We have investigated the structural and electrical properties of Si-Zn-Sn-O (SZTO) thin films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at various deposition temperatures from RT to $350^{\circ}C$. All the SZTO thin fims are amorphous structure. The mobility of SZTO thin film has been changed depending on the deposition temperature. SZTO thin film transistor shows mobility of 8.715 $cm^2/Vs$ at room temperature. We performed the electrical stress test by applying gate and drain voltage. SZTO thin film transistor shows good stability deposited at room temperature while showing poor stability deposited at $350^{\circ}C$. As a result, the electrical performance and stability have been changed depending on deposition temperature mainly because high deposition temperature loosened the amorphous structure generating more oxygen vacancies.

국가 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계 구축을 위한 정책 구상

Nuclear education & training is an important issue for sustainability of nuclear energy and the safety of the nuclear power plant. The purpose of this paper is to present policy initiatives for establishment of the national nuclear education & training system. It analyzed current status of nuclear manpower and nuclear education & training systems of Korean nuclear organizations and government strategic plans for nuclear manpower education & training. The features of the current nuclear education & training in Korea are institutional diversification and decentralization in Industry-University-Research system. However, linkages and cooperation systematically integrated between institutions are very weak. In addition, duplicated education & training programs and resource allocation, and the resultant inefficiency have been raised as a problem. Therefore, this paper proposed the national nuclear education & training system model as a macro policy initiatives and construction of control tower that manage and adjust overall nuclear education & training. 원자력 인력의 원활한 공급과 체계적인 교육훈련은 원자력의 지속 가능한 발전과 원자력발전소의 안전 운전을 위한 중요한 과제이다. 이 논문은 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계를 구축하기 위한 정책 구상을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국 원자력 기관들에 대한 분석자료와 원자력 인력양성 방안에 대한 정부 문서들에 기초하여 원자력 인력과 교육훈련체계 현황을 분석했다. 현재 한국의 원자력 교육훈련체계는 산 학 연 기관별 다양화와 분산화를 그 특징으로 하고 있다. 그러나 각 기관들 간의 체계적이고 통합적인 연계와 협력은 미약한 수준에 있고, 교육훈련 프로그램과 자원 배분 중복, 그로 인한 비효율 등의 문제도 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 거시적인 정책 구상으로 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계 모델과 원자력 교육훈련을 관리 조정하는 콘트롤 타워를 제안하고 있다.

스토리텔링을 활용한 한국 문화 교육 : ‘연오랑과 세오녀’ 문화콘텐츠를 중심으로

스토리텔링은 이제 그 자체의 목적뿐만 아니라 다른 매체와의 결합으로 인해 더 많은 분야에서 만날 수 있으며, 문화콘텐츠 역시 교육 목적의 활용이 활발해졌다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ‘스토리텔링’과 ‘문화콘텐츠’를 이용해서 외국인을 대상으로 하는 한국어 문화 교육에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 한다. 아직까지 외국인을 대상으로 하는 한국어 교육에서 ‘문화’가 차지하는 비중은 매우 적으며, 문화교육의 중요성은 커졌지만, 교육할 수 있는 방법은 다양하지 않은 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 스토리텔링의 자연스러운 이야기 구조와 흐름을 활용해서 한국 문화요소를 찾아내고, 그 요소를 효과적으로 교육하기 위한 방안으로 전래동화 문화콘텐츠를 이용했다. 구체적인 방안으로는 단계별 교육 과정을 제시하고, 단계별로 습득할 수 있는 문화요소를 살펴보았다. 또한 실제 수업을 바탕으로 한 지도안을 제시하고, 스토리텔링을 지도방식으로 문화콘텐츠를 전달 매체로 활용하였다. 수업 관련 활동에서는 ‘연오랑 세오녀’ 콘텐츠를 가지고 만들 수 있는 학습 활동을 소개하고, 실제 수업에서의 활용 방안을 검토해 보았다. Storytelling not only objective of itself was caused by with combination different medium and there was possibility of meeting with lots of other fields, the cultural contents also have become as well actively. The purpose of this study is to find the method which is for Korean cultural education with ‘story telling’ and ‘cultural contents’. Even though the value of cultural education has become drastically important however, the teaching method is too inferior. This study provides that storytelling with natural story structure finds Korea culture element and using traditional fairy tale culture for effective teaching method. Specific method presents a phased by education course with the plan which is concrete, to observe the cultural elements. Also present guidance with actual class and use storytelling for teaching method, cultural contents for communication medium. ‘YeonOrang’ and ‘Seonyeo’ contents introduce the studying activity which is the possibility of making activity to investigate the application plan from actual study.

