단결정 실리콘위에 스퍼터법으로 증착된 티타니움막을 급속가열로에서 고상반응에 의해 형성시킨 면저항 1.2 ohm/sq. 내외의 TiS$i_2$ 박막에 있어서 열안정성을 상부절연막의 유무 및 종류에 따라 조사하였다. 상부절연막은 상압 CVD로 증착한 USG(Undoped Silicate Glass, Si$i_2$) 막과 플라즈마 CVD법으로 증착한 PE-SiN(S$i_3$$N_4$)막을 사용했다. 열안정성 평가는 90$0^{\circ}C$에서 시간을 달리하여 TiS$i_2$막, PE-SiN막, USG막의 스트레스는 각각 1.3${\times}{10^{9}}$, 1.25 ${\times}{10^{10}}$, 2.26 ${\times}{10^{10}}$ dyne/c$m^2$의 인장응력을 나타내었다. 응집현상은 TiS$i_2$의 응집현상은 Nabarro-Herring 마이크로 크리프에 의한 원자의 확산관점에서 검토되었다. Abstract The effect of the film stress on the thermal stability of TiSi, films under the dielectric overcoat was investigated. TiS$i_2$ films with the sheet resistance of 1.2 ohm/sq. were produced by a solid-state reaction between sputtered Ti film and single-crystalline Si in an RTA (rapid thermal anneal) machine. Dielectric overcoats such as the USG (Undoped Silicate Glass, Si$O_2$) film and the PE-SiN(S$i_3$$N_4$) film were deposited by AP-CVD and PE-CVD, respectively, on the TiS$i_2$ film. The thermal stability of the TiSi, film was evaluated by changes in the sheet resistance, film stress and microstructure after furnace anneals at 90$0^{\circ}C$. Agglomeration of the TiSi2 film high temperatures results in the increase of sheet resistance and the decrease of tensile stress of TiSi, film. The stress level of the TiSi" PE-SiN and ~SG films at 90$0^{\circ}C$C was 1.3${\times}{10^{9}}$, 1.25 ${\times}{10^{10}}$, 2.26 ${\times}{10^{10}}$ dyne/c$m^2$ in tensile, respectively. Dielectric films deposited by CVD on TiSi, was effective on preventing agglomeration of TiSi,. The PE-SiN film mproved the thermal stability of TiSi, more effectively than the AP-CVD USG film. It is considered that agglomeration of the TiS$i_2$ film under the stress of dielectric overcoat at high temperature can be caused by a diffusional flow of atom called Nabarro-Herring microcreep.reep.

Controlled low strength material(CLSM) has been developed using variety of material such as excavated soil, industrial by-product and industrial waste. But theses research limited at laboratory test and failed at commercialization. So in this paper evaluates CLSM used excavated soil characteristics such as flowability, bleeding rate, early strength for following process and 28day strength for re-excavatability. Also, various mix proportion of CLSM by water-binder ratio and soil-binder ratio were evaluated in laboratory. And derive the optimized CLSM mix proportion for using at field application test by movable batch plant. After applying CLSM at trench, evaluate core sample strength and excavatability by shovel, pickax and excavator for verify re-excavation. Furthermore, measure the level change after casting CLSM to inspect subsidence stability. As results of these assessments, not only confirmed the characteristics of CLSM at field but the fillability around pipe and subsidence stability.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the apology strategies used by South Korean President Lee Myung-bak during the U.S. beef import negotiation upheaval in South Korea in 2008 and to investigate how these apologies were perceived by the South Korean public. The role of party identification as an audience-related variable in the perception of political apologies in the South Korean context was also examined. A content analysis of President Lee’s speeches and related daily newspaper coverage was conducted to identify the main apology strategies employed by the president and conveyed to the public through the media during the crisis. Experimental work was then carried out to examine the level of acceptance of these strategies, with further research evaluating the effect of party identification on the overall results. According to the results of the experimental work, President Lee’s apology strategies were generally ineffective, with the exception of the clear corrective action strategy. in addition the impact of party identification on the level of acceptance of the major apology strategies was confirmed.

It is very difficult to compare directly the research results of enzymatic process in pulp and paper industry because commercial enzymes have diversity in its property. The chemical and biological properties of commercial enzymes were Investigated to help comparison of various commercial enzymes each other. In most case, the solid content of liquid enzymes was about 20%. The higher protein content in enzyme product does not mean the higher enzyme activity. Enzymes for paper process should selected by basis of enzyme activity, not by price of enzyme products. The chemical composition of fiber was not so much change with enzyme treatment. The enzymatic hydrolysis of fiber might negligible in paper process.
A Basic Understanding of Hyangga Interpretation

Hyangchal is an ancient writing system of the Korean language that used Chinese characters. In the early twentieth century, some Japanese scholars studied the vernacular poetry known as hyangga as part of an attempt to reconstructing the language of Silla. Later, Korean linguists pursued this topic, researching how to interpret hyangga. Their methodology was to locate reference materials that could be juxtaposed with the original hyangga, including ancient stories written in Korean with similar themes to those addressed in hyangga poems, associated myths, and Chinese translations of hyangga. Their research revealed that hyangchal includes Silla’s unique writing systems, such as seokdok (interpretative reading or reading the meaning of a character), bachim (transcription using supporting sounds), and hunju eumjong (the principle of “meaning value preceding the phonetic value”). With the recent discovery of many Goryeo era materials in seokdok gugyeol, another writing system that utilized Chinese characters, the relationship between hyangchal and seokdok gugyeol could be gradually ascertained. The clarification of the close relationship between hyangchal and gugyeol affirms that both writing systems occupy an important place in the study of the history of Korean characters and the reconstruction of the ancient Korean language.
