The paper present methods to secure marketability and coordination ability and to improve national competetive power, with the help of the least reorganization of the administrative branches by the government, related with science and technology. The government should inevitably intervene policies of science and technology,since we cannot expect development and diffusion of science and technology initiated by the industry, have lack of industrial capability and vision, and do not have a feasible plan to reorganize the administrative branches drastically in a short time. Thus, the paper suggests that the Office of Science and Technology be raised to the status of the Department fo Science and Technology. In addition it suggests to establish the Chief Secretary of Science and Technology belonging to the President and to reinforce coordination functions of the Inquiry Commission for Integrated Science and Technology. And it reviews establishment of Information Center for Science and Technology and introduction of budgetary process of research and development, in order to closely link planning, budget and information.

We analyzed validity of measures of organizational commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction in this paper. Our target population was army officers in Korea. Confirmatory factor analysis showed high fit between the hypothesized three-factor model and the data. And six of eleven job and health variables showed correlations significantly different from zero with the three attitude variables. The results indicated that organizational commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction represent three empirically distinct constructs. We would benefit from using several independent data sources and different data collection methods, and we emphasized that the validity of constructs of organizational commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction must be tested with regard to key organizational outcomes, such as job performance and turnover.

Rectus abdominis muscles are paired anterior paramedian flexors of the vertebral column and they also serve to tense the anterior abdominal wall. Adequate soft tissue coverage is a primary requisite for the reconstruction of the large soft tissue defect of thigh. We have experienced 3 cases of large soft tissue defect of the thigh using inferiorly based rectus abdominis myocutaneous island flap. Advantages of this method are; enough donor tissue, no need for changing position during operation. We think inferiorly based RAMC island flap is one of the most useful flap for the large thigh defect accompanying with or without osteomyelitis.

The purpose of this study was to explore various networks of students athletes through theircase of class and to build ‘learning network’ for the achievement of right for learning. For thisstudy we observed ‘the University A’ for 6 months using a qualitative study method and furthermore, we conducted formal interviews with 4 participants of 21 study participants. In addition,we collected literature materials, and analyzed these through inductive categorical system. Theresults of this study were as follows ; First, the problem of educational alienation commonlybased on the students athletes’ network. Second, in the group of students athletes existedconformity network, and between the group of students athletes and normal students existedclosed network. Third, vertical and hierarchic network has been built between teachers·sportsteam instructors and students players. On the basis of results of our study, we suggested twoperspectives to build effective learning network for students athletes. The first one is the‘conversion of capital’ and the other one is ‘learning paradigm.’ 본 연구의 목적은 A대학교 학생선수들의 수업사례를 통해 그들의 관계망을 질적 연구방법으로 알아보고, 학생선수의 학습권을 보장할 수 있는 학습관계망의 형성 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 A대학교 수업에서 학생선수들을 6개월 동안 관찰했으며, 21명의 연구 참여자를 선정하여 면담을 진행했다. 이 중 4명의 주연구참여자를 선정하여 보다 심층적인 면담을 진행했다. 이 밖에도 학생선수와 관련된 문헌자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주분석방법에 따라 분석했으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생선수가 학습 상황에서 소외되는 현상은 공통적으로 ‘관계망’에서 파생하는 문제였다. 둘째, 학생집단 내부에서 학생선수 간에는 동조적 관계망이, 학생선수와 일반학생 사이에는 배타적 관계망이 형성되어 있다. 셋째, 학생선수의 외부관계망으로서 학생선수와 교수자·운동부지도자 사이에는 수직적·위계적 관계망이 형성되어 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 학생선수의 ‘학습관계망’ 형성을 위한 두 가지 관점의 교육적 제언을 했다. 하나는 ‘자본의 전환’ 관점이며, 다른 하나는 ‘학습패러다임’의 관점이다. 자본의 전환은 학생선수의 신체자본을 사회자본으로 전환하는 관점이며, 이를 통해 학생선수와 일반학생의 연결지점을 모색했다. 학습패러다임은 학생선수를 학습의주체로 바라보는 관점으로, 이를 통해 학생선수의 학습 자율성을 확보할 방안을 모색했다.
