        한국산 재배대황 근경의 스틸벤

        In continued studies on cultivated Korean rhubarb rhizomes, three additional stilbene compounds were isolated from water extract by column chromatographic separation using Sephadex LH-20, ODS-gel. Compound I, desoxyrhapontigenin(3,5-dihydroxy-4`-methoxystilbene), Compound II, rhapontigenin(3,3`,5-trihydroxy-4`-methoxystilbene), and compound III, piceatannol(3,3`,4`,5-tetrahydroxystilbene) were elucidated based on physico-chemical and spectroscopic evidences(UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass).

        불안정한 지면에서 하지 기능 운동이 뇌병변 청소년들의 하지근력 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to know about how the lower limb functional exercise in an unstable ground affects the lower limb strength and the balance ability of encephalopathy teenagers. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the lower limb functional exercise in an unstable ground from 12 encephalopathy teenagers in the experimental group was applied once every 50 minutes twice a week during 12 weeks, meanwhile 12 encephalopathy teenagers in the control group did not receive any treatment except daily life. In order to evaluate the lower limb strength and the balance ability of the study subjects from exercise before and after exercise, the lower limb strength test using therabands, static balance ability test(standing by one leg, FRT) and dynamic balance ability test(TUG, walking 10 m, walking 3 m) were used. The results of this study through applying 2×2 mixed design two-way ANOVA as follows: First, the measured results of the lower limb strength using therabands was that the bending force and new force of a hip joint increased significantly(p=.000), also the bending force and new force of the knee joint increased significantly(p=.000). Second, in the static balance ability, standing by one leg with opened eyes and functional arm stretching(FRT) increased significantly(p=.000, p.002) respectively. Third, in the dynamic balance ability, in standing up and walking(TUG) and in walking straight 3m(Tandem Gait Test) decreased significantly(p=.000, p=.000), in walking straight 10m(Straight Walking Test) appeared no change. Taken together the above results, the lower limb functional exercise in an unstable ground during 12 weeks is believed to improve the lower limb strength and also static and dynamic balance ability of encephalopathy teenagers.

        흑삼의 인삼 사포닌 분석

        The objective of this study is to provide the basic information for developing a high-value ginseng product using ginseng saponin and prosapogenin. In order to achieve such aim, Ginsenoside compositions of black ginseng (BG) extracts with various solvent conditions were examined by HPLC. The total saponin and the prosapogenin content of 95% ethyl alcohol extract were higher than that of the either 50% ethyl alcohol extract or distilled water extract. As a result, the order of the total saponin and the prosapogenin content was 1) 95% ethyl alcohol, 2) 50% ethyl alcohol, 3) the first and second mixture of 95% ethyl alcohol, distilled water, and 4) distilled water extract. In the case of fine black ginseng (FBG), the first and second mixture extracts of 95% ethyl alcohol and distilled water were the highest. In addition, the ratio of the protopanaxadiol group and the protopanaxatriol group (PD/PT) showed that the ratio of BG ranged from 0.304 to 0.601, while the ratio of FBG ranged from 1.166 to 1.657.

