        ICT 프로젝트 구성원의 개인 직무역량과 역할갈등이 성과에 미치는 영향: 프로젝트 관리자 역량을 조절효과로

        In the global business atmosphere, companies are delivering various projects and successful completion had become as necessary condition. However, compared to the committed budgets and human resources, results of those projects could not satisfy the requirements enough. In order to enhance the result of the project, particularly the result of ICT project, needs of comprehensive and synthetic response and relevant research are increasing. In the era of unlimited business competition, in order to create new types of product and service, take competition advantage and satisfy the customer’s requirement, companies are actively promoting ICT projects. In such a situation, to prevent project member’s job turnover due to mental agitation, needs of comprehensive and synthetic response and relevant research are increasing. In existing project related researches went through, as tool of delivering knowledge and techniques, study of project manager’s competency and personal working competency effect on the project result and under the of complex working atmosphere, research of sharing knowledge with personal competency. Due to above mentioned issues, this paper researched the importance of competent managers and members and relationship among individual members, personnel job competency and role conflict. In addition, we also researched impacts of competency of manager as regulation effect on project result. In order to analyze the impact of factors on successful ICT project completion, we carried out survey targeting project-experienced employees and analyzed by statistical method. Relation between ICT project member’s personal competency and role conflict of project team members, cause and effect relation among personal work competency, role conflict and project result. In addition, under the cause and effect relation, reliability of project manager competency’s regulation effect with confirmatory factor analysis and also analyzed by structural equation model. According to the analysis result, fist, project member’s personnel job competency partially has significant effects on role conflict and project’s personnel job competency gave appreciable effects on the result. The role conflict shows significant result in project result. In addition, in the perspective of project member’s personnel competent and result, project manager’s competency impacts as significant regulation effects but it does not gie noticeable effect to the role conflict. While the model study of the impact of regulation effect on Project member’s personnel job competency and role conflicts were not commenced enough, this research may provide new opportunity of enhancing company’s competency with comprehensive and synthetic response. In conclusion, we found that member’s with high work competency could achieve project result under the project manager’s trust and support in ICT project. With project manager’s effective competency he/she may improve working knowledge and facilitate communication and accordingly, project members could relieve the role conflict and give positive result to the project. In addition, while the model study of the impact of regulation effect on Project member’s personnel job competency and role conflicts were not commenced enough, we could found academic meaning that this research had early trial. 글로벌 경제 환경에서 기업의 프로젝트 수행능력은 기업의 발전뿐만 아니라 생존을 위한 필수 조건이 되고 있으나, 대다수의 ICT 프로젝트에서는 투입된 예산과 인력에 비해 성과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정으로 최근 ICT 프로젝트의 성과를 높이기 위한 프로젝트 참여 구성원의 개인 직무역량 강화와 역할갈등 해소가 중요한 요소로 부각되면서 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에, 본 논문은 ICT 프로젝트에 참여하는 구성원의 개인 직무역량과 프로젝트 팀 내의 역할갈등 간의 관계, 개인 직무역량 및 역할갈등과 프로젝트 성과 간의 인과적 관계, 이러한 인과적 관계에서 프로젝트 관리자 역량의 조절 효과를 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 프로젝트 구성원의 개인 직무역량은 역할갈등과 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 역할갈등 또한 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 개인 직무역량과 프로젝트 성과 간의 관계에서 관리자의 역할이 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 ICT 프로젝트 성공의 영향요인과 인과적 관계를 규명함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

        Gastric angiodysplasia is vascular ectasia in mucosa and submucosa of the gastric wall. It is an uncommon cause of upper gastrointesinal hemorrhage that may occur in the stomach or duodenum. There are many kinds of endoscopic treatments, such as argon plasma coagulation, electrocoagulation, heat probe, and submucosal injection of hypertonic saline mixed with epinephrine for gastric angiodysplasia. However, these treatment methods are associated with high rate of rebleeding. In order to avoid the recurrence, endoscopic band ligation has recently been used as an alternative method for endoscopic treatment of gastric angiodysplasia. We encountered a case of gastric angiodysplasia that presented with overt bleeding and anemia, and was successfully treated with endoscopic band ligation.

        세계화·정보화와 북한의 국가정체성 : ‘주체 사회주의’의 지속과 변화

        This paper analyzes what globalization impacts on ‘Juche Socialism’ constructed through the process of North Korea's socialist state forming and tries to gain some clues to the prospect for North Korea’s changes. North Korea has dual strategy in the ruling class and has been demanded limited changes from below. Thus, there have been no less changes of the state-identity of ‘Juche Socialism’ First, ‘Juche Ideology’ has been pure ideology and ‘Military-First Ideology’ has performed the role of practical ideology. Second, collectivist equalitarianism has declined and individualist pragmatism has mounted. Third, North Korea is trying to drive ‘Self-Reliance’ assertively accepting advanced science-technology and seeking ‘Silli’(‘Silli’ meaning profits) through not insulation but involvement. Fourth, North Korea is expanding ‘Our Nation-First Spirit’ into all the area of the Korean Peninsula.

