Owing to the increasing number of intelligent hormes(or called Smart home), the corresponding cost is much higher. Low voltage circuit breakers are widely used in the intelligent homes to interrupt fault current rapidly and to assure the reliability of the power supply. The distribution of magnetic field induced by arc current in the contact system of molded case circuit breaker depends on the shape, arrangement, and kinds of material of grids. This paper is focused on understanding the interrupting capability, more specifically of the grid and the fix contact, based on the shape of the contact system in the current MCCB. The magnetic driving force was calculated by using the flux densities induced by the arc current, which are obtained by three-dimensional finite element method. There is a need to assure that the optimum design required to analyze the electromagnetic forces of the contact system generated by current and the flux density be present. This is paper present our computational analysis on contact system in MCCB.

SF. widely used as insulating gas is rising as the environment problem. For decreasing this greenhouse gas, electrical breakdown characteristics of vacuum with air are studied in non uni form field. The gap of needle to plane was 0.5㎜. The pressure of vacuum the range of 10^-4~10^ 5torr. The diameter of a plane made of the stainless steel is 150㎜. As a result of the experiment, the breakdown voltage is increased about degree of vacuum increased. The electrode material influenced breakdown voltage in vacuum.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze AC Breakdown of solid/air composite insulation depending on the thickness and the pressure of dry air for eco-friendly insulation. SF. gas has been widely used in electric equipment as gas insulation because of high dielectric strength and arc extinguishing performance. However, because SF. gas is one of the green house effect gases, alternative insulation such as SF. mixture, extremely low temperature gas, vacuum, liquid and solid insulating are being investigated.

코레일공항철도는 인천국제공항과 서울역 간을 직통열차와 일반열차의 2가지 형태의 열차를 운영중에 있으며, 특히 직통열차는 일반열차에 비하여 상대적으로 비싼 운임으로 인하여 이용 실적이 저조한 실정이었다. 이에, 직통열차의 이용 실적을 증대키 위하여 자체적으로 직통열차의 적정운임 결정에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 본 연구의 일환으로, 광범위한 소비자 조사 및 경쟁 교통수단과의 가치 비교 분석, 해외공항철도 운임 비교 분석등을 실시하여 직통열차의 적정운임 범위를 도출하였으며, 최종적으로 컨조인트 분석을 통하여 운임 수준별 예상수요를 산출하고, 이에 따른 예상 수입을 토대로 최적의 운임 수준을 결정하게 되었다. 본 연구로부터 도출된 직통열차의 최적운임 수준을 실제 운영에 적용하고, 운임 변경 후의 이용 실적을 분석함으로써 본 연구 방법의 타당성을 확인하였다. KORAIL Airport Railroad operates two types of train as Express train and All stop train between Incheon Int’l Airport and Seoul station. In particular, the riders of express train were less than of all stop train because of higher fare. So, to increase the riders of express train, our company has carried out the various research activities to determine the optimum fare of express train. The major activities were accomplished for survey of customer, analysis of comparative value, comparison of fare. In addition, the conjoint analysis was applied to determine the each forecasted demands corresponding with the variation of fare level. Consequently, the optimum of fare was determined at level of fare having maximum revenue. After that, the optimum of fare was applied to the operation actually. Our approach was confirmed by comparison analysis between forecasted demands and actual demands by operation.

this paper describes the electric field distribution interpretation along a shield form inner vacuum interrupter(VI). The equipotential line and electric field in a VI are analysed by a finite element method at various shield form. in result, The electric potentials of end shield form was increased or decreased because it was various the length of shield and between external insulation and source area or fix._end shield. finally shield is how to electric field affect, and advance, and will achieve the optimum design of VI inside shield.
