The development of internet and smartphone services leads to various cultural changes in society. The rate of these changes appears to be increasing, and companies should innovate their management systems and strengthen the efficiency to continuously face transition in industry environments. Continuous innovations is known to be a critical factor in the sustainability of business. Managing conflicts between the employees who endorse change and the employees who want to maintain the current system is crucial for successive innovation.In addition, delivering management philosophy to employees appropriately and building the company`s own culture through effective communication and close interaction between management and employee group is also critical.Research was done to determine an analysis on the effects of corporate entrepreneurship on incremental innovation and management performance. The subjects of this research were limited to insurance company, stock firm and financial institions. The program used to analyze of the collected data was SPSS 21.0. Collected data was examined to measure frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis and comfimatory factor analysis from SPSS 21.0 program.This study points a way forward in the direction of new enterprises for a creative era. First, We conclude that enterpreneurship affects incremental innovation. Second, Corperations should try to support a gradual inovation culture because incremental inovation has positive results. The third, To create incremental innovation culture and enterprenuership, the organization`s culture and characteristics will have a direct and important influence. Therefore, a corperation ought to encourage the mood of enterprising company practices that adapt new ideas and increase open communication.
공무원의 리더십유형과 조직시민행동에 관한 연구 : 충북지역 지방자치단체를 중심으로

Many empiricalresearch surveys have supported that Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) is influnced by or closely related with leadership styles. The primary purpose is to test the moderating effects of structural factors (formalization, centralization) and personal factors(growth needs, sex, age, tenure, rank, occupation, school career) between 2 leadership styles and 2 OCB factors. For the analytical purpose of this article, Fisher's Z-transformation and SGC(split groups correlations) methods were introduced. Generally 2 leadership styles are found to influence on altruism and conscientiousness respectively. Out of 36 cases, only 2 cases were significant in moderating effects. Based on empirical results, there is no moderating effects in conscientiousness. But altruism is found to more closely related with employee-centered leadership in low centralized group than in high centralized group, and more closely related with job-centered leadership in low growth-needs group than in high growth-needs group.

With the increase in family income in Korea and the improving quality of life, there is a rapid growth in the restaurant industry. Therefore there is a demand for quality service in this industry. This paper reviews the relationship between service quality and the degree of employee empowerment. The first objective of this research is to test the effects of employee empowerment on service quality, and the second one is to test how tenure affects this relationship. According to statistical analysis, meaning, competency, and autonomy generally have an affirmative impact on many service quality factors. Also the results of regression analysis to test the moderation effect show that long term employees are more sensitive to autonomy than short term employees.
