      • 病原性好鹽菌의 細菌學的性狀 및 病原性에 關한 硏究

        The bacteriological characteristics and the pathogenicity of enteropathogenic halophilic vibrios isolated from sea-fishes and shell-fishes collected in the port of Pohang, Kyungpook during July and August of 1966 and 1967 were studied, and the following results were obtained. 1. Vibrios were classified into three species, i.e. Vibrio parahaemolitycus, V. alginolyticus, and V. anguillarum. The criteria of classification were based on the growth on nutrient agar containing 7 and 10 per cent of sodium chloride, Voges-Proskauer reaction, swarming growth on nutrient agar, and fermentation of sucrose and cellobiose. 2. The biological characteristics of vibrios were, in general, uniform among strains in each. species, and three species of vibrios showed their typical characteristics in each species.. 3. Most of test organisms can grow well in trypticase soy broth of pH 4.5-5.0, and there were a few strains which can grow in media of pH 6. 0 4. Most strains were resistant to penicillin, methicillin, and cloxacillin, and grow well in the presence of 200-100u or mcg/ml of these antibiotics. The resistance to streptomycin and erythromycin was moderate and the minimum inhibitory concentration (M.I.C.) was 50 mcg/ml or more in most strains. However, the sensitivity to chloramphenicol, aureomycin, terramycin, and tetracyline was very high with the M.I.C. of 1.6mcg/ml, and there were some strains with the M.I.C. of 3.1-6. 2mcg/ml including a few strains with the M.I.C. of 6.2mcg/ml. 5. One-half to one-fourth ml of broth culture containing 3.8-8.3X108/ml of viable cells were injected into the peritoneal cavity of mouse, and the death was observed.

        FN-tunneling-current Modeling in a Recessed-channel Structure

        The FN-tunneling gate-current model for the three-dimensional recessed-channel structure including a geometrical effect is obtained. Further, the measurement results in the fabricated 60-nm DRAM chip are well fitted using our modeled simulation results in consideration of the cylindrical coordinate and the poly-depletion effect. As the recessed structure was scaled down to sub-50-nm technology with a very thin oxide thickness and a small radius, for which the reliability issues were considered, the geometrical effect seriously affected the memory-sensing margin. Our model presents a sound solution for the attainment of a fast and accurate FN-tunneling gate current to resolve the reliability issues of memory-cell transistors.

      • 나노소재 기반 고용량 리튬이온커패시터 개발

        EDLC (Electric Double Layer Capacitor)의 높은 출력 특성과 LiB (Lithium ion Battery)의 높은 에너지밀도 특성을 활용할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 커패시터로 리튬이온커패시터(LiC, Lithium ion Capacitor)가 대두되고 있다. 그러나 리튬이온커패시터는 EDLC 대비 낮은 출력특성과 LIB 대비 낮은 에너지 밀도로, 적용분야가 제한적이기에 높은 비표면적과 우수한 전기전도도 특성을 가진 그래핀 계열의 나노탄소 소재들을 리튬이온커패시터에 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그래핀 나노플레이트 표면에 나노기반 카본나노튜브를 성장시킨 GNP-CNT (Graphene Nano-plates with Vertically Grown Carbon Nano Tubes) 형태의 다차원 탄소재를 개발하였다. 고용량 구현을 위한 흑연재료의 음극 적용 가능성을 연구하였으며, 다차원 탄소재의 흑연과 복합소재의 리튬이온커패시터용 음극소재로 적용하여 고에너지밀도 및 고출력밀도 특성을 확인하였다. 양극재로는 활성탄을 사용하였고, 소재분석을 위해 SEM, PSA, BET 등 다양한 분석장비를 사용하였다.

        The Optimized Partial Insulator Isolation MOSFET (PiFET)

        The proposed partial insulator isolation MOSFET (PiFET) structure, shows the characteris-tics of improved DIBL and high threshold voltage, using the optimized buried partial insulator shape with a small dielectric constant, compared with the conventional planar MOSFET and silicon on insula-tor (SOI) structures, even though it has the same dop-ing profile.

