조직내 지식이전 프로세스의 영향요인과 인센티브의 조절효과에 관한 비교연구 : 비영리조직과 영리조직을 중심으로

이 연구는 비영리 조직과 영리조직 내 특성들과 인센티브의 상호작용효과가 지 식이전 프로세스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 비교하는 연구이다. 비영리조직에서 는 개인정보역량, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식획득을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으 며, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 구성품질이 지식공유를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 개 인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 지식품질, 구성품질은 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지식획득과 물리적 인센티브, 지식공유와 물리적 인센티브와 상 호작용이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 영리조직에서는 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식획득을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났 으며, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식공유를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났고, 개인정보역 량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 공식커뮤니케이션이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀 졌다. 지식획득과 심리적 인센티브와 상호작용과, 지식획득과 물질적 인센티브와 의 상호작용이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

This research is performed for the purpose of helping small and medium enterprises in Pusan Korea through developing a Total Scheduling Module(TSM) considering their practical environments. The TSM consists of four sub-modules : a basic information sub-modules, a marketing information sub-module, an inventory control sub-module and a production control sub-module. And the TSM is developed for Network version under Client/Server environment.

This study is focused on the methodology for the determination of the loading pattern for set products which can be charactertized by the fact that various kinds of parts should be provided together in order to function as one product such as home appliances or military supplies. This study is composed of the development of the mathematical model and its solution algorithm. The model tries to maximize the utilization rate of the loading space under the condition that the same number of the components of each set product should be loaded. This study can give the loading pattern and present the quantity information on the sub-set products to the user. The result of this study is compared with George & Robinson's algorithm under the same condition that this study is performed.
라반의 움직임이론을 이용한 K팝 댄스 감정모형 개발 연구

The purpose of this study is to academically investigate how K-pop cover dance activity is closely related with improvement in physical expression ability of various emotions. Emotion that people can feel are classified into 6 major emotions and 18 detailed emotions. This study selected and charted internal characteristics of each emotion and body movements that commonly appear on face, hand, arm, leg and body when each emotion appears on the outside. This study created BESS emotion model that represents a relationship between emotion and physical expression mode of the emotion by classifying into Body, Effort, Shape and Space categories according to the Bess Movement Analysis Theory of LMA(Laban Movement Analysis). The study empirically analyzed K-pop dance point movements using the established ‘BESS emotion model.’ 18 K-pop dance song that contain 18 detailed emotions in lyrics were selected and compared point dance moves with ‘BESS emotion model.’ It was identified that emotions contained lyrics and body movements that express the emotion are consistent with the‘BESS emotion model.’ ‘BESS emotion model’ that shows which movement needs to be taken when expressing a certain emotion is expected to be used as an academic basis for K-pop dance education in school for growing children, learning K-pop cover dance in various culture center and dance academy and development of K-pop dance choreography.
초등학생 신체표현 능력 향상을 위한 K-pop 댄스 활용방안

The purpose of this study is to propose the physical expression cultivation method of the elementary students utilizing K-pop dance. The passion drive, spell drive and vision drive could be drawn by applying the point movements of K-pop to the movement theory of Laban. In the results of substituting 3 types of efforts drive drawn in the mathematical symbolic system, the direction of the movement was verified as horizontal, vertical and diagonal. It was investigated that such basic mathematical system was expressed as the aesthetic forms of unification, climax, repetition, contrast, change and harmony, which mean again the dance effects of the fusion, enhancement, abundance, strength, new values, and harmony. It was observed that through the combination of effort drive, aesthetic form and the dance effect, the final outcome of the physical expression that the dancer were delivered in 3 forms of communication of Letter, Image and Emoticon. The elementary school is the primary educational institution that the children learn the linguistic symbols and the movement signs. By teaching the point choreography of the K-pop dance, of which popularity and immersion are high constantly through the dance and physical education class in the elementary school, the dancer by him/herself can learn the way of the physical expression to deliver the symbols. It is expected that this study can be utilized as the dance theoretical background required to develop the choreography of K-pop dance. In addition, it can be utilized as an academic background to introduce the K-pop dance to the school dance education that aims to cultivate the ability of physical expression of the children in growth period.