한국어교육에서의 문학텍스트 선정과 활용에 대한 고찰 -단편소설을 활용한 가치문화 교육을 중심으로-

이 글은 한국어교육에서 외국인 고급 학습자들의 문화교육을 위한 문학작품 선정과 작품에 대한 올바른 이해를 목적으로 한다. 한국의 문화요소 가운데 핵심문화라고 할 수 있는 ‘가치문화’ 중 ‘가족주의’와 ‘저항의식’이라는 주제의식을 다루고 있는 작품을 중점적으로 살피고자 했다. 특히 작품의 일부 장면을 문화교육을 위한 도구로 제시하기보다는 여러 작품의 공통적인 주제의식을 묶은 ‘서사적 틀’을 제시하고자 한다. 2장에서는 문학텍스트의 한국문화교육으로서의 가치와 문화요소, 가치문화에 대한 제반 사항을 고찰하고, 선정 원리를 살펴보았다. 3장에서는 이렇게 선정된 7개의 작품을 두 개의 군으로 묶어 각각의 작품이 갖는 내재적 의미와 이를 하나의 작품군으로 묶어 감상했을 때의 서사적 맥락을 제시하고자 했다. 작품 분석은 가치문화의 뼈대 위에 역사철학적인 관점을 더해 이루어졌으며, 작품의 주관적인 평가보다는 교육 목적을 위한 객관적 사실을 찾는 것에 무게를 두었다. 이러한 제안은 한국어를 학습하는 고급 학습자와 한국 문화를 가르쳐야 하는 한국어교사에게 가치문화를 깊이 있게 이해할 수 있는 바탕과 기회가 될 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. This paper aims to properly understand literary work selection and literary works for culture education of foreign advanced learners in Korean language education. This paper is focused on the works which contain thematic consciousness, ``familism`` and ``resistance consciousness`` of value culture which is the core culture among Korean cultural elements. Especially, this study is intended to suggest a ``narrative frame`` that combines common thematic consciousness of various works, rather than offering some scenes of works as tools for culture education. In chapter 2, the value of literary text as Korean culture education, cultural elements and all the contents of value culture were considered and the selection principle was analyzed. In chapter 3, the selected 7 works were divided into two groups and then the intrinsic meaning of each work and the narrative context when they were appreciated as a group, were presented. The works were analyzed, from the perspective of historical philosophy on the frame of value culture and this study put weight on finding the objective fact for educational purposes, rather than leaning towards the subjective evaluation. This suggestion can be a foundation and an opportunity to deeply understand value culture for advanced learners who learn Korean language and Korean language teachers that should teach Korean culture.

한국의 국제개발협력 정책공공외교 추진 방향: 목표와 대상별 전략

국제개발협력은 거시인 국가전략뿐만 아니라 다른 하위 부문의 전략들과도 밀접한 연관성을 가지기 때문에 국가전략 및 외교전략의 틀 속에서 역할을 하게 된다. 이 글의 목적은 한국형 국제개발협력 정책공공외교의 목표와 전략을 설계하기 방향성을 제시하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해서 한국의 국제개발협력 정책과 사업의 목표와 성과, 과제 등을 검토하고, 한국의 국제개발협력 정책공공외교 목표와 전략 등의 측면에서 추진 방향을 제시했다. 한국의 국제개발협력은 개발도상국의 빈곤퇴치와 삶의 질 향상에 기여해야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 대한민국의 긍정적 이미지와 브랜드화, 국격 상승에 기여하는 것이 국제개발협력 정책공공외교의 궁극적 추진방향이 될 것이다. International development cooperation is closely related to other national strategies such as politics, economy, society and culture. It serves as a means and part of the macroscopic national strategy and diplomatic strategy. The purpose of this article is to present a direction for designing the goals and strategies of Korean-style policy public diplomacy related international development cooperation. To this end, it reviewed Korea"s international development cooperation policy and project goals, achievements, and tasks, and suggested directions for implementation in terms of Korea"s international development cooperation policy and public diplomacy goals and strategies. Korea"s international development cooperation should contribute to eradicating poverty and improving the quality of life in developing countries. Based on this, contributing to Korea"s positive image, branding, and national rise will be the ultimate direction of policy public diplomacy related international development cooperation.