        초임계수에서 Cephradine 산화반응속도

        The objective of this study was to investigate the destruction efficiency and to determine the fundamental parameters of oxidation kinetics under the supercritical water(SCW) condition. Target material was cephradine, toxic and antibiotic material, in the pharmaceutical wastewater. For this purpose, the effect of reaction temperature and oxidant were investigated on the destruction efficiency of cephradine. And the oxidation kinetics of cephradine was derived by using a empirical power-law model. The experiment was carried out in a cylindrical batch reactor made of Hastelloy C-276 which was endurable high temperature and pressure. The destruction efficiency of cephradine increased with increment of the temperature and reaction time. Also the type of oxidants was effected and oxidants(Air and $H_2O$$_2$) were enhanced the destruction efficiency. The global oxidation kinetics for cephradine has led to two rate expressions according to type of oxidant. - In the presence of air oxidant: Rate=k. $e^{-Ea}$RT/(Ceph.)$^{1.0}$ ( $O_2$)$^{0.51}$$\pm$0.05(k=3.27${\times}$$10^{5}$ sec. Ea=63.25 kJ/mole) - In the presence of $H_2O$$_2$ oxidant : Rate=kㆍ $e^{-Ea}$RT/(Ceph.)$^{1.0}$ ($H_2O$$_2$)$^{0.62}$$\pm$0.02(k=2.76${\times}$$10^4$/sec. Ea=47.65 kJ/mole)ole))

        육미지황탕(六味地黃湯)이 생리활성지표(生理活性指標)와 임파구세포수(淋巴球細胞數)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Yookmijihwangtang has been widely used oriental herb prescriptions, which is healing some discuss that come from insufficiency of innate essence and deficiency of kidney Ki. The meaning of healing discusses tonification of insufficient innate essence and insufficient kidney Ki can be regarded as reinforcement of wholely power of keeping homeostasis, that is correlated with immuno-responsibility which protects subject from outer antigen to keep normal vital condition. This study was aimed to investigate correlative effects of Yookmijihwangtang water abstract on the RBC, WBC, blood CD4+ T helper cell count, blood testosterone, blood cAMP and blood cortisol. 40 Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into 5 groups(Normal, Control, Sample I, Sample II, Sample III), 6 animals in every group. Normal group was not treated anything, control group was administrated normal saline in the same dosage of Sample I. 3 Sample groups were received some of Yookmijihwangtang water abstract at one time per 24 hours during 5 days in different dosage. Sample I(1/310pack/ml), Sample II(1/62pack/ml), Sample III(1/2.4pack/ml). After finishing treatment, all experimental subjects were killed for blood sample on RBC, WBC, blood CD4+ T helper cell count, spleen CD4+ T helper cell count, axillary lymph node CD4+ T helper cell count. blood cAMP, blood testosterone and blood cortisol. The results were as follows; RBC and WBC were increased in all sample groups. Blood CD4+ T helper cell count(CD4+ T cell count in the blood/whole lymphocyte count in the blood ${\times}100%$) was Normal $46.17{\pm}5.88$, Control $44.50{\pm}4.37$, Sample I $53.00{\pm}2.28$, Sample II $53.83{\pm}3.87$, Sample III $52.17{\pm}2.93$. By the 95% Duncan ANOVA all experimental groups(sample I, Sample II, Sample III) showed slight significant difference from Normal and Control. Blood cAMP(nmol/l) were Normal $1.12{\pm}0.17$, Control $1.16{\pm}0.32$, Sample I $0.46{\pm}0.07$, Sample II $0.44{\pm}0.04$, Sample III $0.54{\pm}0.04$. All experimental groups were singificantly different from both Normal and Control groups(p<0.05). Blood cortisol(nl/ml) were Normal $100.00{\pm}2.00$ Control $90.00{\pm}4.00$, Sample I $440.00{\pm}5.00$, Sample II $520.00{\pm}40.00$, Sample III $470.00{\pm}7.00$. Blood cortisol of all experimental groups were significantly increased(p<0.05). The results suggest that Yookmijihwangtang water abstract could be administrated to patients who have some diseases insufficient essence.