        동충하초 투여가 최대유산소성 능력과 피로회복에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of Cordyceps militaris on maximal aerobic power and recover of fatigue after all-out exercise. Eight healthy volunteers(age, 19±0.35years; height, 174.4 ±6.2cm; weight, 78.8±8.08kg; body fat, 10.9±2.29%) served as subjects after signing an informed consent form. Following overnight, subjects completed maximal graded exercise test on treadmill to evaluate maximal aerobic power at before consuming Cordyceps militaris, after 5days and 10days consumed Cordyceps miltaris on separate days. To recovery of fatigue, blood lactate acid was collected resting, immediate treadmill exercise and cycle ergometer exercise termination, recovery 3min, 5min, 10min, 20n-in, and 30min. Maximal aerobic power variables at difference treatment was compared using One way repeated ANOVA. Blood lactate acid at difference treatment and periods of recovery was compared using two way repeated ANOVA. Significance was set at a=0.05. The results of this study were as followed: 1. To evaluate maximal aerobic power, relative and absolute VO2max, exercise time, ventilation threshold(VT) were not significantly different at difference treatments(p>0.05). 2. Blood lactate concentration was significantly highest at immediate treadmill exercise termination in after 10days consuming Codyceps militaris(p<0.05). There were not significantly different on blood lactate concentration each treatments and the periods of recovery. Only, there was significantly different on blood lactate concentration between immediate ergometer cycle exercise termination and recovery 20min, after consumed Cordyceps militaris(p<0.05) however, before consuming Cordyceps militaris was between immediate ergometer cycle exercise termination and recovery 30min(p<0.05). This study was not significantly different on maximal aerobic power at difference treatments, however VO2max, exercise time, and VT was increased after consumed Cordyceps militaris. Also, after consumed Cordyceps militaris, blood lactate acid concentration was decreased in the periods of recovery comparison with before consuming. In conclusion, to evaluate effect of Cordyceps militaris as ergogenic aid, it should be required the future study that included extend subjects, various dosage, and chronic consumption.

        이 논문에서는 디지털 영상 기기의 발전과 함께 화질의 선명도와 해상도가 향상되면서 더 많은 영상 정보를 한 화면에 담고자 하는 시도로서 파노라마 영상 합성기법을 차량 주차시 운전자의 넓은 영상확보를 위해 구현하였다. CCD 카메라 장비를 이용하여 촬영 기술상의 제한 또는 요구 없이 획득되는 영상 시퀀스로부터 영상을 분석하고 합성한다는 전제하에 이루어졌으며, 카메라 움직임의 모델링, 변환식에 의한 합성 영상의 재구성, 후처리 문제 등 시스템 전반을 다루었다.

        뇌졸중 후 우울의 장기적 변화 및 연관 요인

        본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 발병 24개월 동안 추적관찰을 통해 발병 이후 시기와 일반적 특성에 따른 우울의 발생빈도와 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 총229명의 국내 초발 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 급성기 또는 아급성기(T0), 발병 6개월(T1), 발병 12개월(T2), 발병 24개월(T3)에 단축형 우울 검사, 한국형 정신상태 간이검사, Fugl-Meyer Asessment기능적 보행능력 검사, 한국판 수정바델 지수를 이용하여 각각 우울, 인지기능, 운동기능, 보행능력, 일상생활동작능력을 평가하였다. 발병 시기별 우울빈도는 T0에 37%, T1에 19%, T2에 16%,T3에 8%로 점차 감소하는 추세를 보였고, 이중 성별 및 발병원인에 따른 빈도차이는 없었으나,연령에서 65세 이상의 환자가 더 높은 빈도를 보였다. 우울과 관련된 요인은 T0, T1, T2에서는인지기능과 일상생활동작능력이 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 보였고, T3에는 인지기능과 보행기능이 뇌졸중 후 우울과 연관성을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 장기적 우울 평가의 필요 성과 각 시기별 환자의 기능에 따른 우울 정도를 추정함으로써 뇌졸중 환자의 우울에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 근거가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. To investigate the prevalence of depression and to identify factors associated with post-stroke depression. This study design is prospective longitudinal follow-up. A total of 229 patients of stroke participated in this study. Depression was measured using the short form Geriatric Depression Scale. The prevalence assessments were performed at acute or subacute stage (T0), 6 months after onset of stroke (T1), 12 months after onset of stroke (T2) and 24 months after onset of stroke (T3). To identify factors associated with post-stroke depression, we evaluated cognitive function, motor function, ambulatory function and activity of daily living. The prevalence of post-stroke depression were 37%, 19%, 16% and 8% at T0, T1, T2 and T3, respectively. Post-stroke depression were more frequent in over 65 years old. Post-stroke depression was associated with cognitive function at all T0 to T3, activity of daily living at T0 to T2 and ambulatory function at T3. The prevalence of post-stroke depression was decreased gradually after onset of stroke. Cognitive function affected post-stroke depression from acute to 24 months after onset of stroke. This study showed the assessment and understanding of the post-stroke depression is an important part of rehabilitation after stroke.