아시아 전래동화의 비교를 통한 한국 문화교육-다문화가정 구성원을 대상으로

지금까지 전래동화를 활용한 한국어교육이 전혀 없었던 것은 아니지만, 대부분 이 한국 전래동화의 활용에 중점을 두고 있어 ‘여성결혼이민자’가 무조건 받아들 이기에는 어려움이 많았다. 한국의 전래동화가 지니는 가치와 교육적 활용은 이미 여러 연구에서 입증되었지만 이제 막 한국인으로서의 삶을 시작한 ‘여성결혼이민 자’와 ‘다문화가정 구성원’을 대상으로 교육에 활용하기에는 적지 않은 어려움이 따른다. 이에 이 논문에서는 ‘여성결혼이민자’의 출신국에 따라 한국의 전래동화와 비교할 수 있는 전래동화를 선별하고, 공통적으로 비교할 수 있는 문화 요소를 찾 아 활용하고자 했다. 특히 아시아 전래동화와 한국의 전래동화를 비교하는 과정을 통해 ‘가치관’, ‘일상생활’, ‘전통 사상’, ‘제도’라는 공통의 문화 요소를 추출했고, 이렇게 추출한 공통의 문화 요소를 바탕으로 한국 문화교육에 활용하고자 했다. 또한, 이 과정에서 다문화가정 구성원이 함께할 수 있는 문화교육 활동을 추가하 여 언어와 문화를 함께 학습할 방안을 제시하였다. 문화교육의 중요성이 증대되고, 여성결혼이민자에 관한 관심이 급증하였지만 정 작 여성결혼이민자의 문화교육은 언어교육에 비해 활발히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이 글에서는 여성결혼이민자의 문화교육의 한 방편으로 공통의 문화 요소가 필요 하다는 논의와 함께 한국 전래동화의 새로운 활용 방안에 대해 논의하였다. Though it is not that there has never been no Korean education using traditional fairy tales so far, they mostly focus on the use of Korean traditional fairy tales and it gives ‘female married immigrants’ a lot of difficulties to understand and accept them unconditionally. Values and effects of educational application of Korean traditional fairy tales have already been proven by several researches, but there are considerable difficulties in applying them to education for ‘female married immigrants’ and ‘members of multicultural families’ who just began to live their lives as Koreans. Accordingly, this paper is intended to select traditional fairy tales which are comparable to Korean traditional fairy tales from countries where ‘female married immigrants’ came from, and to use common cultural elements to be compared with each other. In particular, common cultural elements such as ‘Value’, ‘Ordinary Life’, ‘Traditional Thought’ and ‘System’ were extracted, by comparing Asian traditional fairy tales with Koreans, and they were used for Korean culture education. Moreover, activities of culture education that members of multicultural families can join in together, were added to this process, in order to map out plans for learning language and culture together. Although the importance of culture education and the concern about female married immigrants have rapidly increased, culture eduction for them isn`t under active progress, compared to language education. In addition to the discussion on the necessity of common cultural elements as an expedient of culture education for female married immigrants, this paper considered a way of newly using Korean traditional fairy tales in education.

