가로주택정비사업의 시행이 지역민의 주거 만족도에 미치는 영향: 천호동 320과 천호동 321-18을 중심으로

본 연구는 전면 철거재개발 도시정비사업에 대한 대안으로 실시되는 가로주택정비사업이 주민들의 주거 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 천호동 320번지와 천호동 321-18번지의 주민들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행했으며 연구 방법은 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 및 매개효과와 조절 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 가로주택정비사업의 시행은 지역민의 주거 만족도와 주거 만족도 결정 요인인 환경적/관계적 요인에서 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만, 환경적/관계적 요인이 가로주택정비사업의 시행과 주거 만족도의 관계를 매개하는 지에 대해서는 매개효과 3단계 검증법으로는 지지되었으나 소벨검정에서는 환경적 요인은 한계적으로 지지되었고 관계적 요인은 지지되지 않았다. 가로주택정비사업과 주거 만족도의 정(+)의 관계는 주택 소유 형태에 의해 조절되었다. 연구 결과를 종합하여 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 논의하였다. This study examines the impact of a “housing improvement project in a city block (ga-lo-ju-taeg-jeongbi-sa-eob),” which is a policy on the housing satisfaction of residents implemented as an alternative to urban renewal projects. A survey was conducted in 320 Cheonho-dong and 321-18 Cheonho-dong. The study methods were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediation test, and moderation test. The implementation of the housing improvement project in a city block positively affected residents’ housing satisfaction and environmental/relational factors, which are determinants of housing satisfaction. Whether environmental/relational factors mediate the relationship between the housing improvement project and housing satisfaction, Byron and Kenny’s (1986) three-step method supported this mediating effect; however, in Sobel’s test, environmental factors were marginally supported, and relational factors were not supported as mediators. The positive relationship between the housing improvement project and housing satisfaction level was moderated by the type of home ownership. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed by synthesizing the study results.
모호함의 관용, 불안, 시뮬레이션 간호역량, 학습만족도 간의 관계

본 연구는 간호대학생의 모호함의 관용, 불안, 시뮬레이션 간호역량, 시뮬레이션 학습만족도 간 관련성을 파악하고 시뮬레이션 교육 전후 모호함의 관용 수준을 비교하기 위해 시도되었다. 일 대학 간호대학생 95명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 대상자의 모호함의 관용, 불안을 측정한 후 8주간 시뮬레이션 기반 교육을 진행하였다. 코스가 끝난 후에 모호함의 관용, 간호역량, 시뮬레이션 학습만족도를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 대응 표본 t 검정, 카이제곱 검정, 상관관계 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 모호함을 견디는 능력은 65점 중 36.76±5.13으로 중간 수준이었다. 시뮬레이션 교육에서 학생의 불안 수준과 시뮬레이션 학습만족도는 음의 상관관계(r=-.21, p=.048)가 있었고 시뮬레이션 교육이 끝난 후 측정한 모호함의 관용 수준과 시뮬레이션 간호역량은 양의 상관관계(r=.24, p=.021)가 있었다. 8주간의 시뮬레이션교육 전후로 모호함의 관용 수준은 37.71±5.71점으로 유의한 변화가 있었다(t=-2.06, p=.042). 시뮬레이션 학습만족도는 시뮬레이션 간호역량과 강한 상관관계(r=.42, p<.001)를 보여서 시뮬레이션 교육의 설계 및 운영의 중요성을 확인하였다. 개인의 심리적 특성이 시뮬레이션 기반 교육의 학습 성과와 관련이 있으므로 추후 이를 고려하여야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to identify the relationships of ambiguity tolerance, anxiety, nursing competency, and satisfaction with simulation training. A total of 95 senior nursing students currently studying at a university participated in the study in 2016. Students completed a questionnaires before and after 8-week simulation training course. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, Chi-square, and paired t-test. As a result of the study, nursing students ambiguity tolerance was moderate. The higher the learner s anxiety, the lower the satisfaction with simulation training, and the higher the level of ambiguity tolerance, the higher the nursing competency. Satisfaction with simulation training showed a strong correlation with nursing competencey, which confirmed the importance of simulation education design and operation. The 8-week simulation training has developed the ambiguity tolerance of students, which can be helpful in making decisions in actual clinical practice that are unfamiliar and complex to resolve. The findings suggest that the psychological factors of learners should be taken into account to maximize achievement in high fidelity simulation training.
간호대학생의 임상 시뮬레이션 학습동기가 학습성취도에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of learning immersion in clinical simulations on the relationship between nursing student learning motivation and achievement in clinical simulation. Methods: This study was conducted using a cross-sectional survey with 184 nursing students from two universities who participated in clinical simulation between September and December 2022. The participants completed a self-administered questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed using independent an independent t-test, Mann–Whitney U-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis to identify the mediating effects of learning immersion on the relationship between nursing student learning motivation and achievement. Results: Among the subvariables of nursing student learning motivation, task value and self-efficacy for learning and performance had a significant effect on learning immersion (respectively, β=.36, p=.001; β=.31, p<.001) and learning achievement (respectively, β=.48, p<.001; β=.38, p<.001). With the input of learning motivation variables, the direct effect of learning immersion on learning achievement was significant (β=.20, p=.003), and the effects of learning motivation and task value and self-efficacy on learning achievement was reduced after controlling for learning immersion, which is a mediating variable (respectively, β=.41, p<.001; β=.32, p<.001). The bootstrapping test to confirm the mediating effect of learning immersion was also significant (task value 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 0.02~0.20; self-efficacy 95% CI, 0.01~0.12). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that simulation educators should consider learners’ motivation and immersion when organizing and operating clinical simulations.
행복주택 거주자에 대한 인식에 관한 연구 - 노년층을 중심으로 -

With the progress of an aged society in South Korea, people have emphasized the importance of the housing rights policy for the elderly. According to this phenomenon, the Happy Housing is not only serving young people but also senior residents. However, awareness of the Happy Housing is still lacking and there is a gap between the purpose of the Happy Housing and the perception of the elderly residents. The purpose of this study is to derive implications that can improve the awareness of elderly residents of the Happy Housing. A survey was conducted on a sample of 35 young people who are the main target of Happy Housing and the questionnaire was focused on the perception of each Happy Housing class, preference class, and reason for class selection. Based on this, an empirical analysis was made.
