        부산 항만 주변지역 PM<sub>2.5</sub> 농도의 월 변화 및 특성

        This study investigated the variations in monthly PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations and their characteristics at the sampling site (35.075°N, 129.080°E) around the Busan seaport area for six months (from August 2020 to January 2021). Monthly PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations in the filtered samples ranged from 8.4 to 42.3 ㎍/m<sup>3</sup> (average=19.6±8.2 ㎍/m<sup>3</sup>, n=50) and were generally high in August, December, and January, and low in September, October, and November. The variations of monthly PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations showed similar patterns to those of the neighboring national air quality monitoring sites. The contents of Total Carbon (TC), Organic Carbon (OC), Elemental Carbon (EC), and OC/EC ratios in PM<sub>2.5</sub> showed large variability during the study period. The OC/EC ratios ranged from 4.2 to 34.4, suggesting that the relative contributions of OC and EC to the PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations changed temporally and might be related to their formation sources. Variations in the chemical components of and particle size distributions in PM<sub>2.5</sub> showed that high PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations were affected by various sources, such as sea salt and ship emission. The precursor gas concentrations were discussed in terms of monthly variations and their contributions to PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations. However, further research is needed to understand the characteristics and behaviors of PM<sub>2.5</sub> concentrations around the Busan seaport area.

        ICT기업에서 변혁적 리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 : SNS 정보공유의 매개효과와 동기부여 언어의 조절효과

        본 연구는 ICT기업에서 팀장의 변혁적 리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 검증함과 동시에 SNS 정보공유의 매개효과와 동기부여 언어의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 서울 및 수도권 지역의 ICT기업에 종사하는 구성원 210명을 대상으로 SPSS 회귀분석과 PROCESS macro를 활용하여 매개효과와 조절효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십은 구성원들의 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 구성원들과의 SNS 정보공유에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, SNS 정보공유는 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 관계에서 SNS 정보공유는 부분매개효과를 보였다. 즉, 변혁적 리더십은 혁신행동에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만, SNS 정보공유를 매개로 하여 혁신행동에 간접적으로 영향을 주기도 한다. 다섯째, SNS 정보공유와 혁신행동의 관계에서 리더의 동기부여 언어는 조절효과를 보였다. 즉, SNS 정보공유가 혁신행동에 주는 긍정적인 효과는 리더의 동기부여 언어 사용이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 더욱 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. This study verified how leaders transformational leadership and SNS information sharing affect innovative behavior in ICT company, while also verifying the mediating effect of SNS information sharing and the moderating effects of motivation language. Accordingly, 210 workers working at ICT company in Seoul and the metropolitan area were verified for their mediated and controlled effects using SPSS regression analysis and PROCESS macro. The results are as follows: First, transformational leadership had a significant positive impact on innovative behaviors of members. Second, transformational leadership had a significant positive (+) effect on SNS information sharing with members. Third, SNS information sharing has had a significant positive impact on innovation behavior. Fourth, SNS information sharing has shown partial mediating effects in relation to transformational leadership and innovative behavior. In other words, SMS transformational leadership directly affects innovative behavior, but indirectly affects innovative behavior through SNS information sharing. Fifth, the motivation language of leaders between SNS information sharing and innovation behavior showed moderating effect. In other words, the positive effect of SNS information sharing on innovation behavior was higher in groups using more motivation language by leaders compared to those who did not. Based on these findings, we present the implications and limitations of this study and future research directions.

        부산 북항 주변지역에서 포집된 PM<sub>2.5</sub>의 개별입자 특성

        In order to investigate the characteristics of the effects of various emission sources such as ships around the Busan North Port area, PM<sub>2.5</sub> samples were analyzed by SEM/EDS (scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive x-ray spectrometer). In the port city Busan, the main emission source of PM<sub>2.5</sub> is ships, and soot was observed as the main exhaust particles of a ship diesel engine. As a result of the individual particle analysis of PM<sub>2.5</sub> at the sampling site, carbonaceous particles such as soot and water droplet-shaped, which are considered to be exhausted from ships, were constantly observed. And some spherical Fe-rich particles also appeared.