창작동화에 담긴 문화요소와 문화교육

문화교육에 대한 폭넓고 깊이 있는 연구가 진행되면서 문화교육의 방법적인 고민만큼이나 내용에 대한 고민도 커졌다. 매체를 활용하는 방법부터 문학작품을 활용하는 방법까지 다양한 교육 방법이 제시되었고, 연구자의 기준에 따른 기준설정도 다양해졌다. 이 글에서는 문학을 이용한 문화교육의 한 방법으로 ‘창작동화’를 이용한 문화교육에 대해 논의하였다. 특히 기존의 동화를 활용한 문화교육이 ‘전래동화’에 치우쳐 있다는 점에 의거해 현대의 한국문화를 더 자연스럽게 소개할수 있는 창작동화에 주목하였다. 문화교육을 위한 문화요소를 선정하고, 창작동화 속에 담긴 문화요소를 찾아 문화교육의 방법으로 활용하고자 했다. 이를 위해 먼저 현대 문화를 대표할 수 있는 문화요소를 찾아 제시하고, 출판된 창작동화 가운데 이를 충족할 수 있는 작품을 선정하였다. 문화요소를 이용한 문화교육은 가시적인 틀 안에서 학습자와 교사가 어떤 문화를 배우고, 가르치는지를 알 수 있게 해주며, 이것을 활용해 다양한 장르의 교육 자료에 적용할 수 있다. 창작동화는 어린이를 대상으로 작가의 의도가 반영된 장르이며, 주로 현대를 배경으로 아이들의 눈높이에 맞춘 언어 사용 등 외국인 학습자가 한국의 현대 문화를 익히기에 적절한 문화교육 자료이다. 이 글에서는 이러한 창작동화의 특성과 문화요소를 결합해서 외국인 학습자에게 적합한 문화교육 방안을 제시하고자 했다. The broad and in-depth research on culture education is increasing in contents along with its methodological consideration. Also, various educational methods including how to use media and literary works have been presented and standards of researchers have been diversified. This paper discusses culture education using ``creative children``s stories``, as a way of literature-based culture education. Particularly, this is focused on creative children``s stories to introduce modern Korean culture more naturally, based on the fact that existing culture education using children``s stories has been concentrated on ``traditional fairy tales``. For this study, culture elements were chosen from creative children``s stories to use in culture education. Firstly, culture elements representing modern culture were presented and some published creative children``s stories, which contained these culture elements, were chosen. Culture education using culture elements helps in understanding which culture is learned and taught, within the visible framework and this can be applied to diverse genres of educational materials. Targeting children in creative children``s stories reflect the writer``s intention and is helpful for foreign learners to learn modern Korean culture by using language angled towards children, based on modern times. This paper presented a culture education method appropriate for foreign learners by combining these characteristics of creative children``s stories with culture elements.

풍속화 이미지텔링의 문화교육적 접근

이 연구는 평범한 일상생활과 해학을 통해 시대를 표현했던 풍속화의 이미지텔링을 목적으로 한 연구이다. 풍속화를 이미지텔링의 관점에서 접근하여 외국인 학습자들이 한국의 문화를 자연스럽게 학습할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 평범한 사람들의 일상적 행위가 반영된 풍속화의 수수한 모습들이 현재의 한국과 한국인의 가치관을 이해하는 데 적지 않은 영향을 미치고 있다고 판단했기 때문이다. 그동안 외국인 학습자들이 한국의 전통문화를 이해하는 가장 보편적인 방법은 문화체험과 같은 경험 중심의 방법이나 단편적인 문화 지식 내용을 교재를 통해 살펴보는 방법이 전부였다. 본고에서는 풍속화가 지닌 교육적 가치에 주목하고, 이를 이미지텔링을 통해 자연스럽게 전달하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 이 글은 풍속화를 단순히 보는 것에서 그치는 것이 아니라 그 안에 담긴 이야기를 이해하고, 스스로 풍속화의 주인공이 되어 당시의 한국 사회와 오늘날의 한국 사회를 연결지어 이해하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 삼았다. 이를 위해 Ⅱ장에서는 먼저 풍속화의 개념과 특성, 교육적 가치에 대해 살펴볼 것이며, Ⅲ장에서는 이미지텔링의 방법으로 학습자에게 제시할 수 있는 간략한 교수·학습내용을 소개할 것이다. This study aims to consider image-telling of genre paintings, which expressed the times by describing normal ordinary lives and using humors. Especially, this study suggests a method for foreign learners to learn Korean traditional culture naturally by considering genre paintings from the standpoint of image-telling, since it is thought that the simple aspects of genre paintings reflecting ordinary acts of normal people have considerable influences on the understanding of Korea and Korean value at the present time. For foreign learners, experience-centered methods like cultural experience or acquiring fragmentary cultural knowledge from teaching materials has been the most universal way of understanding Korean traditional culture, so far. This study emphasizes educational values of genre painting and is focusing on delivering those educational values naturally using image-telling. Ultimately, this study is to enable foreign learners to understand stories contained in genre paintings and to associate Korean society of those times with Korean society of the present time as main characters of genre paintings. For achieving this purpose, Chapter Ⅱ considers the concepts, characteristics and educational values of genre painting and Chapter Ⅲ introduces the methods and contents of image-telling for foreign learners.
