In0.5(Ga1-xAlx)0.5P/GaAs 이중 이종접합 구조의 Contactless Electroreflectance에 관한 연구

Metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD)법으로 성장된 In0.5(Ga1-xAlx)0.5P/GaAs 이중 이종접합 구조의 특성을 contactless electroreflectance (CER) 분광법으로 조사하였다. CER 측정은 변조전압(Vac), 온도 및 dc 바이어스 전압(Vbias)의 함수로 수행하였다. 상온에서는 5개의 신호가 관측되었는데, 이 신호들은 각각 GaAs, In0.5Ga0.5P, In0.5(Ga0.73Al0.27)0.5P, In0.5(Ga0.5Al0.5)0.5P 및 In0.5(Ga0.2Al0.8)0.5P 전이에 관련된 것이다. CER 스펙트럼의 온도 의존성으로부터 Varshni 계수 및 평탄인자를 구하였다. 그리고 인가전압에 따른 신호의 진폭은 순방향 바이어스 전압 인가시 점차로 감소하나, 역방향 바이어스 전압 인가시에는 반대의 경향을 보였다. We have investigated the contactless electroreflectance (CER) properties of In0.5(Ga1-xAlx)0.5P/ GaAs double heterostructures grown by metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD). The CER measurements on the sample were studied as a function of temperature, modulation voltage (Vac), and dc bias voltage (Vbias). Five signals observed at room temperature are related to the GaAs, In0.5Ga0.5P, In0.5(Ga0.73Al0.27)0.5P, In0.5(Ga0.5Al0.5)0.5P, and In0.5(Ga0.2Al0.8)0.5P transitions, respectively. From the temperature dependence of CER spectrum, the Varshni coefficients and broadening parameters were determined and discussed. In addition, we found that the behavior of the CER amplitude for the reverse bias is larger than that of the forward bias.

k-prototypes 군집분석에서 가중치 선택에 관한 연구

The cluster analysis is an exploratory data analysis process of finding the characteristics of each group by dividing the objects constituting the data into several clusters having similar characteristics. This method maximizes homogeneity within a cluster and maximizes heterogeneity among different clusters. The criterion for selecting the cluster analysis algorithm depends on the attributes of the objects that constitute the data. If the object attributes of the data are a mixture of continuous and categorical types, then k-prototypes algorithm which is hybrid version of k-means algorithm that deals with continuous attributes and k-modes algorithm that deals with categorical attributes can be used. For the use of the k-prototypes clustering method, the weight for the distances calculated in the categorical property should be determined. In this paper, we propose a method to find the weight using the bootstrap method based on stability and investigate the applicability of the proposed method through simulation.

율격 단위의 분할에 대한 객관적 해명

]Understanding of meter in Korean poem will provide leads in the proper comprehension of poem and a pertinent creative works of one. Moreover, it gives feasible succession and development of Korean traditional meter. Even though partition of basic unit is the groundwork of understanding of meter, partition of basic unit is beset with perplexing difficulties at this point in time. An objective evaluation of partition is regarded as impossibility in the real state of things. Here, we pointed out those controversial problems and tried to find out an objective elucidation in partition of basic unit.Syllables which is composed of basic unit doesn't have same time interval and it is not possible to read a shortened one, even if it includes a lot of syllabicity. In the meantime, meter in poem might have a one beyond a reader and a writer's intension. In conclusion, partition of basic unit in Korean poem is not fixed syllabicity which is claimed in earlier syllabic metric types. Furthermore, it couldn't be a basis to be read less or more. We found that it can be explained using vibration of syllabicity. Excessive vibration of syllabicity is uncertain vibration of syllabicity in itself. The maximum syllabicity which composed of basic unit is four syllabicity and the minimum syllabicity is one syllabicity, suggesting that partition of basic unit is fundamental in the elucidation in Korean poem.

