<P> 강원도농업기술원에서는 2003년 무름병에 비교적 강하고 화색과 화형이 우수하고 장미 분홍색을 가진 Zantedeschia rehmanni × hybrid 'Super Gem'과 연한 노랑색 품종 Z. × hybrid 'Black Magic'을 각각 모본과 부본으로 하여 인공 교배하였다. 2006년에 개화특성을 검정하여 화색과 화형이 좋은 'GZ0616'를 선발하였으며, 2007년에 포장 재배하여 자구 증식률, 초장과 초세 등 1차 특성검정 후 2차 선발하였다. 2013부터 2015까지 특성검정과 재배시험을 통하여 균일성과 안정성이 인정되어 '강교C4-6호'로 최종 선발되었으며, 2017년 2월에 ‘립스마일(Lip Smile)’로 품종등록 되었다. 화포 외부의 주된 색은 연노랑바탕 적자색(Y2C+RP79C)이며, 화포 높이는 8.5cm, 폭은 6.2cm로 대형화이다. 개화소요일수는 64.3일, 초장은 66.0cm, 괴경은 80.0g이다. 기호도 평가에서도 ‘Captain Rosette’와 유사하였으며, 정화용으로 이용 가능하다. </P>

정보통신망에서 사용하는 공개키 암호시스템은 대부분 지수 연산을 사용한다. 하지만, 암호시스템은 안전성을 고려한 큰 수의 지수 연산을 사용하기 때문에 많은 계산 량과 준비시간을 요구한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 모듈러 감소 연산에서 Montgomery, Yang, Kawamura 등이 사전계산 방법, 중간계산, 그리고 테이블을 사용하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 지수 연산에서 Coster, Brickel, Lee 등이 addition chain, window, 그리고 고정된 수를 사용하는 경우 사전 계산을 하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 sparse 소수를 사용한 모듈러 감소 연산 방법을 제안하고 지수연산시 계산 량을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 이는 이산대수 방식의 암호시스템에서 매우 효과적으로 적용할 수 있다. Most public cryptosystem widely used in communication network are based on the exponentiation-arithmetic. But, cryptosystem has to use bigger and bigger key parameter to attain an adequate level of security. This situation increases both computation and time delay. Montgomery, yang and Kawamura presented a method by using the pre-computation, intermediately computing and table look-up on modular reduction. Coster, Brickel and Lee persented also a method by using the pre-computation on exponentiation. This paper propose to reduce computation of exponentiation with spare prime. This method is to enhance computation efficiency in cryptosystem used discrete logarithms.

This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of moisture content on direct landfilling prohibition of organic sludge. Organic sludges with moisture content (Me) of 75 and 85% were filled in two lysimeters. The lysimeters were named as Exp.75 and Exp.85, respectively. LFG of 2,064 l was generated greatly for Exp.85, compared to 1,500 l for Exp.75. LFG generations in Exp.75 and Exp.85 were 64.1 l/kg and 157.1 l/kg as dry TS basis, and 113.6 l/kg and 266.2 l/kg as dry VS basis. Total $CH_4$ generation in LFG for Exp.85 was 1,238 l, while 1,050 l for Exp.75. $H_2S$ of $3{\sim}150$ ppmv was generated from Exp.85, which was 5 times higher than $2{\sim}30$ppmv from Exp.75. Leachate was not generated from Exp.75 during operation time. However, 420 ml of leachate was generated from Exp.85. From the results of gas generation, composition, odorous compounds, and leachate generation, landfilling of organic sludge with high MC was more harmful to the environment in spite of great LFG generation. However, direct landfilling of organic sludges without great difference of MC made a severe odor problem. Therefore, it was thought that current direct landfilling prohibition law for all organic sludge was appropriate.

Nowadays, one of the most important things is data communication equipment, and among them, MODEM the most widely used equipment. In this paper, we proposed a new method for the purpose of compensating RLSD which is unstable because of channel noise of long distance telecommunication line. This method is based on transmitting staring tone at MODEM transmitter, detecting it at MODEM receiver by PLL algorithm.

Topshell catch by Haenyeo (women divers) has been one of Jeju's economically significant harvests of marine living resources. Total allowable catch (TAC) has been introduced to restore the topshell stock. This paper examines the impacts of the TAC regulation on topshells in Jeju through a comparative study with the red snapper TAC in the Gulf of Mexico in the United States. The results showed that topshell production has not been restored since the TAC was introduced in 2001. The red snapper in the United States is a case of successfully restoring fishing stocks by introducing TAC. It will only be possible to increase topshell production by restoring the marine ecosystems off Jeju. The efforts to increase cultural activities, and to host various festivals have been irrelevant to the restoration of the stock. Without efforts to enhance the habitat quality, the decreasing topshell stocks will threaten the economic sustainability of Haenyeo. The continued expansion of municipal wastewater treatment facilities, the tightened regulation on effluents in the flounder aquaculture facilities, and reduced inputs of chemicals related to farming activities are expected to enhance the habitat quality of village fishing grounds. I hope that more women divers will increase their harvests while following their traditionally inherited community culture in their restored fishing grounds in the near future.
