A 6-way-cross consisting of a 2.75-inch CF flange was used as a main chamber on a PFEIFFER VACUUM TMP station based on a 67 l / sec turbo molecular pump and a diaphragm pump to produce a magnet array with a volume ratio of 5.5: 1.A 1-inch diameter copper target and graphite target were fabricated using MDX-1.5K from Advanced Energy Industries, Inc as a DC power supply. Ion current density of copper target and graphite target was measured by unbalanced magnetron sputtering. The basic pressure condition was 6.3 × 10<SUP>-7</SUP> mbar and the process pressure was Ar 50 sccm at 1.0 × 10<SUP>-2</SUP> mbar (7.5 mTorr) in the Ar atmosphere. Therefore, the relative density of copper ions reaching the substrate with the measured ion current density was derived.

In this study, Recently composite materials have been used the air-plane, autimobile and machine etc., At most structures are dynamic load, therefore we can need to measure the dynamic physical properties and dynamic stress fringe value. I think that the dynamic physical properties is the best in the study.<br/>

Acoustic Emission (AE) technique applied to detect the crack occurrence of the actual beam element. An optimum position for a limited number of AE transducer was considered to accurately detect the location of the cracks in the three-dimensional space. Six AE transducer was used to detect cracks in the L400mm×H200mm×T100mm region, and several position combinations were applied. Considerable six position combinations were selected, and the weak or incorrect position detection was investigated. The optimum position applied to the experiment for actual beam element and the detected crack position was compared with the visual inspection location. A reliable crack position detecting was confirmed for loadings.