<침낭자가> 연구

“Chimnangzaga” is a literature work which has not been studied at the academic circles yet. It is a form of Gasa which was a poetry during the Joseon Dynasty and is significantly longer with a narrative story. It rigorously holds on to a form of Gasa as opposed to one with a narrative story which is partly shown in a prose style. It is perfectly a fiction but works commonly with an interaction of Gasa or novel written based on experience. Moreover, there is only a very little relevance to the existing Gasa or novel. In this regard, it requires attention to “Chimnangzaga”. This is the first study on “Chimnangzaga” dealing with the development of plot, the method of description, the deepened theme through a funeral ode, and more. “Chimnangzaga” needle and Jangsuin’s life stories containing a narrative frame. It tells a story in the third-person perspective holding to the present tense. Despite the ill-matched combination, the present tense mingles well with rhythm of Gasa resulting in vivid demonstrations which can be felt only in poetic genre. Moreover, the limitations from the third-person narrator’s perspective have been overcome through dialogic, monologue, and letter style. A funeral ode is a bibliotherapy which has deepened a theme of “Chimnangzaga” and contributes to readers’ changing their impression of the character Jangsuin. The funeral ode proves that Jangsuin is a remarkable person – in other words, “Chimnangzaga” has been more perfect as a bibliotherapy due to the funeral ode. As a narrative Gasa, “Chimnangzaga” is considered a unique work that deliberately combines properties of two genres, Gasa and novel, well. 침낭자가는 여러 부분에서 의미 있는 특성을 보여주는 주목을 요하는 작품이다. 본고는 침낭자가에 대한 첫 연구로 내용 전개와 특징, 형상화 방식 및 제문을 통한 주제의 심화 등을 살펴보았다. 침낭자가는 공침이 탄생하고 세상에서 활약을 한 후, 소임을 다하고 부러져 천상으로 돌아가는 공침의 일대기적 구성을 지니면서, 한편으로는 장수인의 인생 이야기가 주를 이루고 있어 액자식 구성을 지니고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 긴 이야기 속에 구조적으로 완결성을 지향하고 있으며, 4단계의 흐름 속에서도 단계별로도 독립된 서사로 보아도 될 정도로 잘 짜여진 구성을 볼 수 있었다. 형상화 방식에서는 먼저 3인칭 서술자에 의한 주도적 서술과 현재시제를 고수하고 있다는 점에 주목하였다. 침낭자가의 서술자는 작중 인물과는 거리를 둔 3인칭 서술자이면서도 서술자의 작중 개입도 없이 관찰자적 시점을 줄곧 유지하고 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재시제를 고수하면서 가사의 율격에서 오는 리듬성이 현재형과 어우러지면서 시적 장르에서만 느낄 수 있는 생생함을 보여 주었다. 또한 대화체, 독백, 편지 등 직접 화법을 통해 관찰자적 시점의 한계를 극복하고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 제문을 통한 주제적 심화에 대해 살펴보았다. 부러진 공침에 대해 독자가 느낀 위기 의식과 상실감은 장수인의 제문을 통해 치유의 과정을 밟는다. 이는 슬픔의 극한을 체험한 후 얻을 수 있는 카타르시스에서 오는 위로이자 치유이다. 슬픔의 절정에서 제문을 통해 얻는 카타르시스는 치유 문학으로서의 침낭자가의 주제적 지향을 한 층 더 심화시켜 주고 있다고 하겠다. 또한 제문은 장수인이라는 인물을 인격적으로 완성시켜 줌으로써, 독자로 하여금 인물에 대한 새로운 감동과 함께, 대리인물에 대한 만족도를 높여 준다. 주인공에 대한 신뢰와 만족은 제문의 치유 기능을 순환적으로 더해 주면서 작품의 주제를 심화시킨다고 볼 수 있다. 침낭자가는 소설과 가사의 교섭에 관해서도 많은 유의미한 시사점을 제시해 줄 것으로 본다. 본고에서는 지면의 한계상 이 부분에 관해 집중적으로 다루지 못하고 형상화 방식을 통해 개략적인 접근에만 그쳤다. 하지만 섣부른 결론일 수 있으나 침낭자가를 가사의 소설화나 소설의 가사화를 보여주는 작품으로 단정하는 것은 지양하고자 한다. 오히려 침낭자가는 충분한 서사의 요건을 가진 서사가사로서, 가사와 소설의 장르적 특성을 잘 활용한 보기 드문 작품이라 보고자 한다. 침낭자가에는 가사와 소설의 장르의 특성이 섞이어 나타나고 있지만 그것은 다분히 의도성을 지니며 매우 질서정연하게 배합되어 있다고 판단되기 때문이다. 이러한 점에서 본다면 침낭자가는 가사와 소설의 교섭을 보여주는 여러 작품들과는 또 다른 위상을 지니는 작품이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 앞으로 침낭자가에 대해 다각적인 접근과 깊이 있는 연구를 기대해 본다.