        북한의 헌법상 국가기관체계 변화

        본 논문은 북한의 권력구조 변화를 헌법상 국가기관체계를 중심으로 권력분점형, 권력집중형, 준(準)권력집중형 등으로 명명하고 그 내용을 분석적으로 살펴보았다. ①1948년 9월 채택된 `조선민주주의인민공화국헌법`에서의 권력구조는 건국당시 연합정권을 반영하여`분점적 형태`를 띠는데 `정부의 수석`인 내각 수상과 `최고주권기관`인 최고인민회의 상임위원장이 형식상 권력을 분점한다. ②수령중심의 유일적 지배체제와 사회주의 공업국가로 발전한 뒤인 1972년 12월에 개정된 `조선민주주의인민공화국 사회주의헌법`에서의 권력구조는 `집중적 형태`를 띠는데 최고인민회의의 권한이 약화되고 국가주석직이 창설되어 정치·군사·경제 등 전권을 행사하게 된다. 국가주석은 수력의 확고부동한 지배력을 법적으로 보장한 제도적 장치로서 북한의 국가주권을 대표하고 중앙인민위원회와 정무원을 직접 지도하며 최고사령관과 국방위원회 위원장을 겸임하여 국가의 일체무력을 통솔하도록 규정되었다. 특히 국가주석을 수위로 하고 부주석, 중앙인민위원회 서기장, 위원들로 구성된 `당정협의체적 성격`의 중앙인민위원회의창설은 국가기관체계를 통하여 수력의 교시 및 당의 정책과 노선을 관철하는 것을 용이하게 하였다. ③북한은 1990년대 정치적, 경제적, 사상적 원군이었던 사회주의 체제가 붕괴되고 잇따른 자연재해와 강행적 발전의 한계, 그리고 이에 따른 국내 정치적 혼란 상황 속에서 1998년 9월 사회주의헌법을 `김일성헌법`으로 개정해 국가주석직과 중앙인민위원회를 폐지하고 국방위원장(국가의 최고직책)의 권력을 강화시키면서도 권력을 국방위원장, 최고인민회의 상임위원장(국가 대표), 내각총리(정부대표) 등에게 분산시킴 준권력집중형 국가기관체계를 내놓았다. 김일성헌법의 가장 큰 특징은 선군정치를 제도화하였다는 점과 경제사업에서의 내각의 권한을 강화시켰다는 점이다. 이처럼 본 논문은 각 헌법의 특징을 분석하고 헌법상 권력구조 변화가 당시의 정치·경제·사회 등의 변화에 조응하였다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

        한국사회 남남갈등: 기원, 전개과정 그리고 특성

However, during the Roh Moo-hyun administration, the conflict centered on relations with the United States and the ROK-U.S. alliance, including issues such as the U.S. military court acquittal of two American soldiers involved in the deaths of two South Korean young girls, dispatch of ROK troops to Iraq, the relocation project and strategic flexibility of the U.S. Army stationed in Korea, transfer of wartime operational control, and policy cooperation between the two countries concerning the North Korean nuclear problem. Second, while the conflict during the Kim Dae-jung administration overlapped with embedded regional sentiment, the conflict in the current administration has witnessed the compounding of weakened regional conflict and the newly arising generational conflict. The South-South conflict in Korea is not a temporary or transitional phenomenon, but rather it is expected to continue with its magnitude subject to change issue by issue.

        북한 내각의 경제적 역할과 당정관계

        This article analyzes official principle and position about the North Korea Cabinet's economic role and party-government relationship in economic administration sphere by focusing on the North Korea's official documents. This article also evaluates realization of N.K. leadership's purposes. N.K. has loosened the principle of 'party guidance of economic administration sphere' for economic reconstruction, It, on the contrary, has strengthened 'cabinet responsibility' These changes are the rational, inevitable choice of N.K. leadership who have been awake to grave reality. Their intention is to guide economy 'plan-rationally' instead of subjugating economy to politics. N.K. has been trying to weather its comprehensive economic crisis in the 1990s. Party cadres surpassed economic bureaucrats in the past. Nowadays, however, party-secretariats give hands to economic managers for the latter's business activities. This can be called 'economization of politics.' In addition, a lot of reformative policies have been introduced to support 'cabinet responsibility' legally and institutionally. The vertex of leadership, Kim Jung-Il, also has trust in economic bureaucrats deeper than ever. However, the limitation of 'cavinet responsibility' is still prevailed because of ‘anarchy of planned economy’, economy management system which institutionally guaranteed party intervention in economic activities.

      • 효율적인 기업의 인트라넷 구축방안에 관한 소고

        New technology has always carried two faces, which are the opportunity and the crisis. Intranet, recently appeared in the computing world, is being accepted as a replacement of traditional Client/Server technology. Since intranet has not been completely built even in its concept, it will give a company the crisis rather than the opportunity. To take the new opportunity for a business and organizational innovation through the intranet, its builder should necessarily acquire the knowledge of the preliminary considerations to the building. The purposes of this article are to define the concept of intranet, to investigate the cases and the building methodologies, and to discuss the preliminary considerations to the building.
