신선한 느타리버섯을 expanded polystyrene (EPS)와 볏짚펄프만 사용한 tray(RP)에 starch, carboxyl methylcellulose(CMC), polyacrylamide(PAM), alkylketen dimer(AKD), rosin size제, polyethylene glycol (PEG) 등을 도포한 8종류의 tray에 담아서 wrap으로 2중 밀봉 후, 8~10℃, 습도 70~80% 유지되는 조건에서 6일간 저장하면서 저장 특성을 살펴보았다. 저장 6일째 tray의 중량 증가율은 CMC, RP tray가 상대적으로 낮았으며(p<0.05), tray별 버섯중량의 변화는 RP, CMC, AKD tray에 포장한 버섯의 중량이 상대적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). 포장재내의 CO₂ 함량은 모든 포장재에서 초기 0.5%에서 저장 하루만에 5.5~8.6%로 급격히 증가하였으며, O₂ 함량은 초기 20%에서 저장 하루만에 0.8~8.2%로 급격히 감소하였다. L값은 모든 포장재에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 이취발생은 EPS, AKD, PEG tray에서 심하였고, starch, CMC tray는 저장 4일째까지는 거의 발생하지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 AKD, CMC, RP tray는 코팅처리를 개선하고, 저장 온도와, 습도를 조절한다면 EPS tray 대체품으로 사용이 가능하리라 판단된다. This study was carried out to storage of Pleurotus ostreatus packed in various trays made by different matrials-expanded polystyrene (EPS), rice straw pulp (RP), and RP trays coated with starch, carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC), polyacrylamide (PAM), alkylketen dimer (AKD), rosin size (RS) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) at 8~10℃ and 70~80% relative humidity for 6 days. At 6 days storage, weight increase of RP and CMC tray was lower (p<0.05) than those of others and the weight of oyster mushroom packed in RP, CMC and AKD tray decreased lower (p<0.05) than those of others. Carbon dioxide contents in trays were increased from 0.5% to 5.5%~8.6% within 1 day storage. Oxygen contents in trays were sharply decreased from 20% to 0.8%~8.2% within 1 day storage. Lightness of oyster mushroom increased all trays. Off flavor appeared strongly in oyster mushroom packed in EPS, AKD and PEG during storage, but was not detected in mushroom packed in starch and CMC untill 4 days storage.

Roughage feeds were produced from Hyun- aspen (Populus alba x P. glandulosa) by acid hydrolysis with sulfuric acid. The objectives of this work were to find proper conditions for the treatment of Hyun- aspen by analyzing the compositional change and digestibility and to determine the content of sugar and phenol contained in liquor extracted by digestion. The results of this work were as follows : 1. The proper conditions for acid hydrolysis of Hyun- aspen pin chips were 145℃, 50 minutes and 1% addition of sulfuric acid in an autoclave. The yield of potential feed from original material and digestibility were 86.4% and 37.9% respectively. 2. According to cooking conditions the sugar concentration of extracted solution and the recovery rate of sugar were 0.3- 3.0%, 1.4- 17.0% respectively.
