        다문화가족의 인식이 생활만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 다문화가족의 인식이 생활만족에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 조사하여 그에 따른 영향요인을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 특히 한국정책인식, 한국어 교육경험, 한국어 수준, 복지만족이 생활만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 대다수의 선행연구에서는 한국어 교육 및 한국어 수준이 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 한국정책인식 및 복지만족에 대한 영향은 나타나지 않고 있어 본 연구는 이러한 변수를 추가하여 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 분석을 통해 다문화가족의 생황수준을 높이는 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 분석결과 다문화가족의 인식을 요약하면 다문화가족의 경우 한국어 능력과 복지만족이 생활만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 이는 결국 다문화가족이 갖고 있는 태생적 한계를 의미하는 것이며, 따라서 정부 및 지자체도 이러한 문제에 대해 깊은 관심을 가질 필요가 있으며, 그에 따른 다양한 정책적 방안이 필요하다.

        경기북부 접경지역 토지이용규제에 관한 연구

        경기북부지역은 접경지역이라는 특수성으로 인해 군사시설보호법 등 각종 토지이용규제를 받아왔으며, 수도권에 속한다는 이유로 각종 규제를 중첩적으로 받게 됨으로써 타 지역에 비해 낙후된 지역으로 전락하게 되었다. 접경지역지원법의 제정으로 접경지역에 대한 지원근거가 마련되게 되었으나 군사시설보호법이나 수도권정비계획법 등은 접경지역지원법에 의해 상위법으로 남아 있어 경기북부지역은 여전히 많은 규제에서 자유롭지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경기북부지역이 가지고 있는 지역적 특성, 특히 접경지역으로서의 각종 토지규제에 대한 중복적 규제를 개선하여야 할 시점이라는 문제의식을 가지고 본 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 경기북부지역에 대한 군사보호시설구역제도의 적절한 해제와 융통성 있는 운용, 수도권정비계획의 과도한 규제 철폐, 경기북부지역의 지역개발을 가로막는 개발제한제도의 차별 해소, 미군 공여지 개발을 위한 지역주민과 지방자치단체의 참여 강화 등이 요구되며, 특히 경기북부지역은 접경지역이라는 특수성을 감안하여 수도권 범주에서 제외시켜 줌으로써 각종 중복규제로 인한 차별을 해소시켜 주어야 할 것이다.

        심폐수술이 예정된 환자의 마취에 관한 인식도

        Most patients, who will undergo risky surgical operations such as cardiac surgery or lung surgery, may have some knowledge on the surgical or anesthetic procedure involved in the operations. In order to understand the actual degree of patients' knowledge regarding anesthesia and to make anesthetic information available to the public more effectively based on this understanding, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 154 patients who had operations at the Yonsei cardiac center between June 1992 and January 1993. The questionnaire was composed of 21 questions; 19 multiple-choices and 2 askings for simple descriptive answers. The survey results analyzed by sex, age, education and occupation. The Chi-Square analysis is conducted to test the statistical significance among different groups in each category. The survey shows that first, most patients wanted to get anesthetic information at the practical common sense through mass media. Thus it is necessary to continuously provide detailed anesthetic information to the public through mass media. Obviously, it is more effective to provide anesthetic information to the public or patients adjusted to their educational level. Secondly, patients wanted to consult anesthesiologist about their own anesthesia before operations, and the informative preoperative visit by anesthesiologist have positive psychological effect to patients. Therefore, it is desirable for an anesthesiologist to give preoperative visit to a patient explaining complexities which may occur during and after anesthesia.

        Mera F Type Breathing Circuit 의 임상적 평가

        In 1976 Ramanathan et al introduced a unilimb circle circuit connecting the CO2, absorber and dome valve. A coaxial breathing circuit, Mera F Type breathing circuit, is very light in weight, compact and it can be made any length. This circuit can be used as a circle system, rebreathing or non-rebreathing system and it can be applicable to both pediatric and adult anesthesia. This circuit is easily adaptable to humidification and pollution control devices. It is especially suitable for any kind of surgical procedures including head, neck and others requiring any awkward positions. A clinical study of this circuit was done in 30 cases and compaired with 18 cases using the coventional circuit. Fresh gas flow, tidal volume and respiratory rate were 4 L/min(02:2 L/min., N2O:2L/min.),10 ml/kg and 12-14/min respectively. Controlled ventilation using a volume preset ventilator was used in all cases. After induction, radial artery cannulation with a 20 G angiocatheter was done and blood gas analysis was performed at 30, 60 and 90 minutes respectively. The blood gas analysis was found satisfactory in either the conventional or the Mera F circuit system.

