        보육교사의 인성과 아동학대 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 보육교사 인성과 아동학대 간에 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하여 보육교사를 위한 인성교육과 직무스트레스 대처 방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 326명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS 20.0 을 사용하여 연구목적에 맞게 회귀분석과 다중회귀분석, 그리고 Sobel 의 Z 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사 인성 하위요인 직무수행이 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사 인성 하위요인 인간애, 창의 · 인성, 사회관계, 그리고 직무수행이 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스 하위요인 보육활동, 학부모와의 관계가 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사 인성 하위요인 직무수행과 아동학대 사이에서 직무스트레스 하위요인 보육활동은 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 보육교사에 의한 아동학대를 예방하고 방지하기 위해 보육교사 인성과 관련된 직무수행 능력 향상과 직무스트레스 하위요인 보육활동의 부담을 감소하기 위한 구체적인 방안이 적극적으로 마련되어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of job stress between childcare teacher personality and child abuse, and provides basic data on personality education and coping strategies for childcare teachers’ job stress. A survey was conducted on 326 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Incheon, Korea. The collected questionnaires were subjected to regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Sobels Z-test according to the research purpose with using SPSS 20.0. The research results are as follow. First, it was found that job performance, a sub-factor of childcare teacher personality, had an effect on child abuse. Second, it was found that the sub-factors of childcare teacher personality, humanity, creativity and personality, social relations, and job performance had an effect on job stress. Third, it was found that childcare activities, the sub-factors of job stress, and the relationship with parents had an effect on child abuse. Fourth, it was found that childcare activities, sub-factors of job stress, partially mediated between job performance and child abuse, a sub-factor of childcare teacher personality. These findings suggest that in order to prevent and contain child abuse by childcare teachers, specific plan must be actively prepared to improve job performance skills related to childcare teacher personality and reduce the burden of child care activities which is a sub-factor of job stress.

        조직변화 냉소주의가 직무몰입 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 사립전문대학 행정직원의 조직변화 냉소주의가 직무몰입 및 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고, 학내분규를 경험한 대학과 그러하지 않은 대학과의 차이를 분석하여 이에 따른 시사점을 제시하고자 연구되었다. 실증분석에 의한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 전체표본에 대한 조직변화 냉소주의가 직무몰입 및 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 있어서, 조직변화 냉소주의는 행정직원의 직무몰입과 조직몰입을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 대학특성(학내분규 경험 유·무)에 따른 차이점 결과, 학내분규를 경험한 대학의 경우에는, 조직변화 냉소주의가 행정직원의 직무몰입 및 조직몰입을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으나, 학내분규를 경험하지 않은 대학의 경우에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to give some suggestions by examining what kind of effects the cynicism about the organizational change of the administrative staff in private colleges have on their job involvement and organizational commitment and by analyzing the difference between the colleges having experienced labor-management disputes and those without such experiences. The results of this study obtained by actual analyses and the suggestions provided based on the results are as follows. In the colleges having experienced disputes on campus, the cynicism about the organizational change reduces the job involvement and the organizational commitment of the members of the organizations. On the other hand, there are no significant effects of the cynicism about the organizational change on the job involvement and the organizational commitment of the members in the case of the colleges not having experienced disputes on campus.

      • 호텔기업의 주방환경, 직무몰입, 팀몰입 간의 관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to give some suggestions by examining what kind of effects a Hotel's kitchen environment has on the job involvement and team commitment of its cooks. The results of this study obtained by actual analysis are as follows. Firstly, a kitchen environment has a positive effect on cooks' job involvement and team commitment. Secondly, job involvement positively influences team commitment. Thus it will be important for a Hotel to maximize organizational performance by intensify ing the job involvement and team commitment of its cooks. Also, the cooks' increased job involvement and team commitment can be achieved by thoroughly managing human environment, physical environment, and safety/hygiene environment of a kitchen.

        어머니의 양육효능감과 유아의 스트레스, 행복, 창의성에 대한 연구

        This study aimed to investigate how mother`s parenting efficacy and child`s stress, happiness and creativeness are. For the purpose above, this study conducted tests of child`s stress, happiness and creativeness on the subjects of 42 children attending childcare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and a questionnaire survey for the perception of parenting efficacy and child`s stress and happiness on the subjects of 42 mothers of those children. The data collected were analysed with frequency analysis, t-test and Mann-Whitney U test . From the results of this study, firstly, it was found that there was a difference in perception of child`s stress between mothers and children, but that no difference of happiness between mothers and children. According to the level of child`s stress perception of mothers, there was no difference in child`s stress and happiness but there was a difference in child`s creativeness owing to child`s stress perception of mothers. Secondly, when mother`s parenting efficacy was shown to be high, child`s stress went down and child`s happiness up, but no difference was found in child`s creativeness. According to mother`s educational background, the parenting efficacy of mothers who graduated highschools or lower educational institutions was shown to be higher that of mothers who graduated colleges or more higher educational institutions, and there was no difference in child`s stress, happiness and creativeness according to mother`s educational background.

        TV 안보기-책읽기 활동이 유아의 읽기 태도와 가정의 읽기환경에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was to examine how TV turn-off and book reading activities affected young children`s reading attitude and reading environment at home. For this purpose, 60 young children and their parents were sampled. Pretest and posttest were performed using a reading attitude test for young children and a questionnaire on reading environment at home. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 through frequency analysis, regression, t-test and ANCOVA for determining differences among groups, and paired-t-test for examining the effects of the activities on the experimental group. According to the result of this research, firstly, it was found that children and their parents watched an average of 144, 138, and 152 minutes of television a week in a total group. When a favorable reading environment was provided, children and their parents were found to watch less television than those with an unfavorable reading environment. Secondly, TV turn-off and book reading activities produced the significant reduction in the hours of watching television. Third, TV turn-off and book reading activities had a positive effect on young children`s reading attitude and also had a continuous effect on improving young children`s reading attitude. Lastly, turn-off and book reading activities improved the reading environment at home significantly. This suggested that the reading environment at home influenced watching television. Improvement was seen by the mother reading-books for her children more frequently, buying more books for her children, and visiting bookstores and libraries more often. Thus, it signified that TV turn-off and book reading activities would be meaningful and effective activities in enhancing young children`s reading attitude and reading environment at home.
