        펜싱지도자들의 리더십 유형 차이와 청소년선수들의 특성 경기력 및 선수생활만족도

        The present study examined the influence of fencing coaches’ leadership styles on athlete characteristics, performance and satisfaction of athlete’s life among young fencing player. Participants (n=458) were members of highschool fencing team who participated in the 42th Korea President Cup National Fencing Championship, Korea. Methods were performed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0, a statistics program. Results indicated that the authentic and charismatic leadership types of fencing coaches were partially perceived by different athlete’s grades and numbers of awards. Both authentic and charismatic leaderships have positive effects on the performance of fencing athletes and satisfaction of athlete’s life. Specifically, the vision suggestion of charismatic leadership has a positive effect on the performance, while both pursing results and vision suggestion have positive effects on satisfaction of athlete’s life. Recommendations for transformational leadership are discussed.

        스포츠센터 서비스품질 만족도와 소비행동 관계에서 지각된 기대가치의 역할

        As customers may have different values, the concept of service quality should be generally approached from the customer’s point of view (Chang, 2008). The purpose of this study was to examine the role of expectancy value in the relationship between service quality and purchase intention differences between male and female of sport centers. That is, it was examined (1) the relationship between personal characteristics and service quality and (2) the mediating effect of expectancy value between service quality and purchase intention. 502 questionnaires (male 150) were utilized for data analysis with SPSS Ver. 20.0. The service quality of sport centers was divided into five categories: convenience of utilization, programs, trainers, facility service, and staff service. The results indicated that expectancy value fully mediated the relationship between convenience of utilization and program satisfaction on consumer’s purchase intention, and partially mediated the relationship between trainers, facility, staff services and consumer’s purchase intention among males. In contrast, the results also indicated that expectancy value fully mediated the relationship between convenience of utilization, programs, trainers, facility service and consumer’s purchase intention among females. The current findings suggest that increasing the level of service quality and expectancy value may be an effective means of positive purchase intention for both male and female participants in sport centers.

        결합판매로 인한 시장지배력 전이에 관한 탐색적 연구

        This study analyzed a phenomenon of leveraging market power through an exclusionary bundling with a multi-layered and heuristic approach. Especially, with a result-oriented view, the study intended to analyze whether or not there was the leveraging of market power by proving an exclusionary effect of market power on the relevant market. According to a theory of leveraging market power, it was confirmed that the exclusionary bundling should be an essence of antitrust behaviors, which would exclude competing firms from operating in the market. The study tried to offer a market share 25% and 33% as a standard for judgement, with which a regulatory regime could verify the possibilities of leveraging market power. As a result of the study, there are a high potential of leveraging market power from SK telecom’s one in a mobile telecommunication market to a broadcasting market, where CJ HelloVision would do business.

      • 열팽창을 고려한 특수 압력용기용 안전밸브 디스크의 설계에 관한 연구

        The safety valve is the important equipment used to protect the pressure vessel and pressure facilities from overpressure by discharging the operation medium when the pressure of system is reaching the design pressure of the system. Some materials for a safety valve disk are studied in this paper. A studied safety valve has to resist sulfurous acid and nitric acid. etc. Furthermore teflon which is a general material of the valve easily sticks to a disk and a sliding part of the valve by thermal expansion. Therefore both teflon and stainless-steel are used to improve these problems. The analysis of the thermal expansion is conducted with commercial FEM software to improve the problems. Boundary conditions were temperature and load in this study. From the analysis, the thermal expansion of by teflon/stainless steel-made valve is lower than that of teflon-made valve under high temperature. Thus, teflon/stainless steel-made valve is safe and no malfunction by thermal expansion.

