        태양광 패널을 적용한 아파트 외부 형태 분석에 관한 연구

        (Background and Purpose) As carbon emissions from the building sector account for a large proportion of 38% of the total carbon emissions, carbon reduction in buildings has emerged as an inevitable problem. Taking advantage of small space and low cost, solar power generation among new and renewable energy fields has been commonly and popularly used in the building sector. The policy promoted the use of solar panels centered on apartment buildings, which accounted for 63.2% of residential buildings that emit 47.2% of carbon dioxide emissions from buildings, generated a total energy production of 45,487 TOE, which is the year of the first nuclear power plant. It is only 2.3% of the production of 2 million TOE, and the number of installations is 323,909, which is only one-third of the 1 million households set as the target, causing problems, such as uniform design and hindering the aesthetics of the city. Additionally, as a result of the forecast of greenhouse gas emissions in the building sector, it has been predicted that greenhouse gas emissions in the building sector will continue to increase after 2020. (Method) In apartment buildings, which account for a large proportion (62.3 %) of all housing units, the most common and universal type was set as the range, centering on 47.3% of apartment distribution types. A differentiated system was developed based on case studies applying domestic and foreign solar panels. Identify and derive areas where solar panels can be applied through an external shape and case analysis of domestic apartments. In addition to the derived areas, we proposed a new design method that can be applied to calculate the amount of energy generation and verify the amount of carbon dioxide reduction. (Results) In this study, a common advantage of energy-saving was confirmed through domestic and foreign cases using solar panels, but in case of overseas cases, various design methods were used compared to domestic cases. It is difficult to say whether it was used in consideration of architectural design aspects. It confirmed that proposed PV design element method differs at least five times compared to the mini PV power plant, which is a representative policy using existing PV panels. Because this is limited to the standard apartment model, if the applicable area increases according to the size of the apartment and the number of accommodating households increases, energy generation, carbon dioxide reduction, and social cost are expected to show higher results. (Conclusions) This is not a simple attachment and installation method of solar panels that has been used in the past, but method that takes into account residential space and external morphological characteristics of Korean apartments. It has a research value because it proposes a new method for consideration.
