Generally, reverse engineering means getting CAD data from unidentified shape using vision or 3D laser scanner system. In this paper, we studied unidentified model by machine vision based reverse engineering system to get information about in-processing model. Recently, vision technology is widely used in current factories, because it could inspect the in-process object easily, quickly, accurately. The following tasks were mainly investigated and implemented. We obtained more precise data by correcting camera's distortion, compensating slit-beam error and revising acquired image. Much more, we made similar curves or surface with B-spline approximation for precision. Until now, there have been many case study of shape recognition. But it was uncompatible to apply to the field, because it had taken too many processing time and has frequent recognition failure. This paper propose recognition algorithm that prevent such errors and give applications to the field.

In this research, I tried to search on the social rmaturation of the mentally retarded child in Korea. The aim of this research lies in finding out the social ability of the mentally retarded child by comparing with the normal child. It used questionair which has 6 divisions having 125 items and answered by the parents or the protectors. This questionair is constructed as follows: A. self-helf ability…………………25 items B. Occupation ability ………………40 items C. Locomotion ability ………………15 items D. Communication ability …………15 items E. Socialization ability……………15 items F. Self-direction ability …………15 items The sampling is taken at Seoul, Taegu, Pusan and the other provinces excluding Kang won(江原), Jae Joo(濟州), Chung Puk(忠濟北) Provicnce. The control group is constructed by the normal children who have from IQ. 90 to IQ. 120 and who lie the middle class of family background and learning ability. The experimental group is constructed by the mentally retarded children who are attending the school for the mentally retarded, having from IQ. 40 to IQ. 75. The result of this research is as follows; A.
