골프클럽 소비자의 체면민감성과 과시소비성향, 쇼핑스타일의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 골프용품 소비자의 구매행동에 직접적인 영향을 주는 쇼핑스타일과 체면민감성 및 과시소비성향의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 수원시와 안양시에 거주하는 골프클럽 구매 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 성인남녀를 모집단으로 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 표집 된 전체 300부의 설문지 가운데 13부를 제외한 287부가 최종분석에 사용되어 약 96.8%의 유효분석율을 보였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 12.0통계분석 프로그램을 이용하여 측정도구의 구인타당도를 위한 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 각 변인들 간의 영향력을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모형을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프클럽 소비자의 체면민감성은 쇼핑스타일에 정(+)적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프클럽 소비자의 과시소비성향은 쇼핑스타일에 정(+)적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프클럽 소비자의 체면민감성은 과시소비성향에 정(+)적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate relations between Social Face Sensitivity and Conspicuous Consumption, Shopping Styles among Golf Club Consumers. For that purpose, a population of 300 adult men and women that were aged 20 or older, lived in Suwon and Anyang City, Gyeonggi Province, and had an experience of purchasing a golf club was convenience sampled and surveyed. After excluding 13 questionnaires whose responses were partially missing or insincere, total 287 were used in final analysis, which made valid analysis rate approximately 96.8%. The data were recorded and analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 ver. and AMOS 7.0 statistical computer package to do a exploratory factor analysis. The results from Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model are follows. First, the Social face sensitivity of golf club consumers' make positive influence on shopping style. Second, the Conspicuous consumption of golf club consumers' make positive influence on shopping style. Third, the Social face sensitivity of golf club consumers' make positive influence on Conspicuous consumption.
이온 빔 스퍼터 에칭에 의한 Si (001) 기판의 표면구조 변화

Self-formed nanopatterns on Si (001) substrates fabricated by ion beam sputter etching were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The ion beam sputtering was performed with an Ar' ion beam produced from a Kaufman type ion gun. In order to fabricate the periodic nanoscale patterns on Si surface, the effects of sputter parameters such as ion energy, flux, incident angle and etching time on surface morphology was investigated. As a result, nanometer scale ripples and 3-dimensioal nanodots were formed uniformly after ion beam sputtering. The surface morphology of Si was significantly dependent on incident angle and ion beam flux, however, it was independent of ion beam energy and etching time. (Received August 3, 2004)
에피탁시 성장시킨 BLT (Bi_(4-x)La_xTi_3O_12) 박막의 부정합 응력 해소기구

Mechanisms of misfit strain relaxation in epitaxially grown Bi_4-χLa_χTi_3O_12 (BLT) thin films deposited on SrTiO_3 (STO) and LaAlO_3(LAO) substrates have been investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The misfit strain of 20 nm thick BLT films grown on STO substrate was relaxed by forming misfit dislocations at the interface. However, cracks were observed in 100 nm thick BLT films grown on the same STO. It was confirmed that cracks were formed because of high misfit strain accumulated with increasing the thickness of BLT, which was not sufficiently relaxed by misfit dislocations. In the case of the BLT film grown on LAO substrate, the magnitude of lattice misfit between BLT and LAO was very small (∼1/10) in comparison with the case of the BLT grown on STO. The relatively small misfit strain formed in layered structure of the BLT films on LAO, therefore, was easily relaxed by distorting the film, rather than forming misfit dislocations or cracks, resulting in misorientation regions in the BLT film.
자발성형 InAs/GaAs 양자점의 구조 및 성장 특성

Self-assembled InAs/GaAs quantum dots (QDs) were grown by molecular beam epitaxy and the growth characteristics of QDs were studied using field emission gun-electron transmission microscope. The shapes and optical properties of QDs changed according to spacer layers thickness due to the strain between InAs and GaAs layers. The QDs with 50 nm thick GaAs spacer layers were distributed randomly along the growth direction and changed from dome to flat-pyramidal shape after capping with GaAs. However, QDs with 10 nm thick spacer layers were vertically aligned up to the fifth period and the dome-shape was maintained after capping. The density, distribution and crystalline defects depending on growth conditions were also investigated.
The Design of Collaboration System for Data Sharing In the Mobile Cloud Environment

With the continuous effort to make business management more efficient, companies have started to utilize smart workplaces and the incorporation of mobile devices. Furthermore, big data processing, using Database as a Service (DBaas), is also being researched for integration. Similarly. mobile cloud can be utilized to allow for data sharing among employees. In this paper, in order to solve the issue of efficiency in business management, a collaboration system for data sharing using mobile cloud environment is explored. The proposed system, looks to benefit the increased integration of environment and corporate public through use of standardized data, in a design capable of efficient integrated management system.