        호주 운동선수 진로전환·지원교육 프로그램 분석을 통한 국내 운동선수 진로지원 방안

        본 연구의 목적은 1990년 초반 도입된 호주의 엘리트 ``선수전환·지원교육`` 프로그램 분석을 통해 국내 운동선수들의 진로지원에 대한 정책적·전략적 지원방안을 마련하는 것이다. 구체적으로 선수 진로전환 지원과 관련된 의미와 이론, 그리고 요인을 파악하기 위해 이론적 고찰을 시도하였다. 또한 호주 현지기관을 방문하여 엘리트 선수 진로지원에 관련한 전문 지식과 경험이 풍부한 ``현장 전문가``를 중심으로 심층면담을 실시하여 ACE 프로그램 정책의 추진 배경, 정책 및 운영 지원체계, 성공적인 선수 진로전환 지원 사례 등 운영의 실태를 분석하였다. 이러한 일련의 연구방법을 통해 향후 국내 선수들을 위한 진로전환 지원 정책과 제도적 개선 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 운동선수 진로전환 지원은 은퇴 후가 아닌 현역 운동선수 시기부터 운동, 학업, 사회활동을 포함한 통합적 측면에서 이루어지는 정책 추진이 필요하다. 둘째, 이미 정책 효율성을 거두고 있는 ACE 프로그램과 같이 운동선수 환경 맞춤형 진로전환 지원 프로그램 개발 및 추진이 필요하다. 셋째, 운동선수의 운동, 학업, 일, 사회생활 전반에 거쳐 통합적 진로전환 지원을 위한 다양한 단체의 협력을 통한 정책 추진이 필요하다. 넷째, 대학 운동선수들이 적성에 맞는 전공을 선택할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 일정 수준이상의 학업성적을 유지할수 있는 지원 정책이 점진적으로 도입될 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 운동선수의 통합적 진로전환 지원의 실질적 효과를 도모하기 위해서는 체계적으로 주기적인 모니터링 시스템 도입과 피드백이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to provide a politic and strategic plan of industrial collaboration for Korea`s national elite athletes through an analysis of the national Athlete Career and Education (ACE) program that is managed by the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) since early 1990s. Firstly, the paper reviews the literatures on career transition concepts and models, identifying factors in relation to out-placement and redevelopment. Secondly, it also provides a better understanding of the ACE program and how it is a source of competitive advantage in providing ample opportunities for a wide range of career transition assistance. And thirdly, political and strategic suggestions are proposed based on the theoretical basis and empirical findings for the integrated and self-directed elite athlete career development and career transition support program in Korea. In conclusion, it is important to establish elite athlete related career and education policy guidance based on a holistic approach. Early career planning is essential for facilitating a smooth transition to achieve career goals.

        10년간의 소아 원형탈모증 환자의 임상적 고찰(2007∼2017)

        Background: Alopecia areata (AA) is a non-scarring, autoimmune, inflammatory hair loss on the scalp and/or the body. The disease affects both adults and children, but there are limited data on AA in children compared to AA in adults. Objective: The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the clinical characteristics and psychiatric dynamics of pediatric AA and its correlation with underlying diseases from 2007 to 2017. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on 187 outpatients under 14 years of age who were diagnosed with alopecia areata in the Alopecia Clinic of the Department of Dermatology at Myongji Hospital from March 2007 to February 2017. Results: The proportion of pediatric patients with alopecia areata was 16.8% (187/1112). Clinically, alopecia areata was found in 171 patients (91.4%); alopecia totalis, 10 patients (5.3%); and alopecia universalis, 6 patients (3.2%). The ratio of male (85; 45.5%) to female (102; 54.5%) patients was 1:1.2. Alopecia areata was observed most frequently in patients of school age (105 patients; 56.1%), and the duration was less than 1 year in most cases (75.9%). A family history of alopecia areata was observed in 11.2% of the patients (21/187). The patients most susceptible to the disease were only children, eldest children, those who were overloaded with school work, and those with deficient parent-child relationships, including familial discord. A single bald patch was observed in 50.3% of the patients, and the most commonly associated disease was atopic dermatitis (36 patients; 46.2%). Conclusion: We analyzed several clinical features of pediatric AA, including epidemiology, clinical characteristics, and associated diseases.         학습자 중심수업이 대학생의 영어말하기 능력과 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 한 학기동안 학습자 중심교육을 시행하여 이러한 교육방법이 학생들의 영어말하기 능력과 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구방법은 구성주의 학습이론과 학습자 중심교육에 관한 이론 중에서 다른 학습자와의 의사소통과 상호작용 측면을 중심으로 실험적으로 접근하였다. 수업시간에 정해진 주제에 대하여 또래학생들과 영어로 토론하는 학생 주도적 수업을 통하여 말하기 능력에서 일어나는영향을 영어발표력에서 어떤 결과로서 나타나는지 측정하였으며, 영어를 사용하는 수업이 학생들의 영어 사용에 대한 정의적 영역에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 설문지와 선정된 일부 학생들과의 심층면담을 지속적으로 시행하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 구성주의 이론에 입각한 학습자중심수업이 영어말하기 능력 향상에 효율적이며, 설문지 응답을 통한 영어말하기에 대한 자신감, 적극성, 참여도, 효율성, 불안감 해소, 청취력, 구사력, 정확도 등 정의적 영역에 대한 검증에서도 모두 긍정적인 결과로 나타났다. 그러나 학습자 중심수업이이 우리나라 교육현장에서 실제적으로 시행되기 위해서는 아직도 여러가지 선결과제가 요구됨을 연구한계로서 발견하였다. This study examined the effect of incorporating learner-centered instructional methods within an English-through-English class on college students` English speaking ability and affective variables toward learning English. In this class, students were supported as they led activities consisting of collaborative studying, class discussion, presentation, and peer assessment. Comparisons of pre and post treatment assessments revealed improvement in participants` English speaking ability and attitude. A follow up survey and interview results indicated high levels of participant satisfaction with the class structure. Most importantly, they reported positive changes in attitudes towards speaking English, reduced anxiety and increased confidence. These results highlight the effectiveness of incorporating learner-centered, constructivist learning principles into university Englishthrough-English classes for developing learner speaking ability and improved attitudes toward learning English.
