Trimethyltin 유도성 인지기능 저하 동물 모델에 대한 들기름의 개선효과

본 연구에서는 들기름의 TMT 유도성 인지 기능 상실에 대한 개선 효과와 함께 가정에서 식용유로서 사용량이 많은 대두유와 그 효과를 비교·연구하였다. 실험에서 들기름과 대두유를 섭취한 마우스를 TMT로 인지 기능 손상을 유발하여 Y-maze test와 Morris water maze test 한 결과, 공간 인지 기능 및 학습능력 개선에 대해 대두유는 효과가 미비하였으나 들기름은 대조군과 유의적인 차이가 없는 정도의 유의적 개선 효과를 보였다. 동물 실험 후 mouse로부터 적출된 뇌 조직을 대상으로 AChE 활성, MDA 함량, SOD 활성 측정 및 산화된 glutathione 측정한 결과, 대두유는 TMT 단독 처리군의 경우와 유사한 반면 들기름은 TMT에 의해 손상을 입은 mice의 뇌 조직에서 AChE의 활성과 MDA 생성 및 GSH의 산화를 억제시킬 뿐만 아니라 SOD 활성을 유의성 있게 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 들기름에 존재하는 풍부한 생리 활성 물질로서 ω-3계 지방산, 페놀화합물 그리고 비타민 E 등에 의한 것으로 사료된다. 결국 들기름은 상대적으로 우수한 인지 기능 개선 효과를 나타냈고, 이는 건강기능식품으로서 고부가가치 소재로 활용될 수 있는 산업적 활용 가능성을 나타내는 것으로 판단된다. This study aimed to investigate the anti-amnesic effect of perilla oil against trimethyltin (TMT)-induced learning and memory impairment in ICR mice. Perilla oil (2.5 mL/㎏ of body weight) and soybean oil (2.5 mL/㎏ of body weight) were administered orally to mice for 3 weeks, and at the end of the experimental period, cognitive behavior was examined by Y-maze and Morris water maze (MWM) tests. Behavioral tests showed that the mice treated with perilla oil had improved cognitive function compared to that in mice administered soybean oil. Analysis of brain tissue showed that perilla oil significantly lowered acetylcholinesterase activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. Oxidized glutathione (GSH)-to-total GSH ratio also decreased from 10.4% to 5.3% in perilla oil-treated mice, but superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased from 11.7 to 14.2 U/㎎ protein. Therefore, these results suggest that the perilla oil could be a potential functional substance for improving cognitive function.

현재 식품 중 잔류농약 위해평가 체계에 대한 비교 연구는 거의 전무한 상태이며, 농약의 안전성 자료는 각 나라마다 상이할 수가 있으므로, CODEX, 유럽, 미국, 일본 등 국가별 자료를 비교.분석하여 국내 잔류농약의 위해평가 체계를 확립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 조사대상 농약 100 종에 대한 식품 중 잔류농약에 대한 코덱스, 일본, 유럽, 미국, 한국 등의 위해성 국제평가기관에서 발표한 안전성 자료를 분석한 후 프로파일을 작성하고, 국외 주요 독성 자료 Data base를 구축하여 식품 중 잔류농약 기준.규격 제.개정의 근거 자료로 활용하고, 안전관리 지원의 과학적 근거를 제공하고자 하였다. 식품을 통해 소량의 농약을 섭취하더라도 인체에서의 대사 반응에 의해 제거될 수 있으며, 일생동안 섭취를 해도 건강에는 영향이 없음을 국제적으로 과학적 근거로 제시하는 것이 ADI(Acceptance Daily Intake, 일일섭취허용량)이다. ADI는 국제기구나 각 국가의 농약관리기관에서 독성전문가들이 농약의 독성자료를 검토하여 위해성평가 전문가회의를 통해서 설정하게 된다. 각국의 안전성 자료를 분석한 결과 설정된 ADI는 주요국가 기관 등의 독성의 endpoint, SF, NOAEL 선정 등 설정지침에 따라 일반증상, 체중변화, 사료섭취량변화, 혈액학적 변화, 조직병리학적변화 등의 독성영향이 있었으며, 설정된 ADI의 근거 endpoint는 각국의 주요 기관의 안전성 자료에서 조직병리학적 판독에 근거한 병리학적 소견이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 생리학적 변화(혈액, 뇨 등)의 사례가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 각국의 주요기관 농약의 안전성 자료에서 ADI값은 kasugamycin 등이 기관별로 상이한 것으로 조사되었다. 하지만 대부분의 경우는 ADI 값이 국가별로 동일하거나 유사하였으며, 주요국가 기관별 ADI 값의 차이는 안전계수의 차이와 실행한 독성시험의 종류가 다른 것으로 조사되었고, 각국 전문가의 독성자료에 대한 견해차이가 있으므로, 추후 농약의 안전성 자료에 대한 자세한 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다.

