The turbine disk is exposed to a high temperature and high pressure environment. The residual stress needs to be controlled below certain level to ensure the high reliability during the service. The residual stress is developed mostly during the heat treatment of quenching and aging. The numerical simulation of heat treatment process can be a useful tool to optimize the material property and process condition. In this study, the heat transfer coefficients of each medium, air and oil, are obtained by experiment coupled with optimization technique and the material properties are obtained by JMatPro which calculates the high temperature material properties. The numerical simulation is performed and the estimated residual stress distribution in each heat treatment stage is shown
체세포배발생을 통한 국내 주요 고구마 품종의 식물체 재분화

4종류 고구마 품종을 대상으로 정단분열조직 배양에 의한 배발생 캘러스 유도, 이들로부터 고빈도의 체세포배발생과 식물체 재분화 체계를 확립하였다. 자미. 율미, 신황미, 및 화이트 스타의 생장점을 LS 기본배지에 1 mg/L auxin (2,4-D, picloram, dicamba)가 첨가된 배지에서 배양하였다. 그 결과 2,4-D 첨가 배지에서 가장 높은 빈도로 배발생 캘러스가 유도되었으며, 배양 4주째에 유도된 배발생 캘러스의 빈도는 신황미, 자미, 율미. 및 화이트 스타에서 86%, 78%, 76%, 및 80%를 각각 나타내었다. 2,4-D 첨가 배지에서 얻어진 배발생 캘러스를 2.4-D를 제거한 배지로 옮겨 주어 체세포배를 유도하였으며, 이 체세포배의 90% 이상이 완전한 식물체로 발달하였다. 이러한 결과는 정단분열조직 배양으로부터의 체세포배 발생 방법이 광범위한 고구마 품종에 적용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 분자육종을 통한 신기능성 고구마 품종개발에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. An efficient plant regeneration system of major cultivars of sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.) in Korea via somatic embryogenesis was established. Embryogenic calli were formed from shoot apical meristems of sweetpotato cultivars when cultured on LS medium supplemented with 1 mg/L auxin (2,4-D, picloram, dicamba). Among three kinds of auxin, 1 mg/L 2,4-D showed the highest embryogenic calli induction rate. After 4 weeks of cultures on LS medium supplemented with 1 mg/L 2,4-D, embryogenic calli induction rates of Sinhwangmi, Zami, Yulmi, and White Star were 86%, 78%, 76%, and 80%, respectively. Upon transfer onto LS basal medium, most of somatic embryos developed into plantlets. Regenerated plantlets were transplanted to potting soil and grown to mature plants in a greenhouse.

This study was performed to lay the academic foundations of the exercise psychology which is expanding its area rapidly in the social environment in which young and old consider the Exercise as a part of their life, as well as men and women. The exercise psychology which is developing gradually in the interests of many people differs from the sport psychology which intends to maximize the performance, and it may be said to be a science with a view to maintain and improve the health and apply the psychological knowledge to the prevention and remedies of diseases. But, as the exercise psychology is not systemized as a science, in this study its developing process was looked up and the contents of the lectures related to the exercise psychology was examined for the universities in Korea to understand the present status of the exercise psychology in Korea, and the status of the domestic and international scientific books was also captured as a part of this study. Based on the results, this study showed as a problem needed to solve urgently by the exercise psychologists the theoretical thesis as a science and the collaboration with neighboring sciences and the certificate of qualification related to the on-the-spot application of the exercise psychology, and finally dealt with the perspective of the exercise psychology.
직접 대면 방식과 병행한 전화를 이용한 복약상담이 제 2형 당뇨병 환자의 치료성과에 미치는 영향

There is a lack of evidence on the impact of pharmacist interventions in diabetes care in South Korea. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of pharmacist counseling on clinical and humanistic outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes. An uncontrolled before-and-after study was conducted at the outpatient diabetes clinic in a teaching hospital in Gyeongnam, South Korea between January 2 and November 30, 2014. A total of 37 patients were enrolled. During the study periods, the participants and pharmacists met every 2 weeks via follow-up telephone calls in addition to face-to-face meetings upon returning for care visit. At each meeting, a structured patient counseling was performed and the average duration of each meeting was 15~30 minutes. The participants were requested to record daily self-care activities. At the end of this study, patients’ satisfaction on pharmacist care was evaluated using the questionnaire developed by us. Compared to baseline, significant reductions (mean±standard deviation, p<0.05) in HbA1c were observed at each follow-up period: −0.32±0.72% from baseline to 3 months; −0.52±0.76% from baseline to 6 months; −0.72±0.76% from baseline to 9 months. Over the same follow-up period, the proportions of patients achieving target HbA1c (defined as HbA1c<6.5%) were 3.1%, 10.3%, and 20%, respectively. The proportions of patients who never missed a dose during the same follow-up period were 43.8%, 31.0%, and 20.0%, respectively. The results from the patient satisfaction survey indicated that pharmacist counseling improved patients’ knowledge about diabetes and possible drug interactions. Especially, the information on a healthy diet and lifestyle was the most satisfying. To conclude, follow-up telephone calls combined with face-to-face meetings improved clinical and humanistic outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Magnesium and magnesium alloys are promising materials for light weight and high strength applications. In order to obtain homogeneous and high quality products in powder compaction and powder forging processes, it is very important to control density and density distributions in powder compacts. In this study, a model for densification of metallic powder is proposed for pure magnesium. The mode] considers the effect of powder characteristics using a pressure-dependent critical density yield criterion. Also with the new model, it was possible to obtain reasonable physical properties of pure magnesium powder using cold iso-state pressing. The proposed densification model was implemented into the finite element method code. The finite element analysis was applied to simulating die compaction of pure magnesium powders in order to investigate the density and effective strain distributions at room temperature.
