The object oriented visualization of situations is an essential component part in many applications. We simulated spatial moving objects of situation using multi-media environment. An object is composed of multimedia datas that can express graphic and sound. By composing these objects we can have group cbject. Also, we can execute event by defining stuations that are occured according to be animating object.

In this paper, we propose a content-based news video retrieval system. And we propose efficient indexing and retrieval of news video using key frames. It is used in the experiments to demonstrate that text segmentation and text recognition are suitable for indexing and retrieval of relevant news video scenes in and from a video database. and we implemented the content based umage retrieval system that indexes and retrieves the images by extracting edges from the object.

In this paper, 3-dimensional object segmentation and classification is proposed. Planar object is segmented using jump and internal boundaries. Curved object is segmented using clustering method. Segmented surfaces are classified by using curvature functions and angle mesurement of normal vectors. These procedures have bee successfully applied to the synthetic range images and shows good classified.

Human society where we human beings are living has been constantly changed a lot. Historically we may say that the effort of human beigs was the construction of more convenient, affluent, and rewarding society. Considering the posive developing factors of our society, we anticipate a rapid growth of future. When we consider the negative developing factors, however, we may not always expect to shift a rich society. To establish the permanent prosperity, stability, and unification in Earth. We inaugurate the Global Cooperative Society(GCS) movement. The tasks for the development and internationalization of GCS would be like this: First, we further to develop a theory and public relations. Second, more organization of clubs and systemic connection among clubs should be accomplished. Third, we endeavor to train leaders and raise the morale.

政治制度의 형태는 그 정부가 지향하는 목표와 이념이 어디에 있는가에 따라 형성된다고 하겠다. 물론 보는 사람의 觀點과 判斷에 따라 다소의 차이는 있을 지라도 대체적으로 자신들의 體制가 다른 나라의 체제보다 우수하다고 판단될 때 좋다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러고 보면 政治體制의 우열은 왕왕 空間性 여하에 따라 변화한다고 하겠다. 세계각국은 자신들의 지나온 경험과 타국의 實施結果를 적절히 이용하여 自已國情에 알맞는 제도를 取하고 있는 것이 보편적이다. 中國 역시 마찬가지로 孫文先生께서 「五五憲草」를 주장한 本意가 바로 여기에 있었던 것이다. 이렇게 볼 때 中國의 감찰제도는 孫文先生이 주장하던 당초에는 그 범위가 한정되어 있었고, 구체적인 실현성도 희박하였다. 그러나 현행 감찰제도에 이르러서는 원래의 기본정신에서 벗어나 더욱 擴大, 强化해 지고 보니, 實際的 面에서 앞으로 지속적으로 연구해야 할 과제가 상당히 있는 것으로 본다. 例를 들어 감찰원의 監察權과 행정원의 行政權·입법원의 立法權·사법원의 可法權 및 池方自治機關의 지방자치권 등 間의 問題라고 하겠다. 그렇게 볼 때 문제는 중화민국의 헌법인 母法이 문제라고 보는 것이다. 현재의 中華民國憲法은 1946年 1月 1日 국민정부가 공포하여 同年 12月 25日부터 시행한 후, 卽 대륙에서 制定公布란 以後 台灣으로 遷都하여서도 여전히 현행헌법을 遵用하고 있다는 것이다. 어느 국가의 헌법이든 永續的 定型化란 어렵다는 것이다. In recent years, air conditioners have been more efficient and compact due to international movement of energy conservation and regulation reinforcement on environmental protection. The tendency has promoted the development of multi-airconditioning systems which are able to correspond efficiently to the change of cooling and heating loads. In this study, the computer program called Multi_Cycle, which simulates the steady-state performance(COP, capacity, power consumption and etc.) of multi-airconditioning systems, was developed. In order to validate the simulation program, a series of case studies were carried out. The Multi_Cycle consists of several subroutines for simulating indoor units, outdoor unit, compressor, and expansion valves, and for estimating the thermodynamic and transport properties of the refrigerants and moist air.

In resent year there has been a tremendous increase in computer vision research using range images (or depth maps) as sensor input data. The most attractive feature of range images is the explicitness of object surface information. Then B-splines and surface curvature are used for the characterization of the object surface. In this paper, 3-D object shapes are extracted using point orientation for planar surface and surface curvature histogram for curved surface. Matching technique by EGI is proposed for the noisy range images.