Based on Paul Ricoeur`s Hermeneutics study, this paper attempts to show that the married immigrant women`s loss of homeland in mourning is not working in multicultural counseling. Married immigrant women`s discourses are too violent and one-sided in Korean society. Recently, the rate of foreign women who accept the hand of marriage from a Korean man are rapidly increasing and occurring in the center part of Southeast Asia. However, foreign immigrant women are experiencing violence, shunned from their human rights and placed in an unstable legal position in their marriages. Therefore, the divorce rates of multicultural families are exponentially rising. The depression and sorrow caused by the mourning inhibits an deadly role in the human`s mental health. The society we live in should stop treating immigrant women in an inadequate way and help them to overcome their hardships. This composition expresses the belief that when we face a loss and live with that loss, a new adaptation and communication will be created through enough mourning. According to Paul Ricoeur, he believed that Hermeneutics in text is the path to reach self-understanding with the text connecting the object(world) and the subject(self). Paul Ricoeur`s Hermeneutics is one magnificent methodology for interpreting the married immigrant women in multicultural counseling. As a result, the organic system will influence the Korean spouse and the children in a family.

The fatigue characteristics of re-peened SM45C steel are investigated in this paper. Re-peening<br/> process is applied to the specimen after the shot peened specimen undergoes the fatigue damage.<br/> Surface hardness, surface roughness, surface compressive residual stress, and fatigue life are also<br/> examined. The experimental results shows that the compressive residual stress of shot-peened specimen<br/> decreases under the fatigue loading and then increases again by re-peening process. Re-peening process<br/> increases the fatigue life of shot-peened and fatigue damaged specimen. The increase of fatigue life<br/> under high stress level is much higher than that under low stress level.

Shot peening process is used as one of the various kinds of techniques to improve the fatigue properties. However, to obtain fatigue properties of metal materials, many efforts and time are needed. Because the fatigue life of shot peened metals increases highly. In this paper, fatigue properties of shot peened Al 7075-T6 are estimated using the fundamental of accelerated life test to reduce the experimental. Experimental results show that the estimated life data almost agree with actual rotary bending fatigue test data within 7% error.

〈김치설화〉와 〈차사본풀이〉는 동일한 서사내용에 기반하고 있지만, 상이한 구성방식을 보여주고 있다. 〈김치설화〉의 등장인물은 그 서사적 기능에 따라 피살자, 살해자, 해결자로 나눌 수 있는데, 〈차사본풀이〉는 〈김치설화〉의 서사내용을 해체하여 재구성하는 과정에서 피살자 (버물王 3형제), 살해자(과양생 妻), 해결자(강림)를 중심으로 하는 각자의 서사를 마련한다. 아울러 이들 인물들의 서사적 속성은 유지하면서도 그들이 속한 사회계층적 위상을 대폭 상향하여 새로운 의미망을 부각함으로써 주제의식을 심화하고 세계관념의 확장을 실현하고 있다. 이러한 서술구조를 통해 부각되는 〈차사본풀이〉의 의미지향은 ‘김치원님’으로 대변되는 유가적 지배이념을 희화하는 한편, 불교적 세계관념을 적극 받아들여 무속적 체계 속에서 재구성함으로써 무속적 세계관념을 확장하고 심화시킬 뿐만 아니라, 무속적 세계관념을 중심에 놓고 여타 종교관념과의 관계양상을 재정립하고 있다. 따라서 〈차사본풀이〉는 〈김치설화〉의 서사적 틀과 주요 모티프들을 해체적으로 재구성하여 새로운 서사세계를 재창조합으로써 구조적 층위를 다층화하고 의미의 지향을 다각화하는 문학적 성취를 이루었다고 평가된다. The tale of Kimchi and Chasabonpul-i are both based on the same epical story, but they show different narrative structures. The characters of the tale of Kimchi can be categorized into victims, killers and problem solvers, while Chasabonupl-i prepares individual stories for the victims (3 brothers of the King Beomul), a killer (the wife of Gwayangsaing), and a problem solver (Ganglim) in the process of decomposing the story of Kimchi. While it maintains the epical nature of the characters, Chasabonpul-i elevates the social status of the characters to create the new meaning networks and to emphasize the theme, thus realize the expansion of world view. The orientation of meaning of Chasabonpul-i is to deny the confucius ideology of ruling class and to accept the Buddhist world view by reorganizing it into shamanist system. By doing do, it expand and deepen the shamanist world view and reorganize its relationship with other religious ideas. Therefore, Chasabonpul-i is evaluated that it has achieved literary goals of diversifying narrative structures and meaning orientations by decomposing and reorganizing the narrative structure and main motives of the Tale of Kimchi.

N/A It is difficult to examine the pancreas by routine roentgenographic methods, radioisotopic scanning and angiography. The ultrasonography has proved to be an useful tool in the evaluation of pancreatic diseases. Determination of the normal size and contour of the pancreas is important. We performed ultrasonography in 89 subjects with normal pancreas and the results were reviewed. 1 Successful ultrasonograms of normal pancreas were obtained in 84 among 89 subjects examined, being 94.4po of success rate The shapes of pancreas were dumhhell shape in 47 of 84 cases(55. 9%), sausage shape in (29.8%) tadpole shape in 11(13. 1%), and reversed tadpole shape in 1 case. 3.The pancreatic head was 1.8+-0.38cm in the mean thickness(range: l. 0-2. 9cm), the neck l. 1+- 0. 41 cm (range: 0. 4-2. 0 cm), and the body 1. 8+-0. 37 cm (range: l. 0-2. 6 cm).
