한국 김치산업의 수출경쟁력 및 수출강화에 관한 연구

Purpose: Kimchi is a famous commodity of Korea. But now it is imported from China by large quantities. It is necessary to strengthening the export competitiveness of Korean kimchi on global markets. This paper deals with a export competitiveness of Korean Kimchi and export reinforcement strategies. Global market including Korean and Chinese distribution companies. The competitiveness of Kimchi industry in major country and world market are investigated and discussed in this paper. Research design, data, and methodology: From the perspective of export competitiveness, we calculated Trade Specification Index and Revealed Comparative Advantage Index based on UN Comtrade data. Results: The result of our analysis clearly shows that export competitiveness of Korean Kimchi reducing continually. And we also found that China become strong position in Korean and Japan market. Conclusions: Our results have important implications for strategy in Korean Kimchi industry to maximize export competitiveness. Using by SWOT analysis, we have suggest some strategies for export reinforcement. Increased confidence in the products with Korean kimchi material, relaxation of the SPS regulations, research on various recipes, product lines, design and packaging development for the global market will increase the competitiveness of Kimchi. Therefore Export prospects of kimchi are bright for neighboring countries, including China.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sensory integration education to autistic child's development of behavior, language and motor. By making confused sensory function from dull to keen, sensory function was improved. These improvement of sensory function was the foundation of child's behavior, language and motor. These meant that education of sensory integration made control autistic child's hyperactivity and desirable pattern of motor. This meant that education of sensory integration made language of sensory integration that is to say receptive language improved.

信用狀法來上의 詐欺와 救濟에 考察 : 開設依賴人의 救濟를 中心으로

The purpose of this paper is to provide some basic principles and reasonable solution for the applicant's remedies agamist beneficiary's fraud in the letter of credit transactions. For this purpose, I examine the Fraud Exception Rule that has been recognized in all jurisdictions and remedies under the U.S. new UCC(Uniform Commercial Code). The applicant's remedies againist beneficiary's fraud are three types as follows: First, the applicant may request in the court the injunction orders to refuse the payment by issuing bank if conforming documents are presented by beneficiary. The injunctive relief should not be granted unless the fraud is material. And also the injunction orders are granted only if the applicant can prove the beneficiary's fruad by clear evidences. Secondly, the applicant may request in the court the Mareva injunction order which are forms of interim relief. A Mareva injunction freezes the beneficiary's assets against the paid amount under the letter of credit to prevent their pre-trial dissipation untill the court adjudicates final judgement. Unlike the injunction, Mareva injunction is granted without the proof of beneficiary's fraud if the applicant's claim is legitimate and the beneficiary's assets is in the juridiction territory. Thirdly, the applicantmay recover damages resulting from the breach if the issuing bank honors a draft or demend in breach of its obligation to the applicant after notifying of fraud from applicant. Despite the fact that the UCP has been played a role of goveming law in most documentary credit transactions until now, the UCP does not provide any article directly applicable to fraud and remedies of parties concemed. So, in order to propose the guideline for fraud and remedies with regard to letter of credit, the UCP should provide for them through next revision.

병원파견학급에 대한 학부모의 인식 및 요구

이 연구는 건강장애 영⋅유아를 위한 병원파견학급의 경험에 대한 학부모의 인식 및 요구를 알아보고 병원파견학급의 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 병원 파견학급에 자녀를 보냈거나 현재 자녀를 보내고 있는 10명의 건강장애 영⋅유아 학부모를 대상으로 하여 면담을 실시하였고, 면담 내용을 분석한 결과 3개의 주제가 도출되었다. 각각의 주제는 병원파견학급에 대한 기대, 병원파견학급에서의 여러 가지 경험, 병원파견학급에 대한 바람으로 나타났다. 연구의 논의에서는 건강장애 영⋅유아를 위한 병원파견학급을 경험한 학부모들의 인식과 요구를 토대로 병원파견학급의 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide methods to improve hospital classrooms based on parents’ awareness and demands about hospital classrooms for their health impaired children. For this study, the researcher conducted a small group interview with 10 parents who have experience in sending their children to a hospital classroom. Three themes emerged from the qualitative analysis. Three themes were (1) expectations of hospital classrooms, (2) experiences of hospital classrooms, (3) desires for hospital classrooms. Based on these results, suggestions for activating hospital classrooms were provided.

회복적 정의 실현을 위한 서클의 도덕교육적 의의

본 논문에서는 회복적 정의에 바탕한 서클프로세서가 초등 도덕과 수업에 미치는 의의를 고찰하고자 한다. 기존 응보적 생활지도가 강제, 처벌, 비난, 배제, 수치심 심어주기 등으로 문제행동을 고치겠다는 패러다임을 바꾸려는 시도로서 회복적 생활교육이 도입되었다. 회복적 생활교육은 갈등을 억누르고 회피하는 방식을 오히려 배움과 성장의 기회로 보고 내면치유, 관계회복, 공동체 복원, 그리고 갈등 당사자의 공동체 재통합을 위한 패러다임이다. 회복적 정의와 회복적 생활교육에 바탕한 서클프로세서는 또래 간의 소통, 공감과 경청, 관계회복, 치유와 화해 능력을 또래들에게 부여할 수 있다. 서클프로세서를 통하여 갈등과 폭력의 당사자들의 갈등 해결만이 아니라 상호간에 신뢰를 회복하고 공동의 지혜에 도달할 분 아니라 학교공동체(학급, 동아리 혹은 학교)가 평화적이고 안전한 공간으로 회복될 수 있는 한 방법이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초등도덕교과에서 적용할 수 있는 방법으로써 서클프로세서를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

Metagonimuns屬吸蟲 被囊幼蟲의 第2中間宿主(Pseudogobioesocinus)內에서의 發育에 關한 硏究

1. Pseudogobio esocinus collected from the five localities in Gum River was highly infected with metacercaria of Metagonimus species(89.4%) and the larger fish had the higher rate of infection. 2. The distribution of the metacercaria in the fish body was observed in the following order : scale(93.4%), fin(3.2%), head(2.8%) muscle(0.4%) and visceral organs(0.2%). 3. The size of metacercaria was measured 147.4μ in length, 130.9μ in width and thickness of the cyst wall was 6.3μ. 4. The growth of the metacercaria of Metagonimus species in the rat host was experimentally traced for a certain period after infection. In an earlier days after infection, the growth of the sexual organ was distinctly high, particularly in the testes. The seminal vesicle and seminal receptacle became clearly recognized the 4th day after infection. The eggs in the urerine tubule was appeared on the 6th day worm. The worm grew fully and matured 10 days after infection. At this stage, the body of the worm was measured 320μ in length, 208μ in width. The oral sucker and ventral sucker were almost same in size. The morphological characteristics of this worm has the some similarity of the Metagonimus katsuradai. 5. The worm was found in the middle and lower portion of the small intestine of rat, however no worm was found in the upper part of small intestine or large intestine. The recovery rate of worms decreased from l5 days after infection and on 30th day fluks were almost disappeared in the intestine of host.
