상악 전치부의 단일 임플란트 수복 치료 시, 치은 퇴축 및 골결손 문제를 가질 경우 임플란트 보철의 심미적인 결과를 얻는 것은 쉽지 않다. 장기적으로 심미적 안정성이 유지되기 위해서는 임플란트를 이상적인 위치에 식립하는 것이 중요하며 연조직의 회복 및 보철물과의 조화가 중요하다. 이러한 심미성이 더욱 요구되는 임플란트 보철물의 제작 시 이상적인 임플란트의 위치 뿐만 아니라, 주변 연조직과의 조화 역시 중요하다. 본 증례에서는 상악 전치부에서 골결손과 치은 퇴축이 진행된 47세 남자환자에서 골유도재생술 및 치은재형성술을 통해 심미 임플란트 치료를 진행하였다. In a single implant restoration of maxillary anterior teeth, it is difficult to accomplish an aesthetic restoration of the implant prosthesis in the case of gingival recession and bone defect problems. To maintain aesthetic stability in the long term, it is important to place the implant in the ideal position as well as the recovery of the soft tissue and harmony with the prosthesis. Not only ideal implant position but also the harmony with surrounding soft tissues are important to fabricate aesthetic implant prosthesis for these cases. for these cases, a 47- years -old male with lowered level of osseous crest and gingival recession on maxillary anterior tooth was treated with guided bone regeneration and gingival recontouring.
가정외보호아동의 사회적 자본과 문화적 자본이 학업성취에 미치는 영향

Drawing on social and cultural capital theory, the study investigates the influences of social capital and cultural capital on the academic achievement of children in out-of-home care. We collected data from 494 children living in out-of-home services, including institutional care facilities, foster care homes, and group homes. To analyze the collected data, a multiple regression analysis method was used. In addition, the IV (instrumental-variables) estimation was utilized to rule out the possibility of reverse causality. The level of children`s social capital was measured through children`s relationships with parents and friends, parental monitoring, etc. The level of children`s cultural capital was measured by their cultural activities, such as going to museums, and playing musical instruments. Children`s personal characteristics and placement history in out-of-home services were used as control variables. We found that among personal characteristic variables, self-esteem, depression and anxiety, and delinquency affected the academic achievement of the children. Cultural capital, but not social capital, positively affected the level of academic achievement of the children. Based on the study results, implications for child welfare practice were discussed.
조기진통 임부의 피로, 우울과 불안이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of fatigue, depression and anxiety on quality of life in pregnant women with preterm labor. Methods: With a survey design, data were collected from 138 mothers who were admitted at a hospital in Seoul, between June 2014 and September 2015. Instruments used to collect the data for the study were: Fatigue Continuum Form, Depression anxiety stress scale (DASS-21) and maternal postpartum quality of life (MAPP-QOL). Results: The mean fatigue score was 68.30 with 50.7% of women being depressed and 79.7% of the 138 women being anxious. The mean quality of life was 18.92 with quality of life being associated with fatigue, depression and anxiety. Depression and fatigue explained 26% of the variance in quality of life. Conclusion: Depression and fatigue adversely affected women`s quality of life. It is important to address appropriate management of depression and fatigue in order to improve quality of life in pregnant women with preterm labor.
관야정(關野貞)과 건축문화재 보존 - 한국건축문화재 보존과의 연관관계를 중심으로 -

Most of researches in Korea by far on Sekino Tadashi were mainly focused on his historical view only. The main observations of this study, instead, are that; (1) his methodology of studying architectural history was closely related to his previous experiences with the conservation of the architectural heritages in Japan, and (2) his earlier activities in Korea made a significant Influence on the conservation of the architectural heritages in Korea. Sekino started his carrier after the graduation from the university by participating in the restoration sites of the architectural heritages in Japan, and his experiences at that time had founded the basis of his methodology of studying architectural history. Later, his on-site experiences were also adapted into the conservation of the architectural heritages in Korea when Korea was about to be colonized by Japan. In other words, Sekino's study on the Korean traditional architectures started from 1902 had a meaning of not only the starting point of the study on the Korean architectural history but also the starting point of the conservation of the Korean architectural heritages. Especially, Sekino's study during 1909 1912 prioritized the conservation of the architectural heritages as the main purpose of the study, and the influences of the study spanned over the entire colonial period by Japan. The influences were that; (1) Sekino's studies in 1909 1912 had outlined the colonial government's policy of the conservation of the architectural heritages, and (2) many restorations were made based on those studies.
그룹 멘토링 간호술기 실습교육이 간호대학생의 간호술기 수행자신감, 임상수행능력, 진로정체감에 미치는 효과

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생들의 그룹 멘토링 말초정맥 간호술기 실습교육이 간호수행자신감, 임상수행능력, 진로정체감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고 간호실습교육의 기초자료를 마련하고자 시도되었다. 방법 연구대상은 간호학과 4학년을 대상으로 그룹멘토링 말초정맥 간호술기 실습 교육에 참여하는 학생 중 본 연구에 동의한 자를 대상으로 하였다. 학생들은 소그룹으로 나뉘어 7주 동안 임상현장에서 근무중인 간호사 멘토를 중심으로 간호술기 실습교육 진행하였으며, 단일집단으로 실습교육 전·후에 구조화된 설문지를 작성하도록 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실습교육의 효과는 간호수행자신감, 임상수행능력, 진로정체감을 확인하여 비교하였다. 결과 그룹 멘토링 말초혈관 정맥간호술의 실습교육 전·후 간호대학생들의 간호수행자신감, 임상수행능력, 진로정체감 차이분석결과 간호수행자신감(t=-10.56, p<.001), 임상수행능력(t=-11.16, p<.001), 진로정체감(t=-3.50, p= .001)모두 그룹 멘토링 간호술기 실습교육 전보다 멘토링 교육 후에 높아진 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 임상현장에서의 간호술기 역량을 향상시키기 위하여 간호대학생들에게 간호수행자신감과 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 실제적 실습교육 및 진로정체성 강화 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. Objectives The purposes of this study were attempted to confirm the effect of group mentoring peripheral intravenous injection practical training of nursing students on nursing Confidence in Performing Nursing Skills, Clinical performance capability, and career identity, and to prepare basic data for nursing practice education. Methods The subjects of this study were those who agreed to this study among students participating in group mentoring peripheral vein nursing practice education for the fourth grade of nursing. The students were divided into small groups and conducted practical training on nursing skills for 7 weeks, focusing on nurse mentors working in the clinical field, and as a single group, they were asked to fill out a structured questionnaire before and after practical training. For data analysis, the effectiveness of practical education was compared by confirming nursing performance confidence, clinical performance, and career identity using the SPSS 21.0 program. Results In this study, After group mentoring nursing skill practical training, nursing students' Confidence in Performing Nursing Skills (t=-10.56, p<.001), Clinical performance capability (t=-11.16, p<.001), and career identity (t=-3.50, p=.001) were statistically significant. Conclusions In order to improve nursing skills competency in the clinical field, it is necessary to develop actually practical training and career identity reinforce programs that can improve confidence in performing nursing skills and Clinical performance capability for nursing students.
