과 건강한 자기애와의 관계에서 공감지각과 자기위로능력의 구조적인 관계를 탐색하고 각 변인들이 어떤 경로를 거쳐 건강한 자기애를 형성하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 전국의 19세 이상 39세 이하의 성인을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며 총 533명(남 233명, 여 300명)의 자료를 분석하였다. 각 변인들 간의 관계를 추정하기 위해 SPSS 25와 MPLUS 8.6(Muthén & Muthén, 1998-2014)을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모델링을 사용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기대상경험, 건강한 자기애, 공감지각, 자기위로능력 변인 간에 모두 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기대상경험과 건강한 자기애와의 관계에서 공감지각은 매개효과가 없었다. 셋째, 자기대상경험과 건강한 자기애와의 관계에서 자기위로능력은 부분매개효과가 있었다. 넷째, 자기대상경험과 건강한 자기애와의 관계에서 공감지각의 단일매개효과는 없었으나 자기대상경험이 공감지각과 자기위로능력을 순차적으로 이중매개하여 건강한 자기애에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 Kohut의 자기심리학 관점에서 볼 때, 자기대상경험과 건강한 자기애와의 관계에서 공감지각 및 자기위로능력이 과정 변인으로서 역할을 한다는 것을 경험적으로 확인하였다. 따라서 건강한 자기애를 형성하기 위해 교육현장, 직장, 상담 등 다양한 장면에서 자기 및 자기대상에게 개입해야 할 방향과 교육자료 및 프로그램 제공의 필요성을 확인하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between young adults’ self-object experience and healthy narcissism, the structural relationship between empathy perception and self-soothing that was explored, and which paths each variable formed healthy narcissism through. Methods For this purpose, an online survey was conducted on adults aged 19 to 39 across the country, and data of a total from 533 people (233 men and 300 women) were analyzed. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and mediating effect analysis were conducted using SPSS 25 and MPLUS 8.6 (Muthén & Mutén, 1998-2014) to estimate the relationship between each variable. Results The results of the study are as follows. First, positive correlations between self-empathy, healthy narcissism, empathy perception, and self-soothing ability were all significant. Second, there was no significant mediation effect of empathy perception on the relationship between self-object experience and healthy narcissism. Third, there was a significant mediation effect of self-soothing ability on the relationship between self-object experience and health narcissism. Fourth, the single mediation effect of empathy perception on the relationship between self-object experience and healthy narcissism was found insignificant, however, sequential double mediation of self-object experience through empathy perception and self-soothing ability on healthy narcissism was significant. Conclusions Based on Kohut’s self psychology, these results suggest that empathy perception and self-soothing ability play the role of procedural variables in the relationship between self-object experience and healthy narcissism. Therefore, in order to form healthy narcissism, the direction to intervene in various scenes such as education site, workplace, and counseling, and the need to provide educational materials and programs were confirmed.

A new secured transactions law governing unitary security interests in Korea should be considered in pursuit of con taming comprehensive personal property as well as movable property in company with movables registry system.<br/> In order to establish effective public notice on security interests, movables registry system has been introduced several years ago. While some security interests such as ships, aircraft and vehicles have used title-based registry system for the perfection of security interests and change of title, the traditional public notice of security interests of general chattels stands in the way to extend credits through using general chattels since the notion of traditional notice to perfect the title of chattel depends on the actual delivery of chattel<br/> In view of the fact that public notice in secured transactions in the world has been inclined to adopt movables registry system, it would be regarded as a global standard of a new secured transactions regime in the world.<br/> A new movables registry system should be set up on the basis of fiancing statement rather than filing a whole document Grantor-based system should also be based on personal-based indexing system of searching and filing the names of the debtor rather than the types of individual collateral.<br/> Financing statement can be filed to give a notice to third parties It contains the names of the debtor and the secured party, an address and personal security number of secured party, and the maximum value of secured interest The duration of filing can be determined by either of parties' discretion or stipulated terms. There is no requirement of debtor's signature in financing statement.<br/> On consideration of our fast digital development, the movables registry system should be settled for the use of electronic fiancing statement and for the sake of security creditors filing and indexing security interests through online It is no used of saying that security directors can access security interests filed in movables registry system without any obstacle.

It is no used of saying that security creditors can access security interests filed in movables registry system Without any obstacle.