        알칼리 규산염 내화 피복제의 개발

        To increase fire proofing characteristics of protective coating based on soluble alkali silicate, silicate coatings were studied on thermal properties, IR spectroscopy, solubility and intumescence. Intumescence and solubility of the samples were dependent on the strength of cationic cross-links between polysilicate particles. The degree of intumescence and solubility decrease K-silicate>Na-silicate>Li-silicate in the order. Especially Si₂O_5^(-2) crystalline regions were found to exist in Potassium silicate sample. Mixture of two kinds of silicate, for example, Lithium silicate when added to sodium silicate or potassium silicate was find to significantly reduce efflorescence and increase water resistance. This appears to be a result of stronger crosslinking between polysilicate particles by the small lithium cation.

        후쿠시마 측위하의 미세 혈관 감압술후 발생한 상기도 폐쇄와 상완 신경총 손상

        A 25 years old woman was adrnitted to the department of neurosurgery for a right hemifacial spasm. She was undertaken microvascular decompression in the Fukushima lateral position. Following completion of operation, she began to complain of dyspnea, but the phonation was not changed. Mild weakness and paresthesia on left upper extremity was complained, too. Severe swelling on the left side of face and neck expending to left shoulder was noted simultaneously. Immediate computerized tomography was taken to reveal the cause of respiratory distress, which suggested that venous and/or lymphatic congestion on the left side of neck. As respiratory distress was getting more severe, emergent tracheostomy was taken. The cause of above symptoms was suspected to an extreme rotation and flexion of the head resulting in direct contact of mandibular body to clavicle. A month after operation, there was still remained mild paresthesia on left thumb and index finger.s

        The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the types of supplier relationships of Korean manufacturing companies. This analysis is divided into three steps, (1) finding major factors of supplier relationships, (2) clustering similar groups in supplier relationships, (3) examining the characteristics of the groups The result of the analysis is as follows First, by the factor analysis, four factors are found - information & technology assistance, finance assistance, payment, communication. Second, by the cluster analysis with four factors, three groups are generated Three groups consist of traditional supplier relationships, semi-supportive supplier relationships, supportive supplier relationships The difference of group of semi-supportive supplier relationships and supportive supplier relationships is the factor of finance assistance. Third, by the statistical analysis, it is verified that supportive group recognizes the risk of external environment more highly, and is more delivery performance oriented. And the correlation between groups and types of manufacturing systems were found.

      • Out-of Kilter Algorithm에 의한 油槽船 運行問題의 解法

        The marine transportation for the refinery would not only be able to handle considerably a large volume of cargo by a trip, but also cost less than other means of transportation. And the marine transportation may be an easy way of setting up its transportation planning in wide range of aspects. Because of these merits, the weight of the marine transportation the refinery relies on is growing bigger and bigger. The source of the marine transportation for the refinery is the vessel and thus it consists in the vessel routing problem. The characteristics of the vessel routing problem is that the marine transportation can effect many times trips of voyage, if required, with plural numbers of tanker vessels in various capacities, to meet a given requirement of transportation for a planning horizon. This transportation system resembles the transportation routing: problem in some aspect, but quite differs in the assumptions of the system required for setting up a mathematical model. Thus the establishment of mathematical model for this transportation system remains very complicated problem. The aim of this study is to seek a technical method to reach its mathematica1 solution, by reviewing an analysing the general transportation problem, the assignment problem and the by transportation routing problem to convert into the network problem and utilizing Out-of kilter A1gorithm, in order to solve the vessel routing problem for the refinery through a mathematical process. The technical method for solving the vessel routing problem for the refinery this, study developed is deemed as a fully serviceable technique which can reduce computational complexity.
