4차 산업혁명 기술기반을 활용한 한국의 문화예술교육 방향성

Based on the understanding of the concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the changes in the social environment, this study explored the changes in the culture and art industry at the present time, and examined the status of cultural and art education at domestic and abroad for creating various arts utilizing the cutting-edge technologies. In the rapidly changing era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new prospects and various development plans are being presented throughout society, science, education, and arts. In this regard, continuous discourse on the right direction of cultural and arts education and the tasks to be solved is required. Through this comparative study of domestic and foreign countries, the limitations and problems of Korea's high technology-based culture and arts education were examined, and the necessity of changing artist education was suggested so that advanced cases abroad could be utilized as a significant indicator for the development of Korean artist education program. 급변하는 4차 산업혁명 시대는 사회, 과학, 교육, 예술 등 전반에 걸쳐 새로운 전망과 다양한 발전방안이 제시되고 있다. 이 같은 점에서 문화예술교육 분야 또한 미래사회가 지향해야할 올바른 방향과 풀어나가야 할 과제에 대한지속적인 담론이 요구된다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 개념과 사회 환경 변화를 이해하는 것을 바탕으로 현 시대문화예술 산업의 변화 양상을 탐색하고, 첨단기술 기반의 문화예술 학습과 창작에 필요한 국내외 문화예술교육 현황을 조사하였다. 이와 같은 국내외 대표적 사례들의 비교 분석을 통해 한국의 첨단기술 기반 문화예술교육의 한계와문제점들에 대해 고찰하고, 해외의 선진 사례가 국내 예술인 교육 프로그램 개발에 유의미한 지표로 활용되어질 수있도록 교육 변화의 필요성을 제시하였다.
동결 건조된 옥수수 전분 스펀지 매트릭스의 이화학적 특성

The focus of the current study was to investigate the physicochemical properties of a corn starch-sponge matrix prepared at a low concentration below gel forming by freeze-drying. The effect of variables(starch concentration, heating temperature,and heating hold time) on the physicochemical properties of the samples was analyzed by response-surface methodology. Regression models on the properties of samples such as hardness, springiness, and water solubility index(WSI) showed high correlation coefficients(r>0.95) and significant F values, but regression models for the other properties(swelling power,apparent viscosity, reducing sugar content, and digestibility) showed them to have relatively low significance. Sample hardness of sample showed the highest value at condition of 90℃ and 5%, whereas springiness was at a maximum at 130℃and 5%. Also, at 1% of starch concentration, mechanical properties were greatly decreased as the relative humidity increased,compared with the 3% and 5%, especially in the hardness of samples. The WSI showed an increasing trend with heating temperature regardless of starch concentration. Overall, the physicochemical properties of freeze-dried corn starch-sponge matrix were influenced much more by starch concentration and heating temperature than by heating hold time. The results of this study show that the basic properties of freeze-dried corn starch-sponge matrix can be used for the specific food applications or as a functional material for its stability
아밀로이드 베타로 유도된 신경세포 사멸에 대한 PineXol®의 보호효과

Amyloid-β protein (Aβ) is known to increase free radical production in neuronal cells, leading to cell death by oxidative stress. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the protective effects of PineXol® on Aβ25-35 induced neuronal cell death. Rat pheochromocytoma (PC-12) cells were pre-treated with 100 μg/mL of PineXol® for 2 h. The cells were exposed to single dose of 30 μM Aβ25-35 for 24 h. Cell death was assessed by a cell count kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, lactate and dehydrogenase (LDH) release assay. An Apoptotic process was analyzed by a protein expression of the Bcl-2 family using western blotting. Cell viability increased in PC-12 cells treated with both Aβ25-35 and PineXol®, compared to the control group. PineXol® induced a decrease of the Bcl-2 protein expression (p<0.05), while Bax and Sod1 increased (p<0.05), indicating attenuation of Aβ25-35 induced apoptosis. These results suggest that PineXol® may be a good candidate for the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).
지방자치단체 복식부기 회계정보시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

This study has applied and further extended a technology acceptance model (TAM) to examine the influences of personal values, personal characteristics, contents characteristics and perceived quality on the acceptance of DAIS. TAM has been widely utilized as a model to examine the acceptance of the product with new technology. Despite its wide application, there exist in dearth of literature that apply TAM to DAIS. This study considered personal values, personal characteristics, contents characteristics as potential factors for acceptance. Empirical results show. first, that confidence and personal values influence the perceived usefulness. Secondly, personal characteristics influence perceived ease of use. Thirdly, the contents characteristics influence perceived ease of use. The perceived ease of use influence the perceived usefulness and the intention of use. Finally, the perceived usefulness influence the intention of use. 본 연구에서는 지방자체단체 복식부기 회계정보시스템 활용에 있어 그 선택에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인이 무엇인지 탐색하고 이들 요인들의 영향정도를 검증하고자 한다. 이제 지방자체단체 복식부기 회계정보시스템을 수용하여 활용을 시작한 이용자들의 입장에서 개인적 가치와 개인적 특성 및 시스템의 콘텐츠 특성을 고려하여 시스템 서비스 제공에 있어 전략적 의사결정에 유요한 정보를 제공할 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적인 새로운 정보기술의 수용도를 분석하기 위하여 기술수용모형(TAM : Technology Acceptance Model)을 이용하여 검증하였다. 구조화된 지방자치단체의 회계 업무 환경에서 지방자치단체 복식부기 회계정보시스템의 효율적인 활용과 지속적인 시스템 유효성을 향상시키기 위한 지방자치단체에서의 노력이 병행되어야 하며, 지방자치단체 복식부기 회계정보시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있는 지방자치단체들은 정기적으로 본 시스템을 업무에 활용하고 있는 이용자들의 개인적 특성과 가치를 분석, 평가하여 업무활동전반에 대한 정확한 평가와, 전략수립을 통해 지방자치단체 복식부기 회계정보시스템의 성과 제고를 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

A stapler is a handy item that bundles a large number of handouts, paper materials, etc. at one time to help organize them. In this paper, we propose an automatic stapling system, which consists of three automatic page segmentation, sensor detection, and automatic stapling. The input section of the automatic stapler device using ATmega128 is equipped with a photosensor that counts paper, a button to set the number of sheets, start and stop the paper, a stapler to staple the paper of the stapler, and a stepper motor to suck and discharge the paper. The automatic stapler device has a function of automatically stapling a large number of extracted handouts, and then discharging the completed handouts, thus enabling efficient processing of the work.