        출혈성 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능 변화 및 연관 요인에 대한 추적조사

        출혈성 뇌졸중 후 인지기능의 저하는 장기적 기능회복에 영향을 주는 주요한 인자이다. 이에 저자들은 출혈성 뇌졸중 환자에서 주요 회복시기에 따른 인지기능의 변화와 일상생활활동 독립수준 및 삶의 질의 변화를 추적하고, 인지 기능 변화와 관련된 연관 요인을 파악하며, 이를 통한 향후 관리 방안 제시를 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 이 연구를 시행하였다. 1개 상급종합병원에 입원한 초발 출혈성 뇌졸중 환자 25명의 환자를 대상으로 발병 후 7일, 발병 후 3개월, 발병 후 6개월, 발병 후 12개월 시점에 Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), 한국형 정신상태 간이검사(K-MMSE), 한국판 수정바델 지수(K-MBI), 건강관련 삶의 질 지수(EQ-5D)를 사용하여 연구 대상자의 인지기능을 포함한 전반적인 기능 변화와 관련한 평가를 시행하였다. K-MMSE는 발병 후 7일 13.32±11.80점, 3개월 15점, 6개월 17점, 12개월에 18점으로 의미 있는 회복을 보였으며(p=0.007), GCS, K-MBI, EQ-5D와 같은 다른 기능 평가에서도 시간의 경과에 따라 의미 있는 개선을 보였다(p<0.01). 발병 12개월의 인지기능에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에서 발병 당시의 연령 및 출혈성 뇌졸중의 유형, 발병 7일의 GCS이 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통해 출혈성 뇌졸중 환자에 있어서 지속적으로 인지 기능을 포함한 전반적인 기능 회복이 발병 후 1년까지도 이루어짐을 확인하였고, 이에 관련된 연관 요인을 확인함으로써, 출혈성 뇌졸중 환자의 기능회복에 대한 이해와 그에 대한 지속적인 관리 및 치료의 필요성을 높일 수 있는 근거가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. We investigated the improvement of cognitive functions, activity of daily living (ADL), and quality of life (QoL) after hemorrhagic stroke and identified associated factors. For this research, twenty-five patients with a hemorrhagic stroke were enrolled. We measured cognitive function, activity of daily living (ADL), and quality of life (QoL) from 7 days to 12 months after onset of stroke. Then we analyzed the correlation between cognitive function and other risk factors. According to results, cognitive functions improved during 12 months with statistically significant differences. Other functions were similar to cognitive functions. Improvement of cognitive functions were correlated with age, the type of hemorrhagic stroke and Glasgow coma scale at 7 days after stroke. Overall, cognitive function in patients with hemorrhagic stroke recovered from acute to 12 months after onset of stroke. And, improvement of cognitive function at this phase were associated with age, the type of hemorrhagic stroke and GCS score at 7 days. These results would provide us an information to plan cognitive rehabilitation in patients with hemorrhagic stroke.

      • 터널 굴착에 따른 고원습지 영향 최소화 방안 연구

        In this paper, we have studied the expected problems when tunnel is excavated under the wetland, and described the measure to maintain the wetland"s ecosystem environment. Firstly, we investigated the wetland"s ecosystem such as plants and animals, and executed ground investigation including in-situ tests and geophysical survey. And we analyzed the foreign similar cases for tunnel excavation near the wetland. We also evaluated the runoff and infiltration quantity of groundwater and hydraulic behaviour of rock mass and wetland by numerical analysis. Finally, we established the effective measure to minimize the ecosystem"s influence by tunnel excavation.
