장애아동과 일반아동의 자기결정력 증진을 위한 초등 체육과 게임 활동 수업 모형 개발 및 적용효과

자기결정력은 자신에 대한 이해와 존중을 바탕으로 성취할 목표를 설정하고 성취하는 능력, 태도, 기술로 삶의 질 향상에 영향 미치는 주요 변인이다. 본 연구는 장애아동을 포함한 모든 아동의 자기결정력 증진을 위한 초등학교 체육과 게임 활동 수업모형을 개발하였다. 모형을 통해 게임 활동 수업을 재구성하는 단계는 4단계로 1단계는 게임 활동에서 습득해야 할 주요 기술을 추출한다. 2단계는 주요 기술을 습득할 수 있는 활동을 개발한다. 3단계는 아동들과 단계별 활동의 내용을 공유하고 선택의 기회를 제공한다. 4단계는 아동들이 선택한 활동을 수행하고 평가하게 한다. 개발한 모형이 초등학교 체육 수업에 적용 가능한지, 그리고 실제로 아동들의 자기결정력을 증가시킬 수 있는지 2가지 방법으로 타당도를 검증하였다. 초등학교 3학년 게임 활동 수업 3개 단원, 11차시를 모형에 따라 재구성한 후 체육교과 전공교수 5인에게 모형과 재구성한 게임 활동의 타당도를 설문조사한 결과 5점 만점 중 평균 4.45였다. 그리고 인천지역 2개의 초등학교 체육시간에 재구성한 게임 활동 수업 11차시를 3명의 장애아동과 일반아동 71명을 대상으로 적용하고 자기결정력 척도로 평가한 결과 유의하게 향상되었다. 아동들의 일지를 내용 분석한 결과 아동들은 자신이 좋아하고 할 수 있는 단계를 선택하여 게임 활동을 하였을 때의 재미와 즐거움을 표현하였으며 궁극적으로 게임 활동 수행 능력이 향상되었다. 본 연구 결과는 통합학급에서 모든 아동의 자기결정력 증진을 위한 게임 활동 수업 모형이 적용 가능하다는 것을 말해주며, 초등학생을 대상으로 일반 교과수업에 삽입하여 자기결정 기술을 교수할 수 있는 모형을 개발하였다는 것에 의의를 가진다. Objective: This study reports the efficacy of using integrative Korean medicine treatments for a patient with facial paralysis and accompanying trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: A 45-year-old male patient with left side facial palsy and facial pain due to Bell's palsy with trigeminal neuralgia was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, and cupping for 18 days. The treatment effect was evaluated by measuring the scores for the numerical rating scale (NRS) of facial pain, the House-Brackmann scale, and the Yanagihara scale. Results: After the hospital treatment, the patient’s facial pain NRS score was decreased, and the House-Brackmann scale and Yanagihara scale scores improved after the administration of the Korean medicine treatments. Conclusions: The integrative Korean medicine treatments appeared to be effective in treating facial nerve palsy and associated trigeminal neuralgia.
통합적인 한방치료로 호전된 복합부위통증증후군(CRPS) type1 환자 1례 보고

Objectives: This study reports on the efficacy of using integrative Korean medical treatments for Type 1 complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). Methods: A 48-year-old female patient with Type 1 R/O CRPS was treated with herbal medicines, acupuncture, and pharmacopuncture for 38 days. The chief complaints were severe burning pain, general weakness, sleep disorder, and aggressive and depressed mood. The treatment effect was evaluated by measuring the numerical rating scale (NRS) of pain, improvement of the quality of sleep, and change in mood status. Results: After the hospital treatment, the patient’s pain was controlled and the NRS score was decreased. Sleep and mood disorder also improved. Conclusions: The integrative Korean medical treatments appeared to be effective in reducing Type 1 CRPS symptoms. Further clinical research of patients with CRPS is needed.

이 연구에서는 현재 가장 큰 변화를 보이고 학술잡지, 특히 전자저널을 중심으로 한국ㆍ일본의 정부정책, 관계기관 등을 조사하였다. 그리고 대학도서관을 중심으로 전자저널의 도입현황, 전자저널 컨소시엄 참가, 현재의 문제점 등을 조사해, 일본과 한국의 전자저널에 대한 정책의 차이점, 협력의 가능성 등을 분석, 비교, 고찰하였다. This Research considered the case of scholarly journal - electronic journal in particular - which are currently in a state of change and investigates the policies of the Korea and Japan government and other related organizations. The decision to acquire electronic journals, participation in consortia and the present conditions were investigated, and the differences in policy between the two countries were considered with a view to the possibility of cooperation.
우울한 기분에 대한 반응양식과 에세이 작성처치가 우울변화에 미치는 영향

The present study examined the effects of response styles and essay writing treatments on changes in depressed mood and the contents of essays. The participants were 64 college students, who were divided into either ruminative or reflective response style groups, based on their scores on the Responses to Depressed Mood Questionnaire. All were given false negative feedback about their performance on a vocabulary test to induce a moderately depressed mood. The participants were then randomly assigned to one of two treatment conditions designed either to focus on the negative feedback or to distract from that by writing essays. The results indicated that main effects of both response style and essay writing treatment on improvements in depressed mood were not significant. However, while in the failure experience-focused condition there was no difference in mood improvement between the two response style groups, there was a marginally significant difference in the neutral condition with the ruminative response style group showing greater improvements in depressed mood than the reflective response style group. A content analysis of the essays in the failure experience-focused condition indicated that the reflective response style group showed both problem-solving and positive contents more frequently than the ruminative response style group. While both of the groups produced a high frequency of negative content, the differences in frequency of negative content were not significant. Finally, the limitations and implications of the present study were discussed.
Second Language Gesture: Both for Listeners and Speakers

Second language (L2) scholars agreed that L2 gesture is not separable from second language acquisition (SLA) and developed various perspectives on the functions of gesture, but little research has been done to synthesize theoretical approaches with a big-picture view. Hence, this paper summarized these diverse perspectives into two main categories (i.e., psycholinguistics and sociolinguistics), and compared limitations and contributions of each perspective from a critical point of view. In contrast to psycholinguists who focus extremely on the function of gesture for effective communication, socio-cultural scholars consider both social and cognitive functions within the Vygotskyan theoretical framework, whereby cognition occurs first at the interpersonal level and then, the intrapersonal level. Although the intrapersonal perspective has been explored from more balanced viewpoints, neither of the two perspectives has fully examined how L2 gesture functions in SLA yet because of the lack of studies. Therefore, this study provides suggestions for further studies in order to lead L2 scholars to perform theoretically/methodologically well-designed gesture study in the future. Eventually, these guidelines will be conductive to putting forward L2 gesture as a central issue in the field of SLA and suggest how gesture can be utilized for L2 learning and teaching.
