일반용 전기설비의 전기안전 IoT 기술 동향 및 추진 방향에 대한 고찰

사물인터넷(IoT) 기술의 보급이 활성화됨에 따라 IoT 기반의 전기 설비 관리시스템을 통해 각종 전기적 상태 정보를 실시간 수집하고 원격으로 모니터링 · 관리 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하는 기술이 개발 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반용 전기설비의 전기안전 관리에 적용된 IoT 기술의 국내 · 외 기술 동향과 관련 기술의 확산 · 보급을 위한 의견을 제시하였다.
KEC 기준을 적용한 저압 전기설비의 접지저항값에 따른 접지계통 안전성 분석

The KEC(Korea Electro-technical Code) is applied in accordance with the international standard conformity requirement for installation and inspection of domestic electrical equipments. The main differences between KEC and the past standard are classification of grounding methods according to the type of grounding system, and protection against electric shock. Accordingly, in the standard of human body protection from electric shock, the allowable dangerous voltage has become more important than the grounding resistance value, but in the case of design and construction of low voltage electrical equipment, it is difficult to calculate that. Therefore, in this paper we model the types of grounding systems that can be applied in Korea through simulation, and the safety of the grounding system according to the grounding resistance value in terms of electric shock protection is reviewed by simulating human electric shock case study.

Domestic low-voltage electrical equipments have an environment prone to ground potential interference, due to the characteristics of grounding system. This ground potential interference affects electrical equipments and communication facilities, and amplify the error of ground resistance measurement. It is desirable to find and eliminate the root cause of ground potential interference, however it is difficult to remove that in an environment such as in a dense urban area or an area adjacent to the transmission line. In this paper, the pattern of the potential interference voltage and the effect on the conventional ground resistance measurement are analyzed based on the actual field measurement cases of the ground potential interference, and propose a ground resistance measurement method that reflects the characteristics of ground potential interference.
