유아의 성별과 동화책을 즐겨읽는 정도가 유아의 탈상황적 언어능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 만 5세 유아의 탈상황적 언어능력이 유아의 성, 책을 즐겨 읽는 정도에 따라 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 유아의 탈상황적 언어능력은 유아의 성, 책을 즐겨 읽는 정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며 이러한 차이는 주로 그림 묘사하기 능력에서 두드러졌다. 대체로 여아가 남아에 비해 문장의 복잡성, 설명의 구체성, 이야기체 등의 면에서 높은 점수를 얻었다. 책을 즐겨 읽는 유아들이 책을 싫어하는 유아보다 그림 설명의 양, 설명의 구체성, 문장의 복잡성, 이야기체 등의 면에서 높은 점수를 얻었다.

도로사업 투자우선순위 평가의 PROMETHEE 기법 도입 방안 연구

The current road maintenance master plan by municipalities, which is established every five years, includes evaluation procedures on road investment priority for the SOC financing plan; however, there is no guideline objective, distinctive criteria. In this study, in order to establish efficient and objective financing plans involving massive SOC investments, the current methodologies for road investment priority evaluation were examined, and improved methodologies were proposed. Also the possibility of mutual complementation of the AHP technique and the PROMETHEE technique was examined. As a result, AHP was only applied to weighting of evaluation variables, and PROMETHEE was applied to investment priority of alternatives as basic technique since the technique had the strength of reflecting the characteristics of evaluation variables as more objective and efficient, and preferred functions. The proposed methodologies were applied in evaluating investment priority of eight alternatives for the future road network plans of Chuncheon City, Gangwon Province, in a bid to verify their validity. 여러 대안이 존재할 경우의 도로투자 우선순위는 네트워크설계기법으로부터 간단한 경제성분석에 이르기까지 다양하다. 현재의 지방자치단체의 도로정비기본계획에는 도로투자우선순위 평가절차를 포함하고 있지만 표준화된 평가기준의 부재로 획일적인 지침이 제공되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이로 인해 정책결정자에 따라 절차 및 평가기준을 상이하게 적용하고 있으며 주관적인 판단에 의존하고 있는 경우도 있으므로 지방도 투자우선순위에 대한 지침의 객관성과 공정성을 보다 높일 필요가 있겠다. 본 논문은 SOC 부분에 막대한 재정이 배정되고 있는 추세를 반영하여 객관적인 재정계획 수립을 위해 개선된 도로투자우선순위 평가기법을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내외 도로투자우선순위 평가지침과 도로정비기본계획을 사례로 들고, 기존에 연구되었던 개선방안에 대해 검토 후 그의 한계점을 정리하고 이를 보완할 수 있는 개선안을 제시하였다. 개선된 기법으로는 이론의 바탕을 Ranking 산출에 두고 있는 PROMETHEE 기법을 적용하는 방법론을 제안하였으며 현실적인 적용가능성을 판단하기 위해 춘천시를 대상으로 사례분석을 실시하였다.

수련 의료사회복지사 역량 개발을 위한 의료사회복지사 역량 관련 해외 문헌고찰

This study reviewed five international competency development studies to explore directions for competency development among health social workers trainees. The main findings were as follows: First, the competencies reflected in Korea's health social worker training curriculum were similar to the competency derived from the overseas literature. Second, the competency framework for health social workers needed to be systematically developed to include basic competencies, competencies based on skill levels, and competencies specific to major healthcare settings and disease areas. Third, it was necessary to develop detailed competencies related to advocacy, system analysis, linkage, and development. Forth, before entering the field as a health social worker, education was needed to foster an understanding of the healthcare environment and insight into the role and identity of social workers within healthcare settings. Fifth, to strengthen the competencies of health social workers in integrated healthcare environments, it was essential to develop an understanding of the evolving healthcare paradigms and to enhance helathcare practical competencies. 본 연구는 수련 의료사회복지사 역량 개발의 방향을 모색하기 위해 5개의 역량 관련 해외 연구물들을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 얻은 주요 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 의료사회복지사 수련교육과정에 반영된 역량과 해외 문헌들에서 도출된 역량의 영역과 내용이 유사하였다. 둘째, 의료사회복지사의 역량 체계는 기본 역량, 숙련 단계별 역량, 주요 의료 환경 및 질병 영역별 역량 순으로 체계화하여 개발할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 옹호, 체계 분석, 연계 및 개발과 관련한 의료사회복지사의 역량 내용 개발이 요구된다. 넷째, 의료사회복지사로 진입하기 전 의료 환경에 대한 이해와 의료 현장에서 사회복지사의 역할과 정체성에 대한 통찰력을 기를 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 다섯째, 통합 의료 환경에서의 의료사회복지사 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 변화하는 건강 관리 패러다임에 대한 이해와 건강 관리 실천 교육이 요구된다.
